Abstract

The PMO design in this study was carried out because the PMO need to strengthen its function so that the PMO can mobilize its full potential according to organizational goals. This study aims to determine the stages of establishing and implementing PMO Initiation, identifying PMO functions and its indicators, analyzing the importance level of results no. 2 towards improving project results & organizational performance, designing business processes & PMO Initiation SOPs. The methods used are expert judgment, AHP, descriptive statistics and BPMN. The results showed that there were 11 stages of establishing and implementing PMO Initiation, 3 PMO functions, 9 PMO function indicators, each 2 success criteria for improving project outcomes and organizational performance. This research also produces business process designs: division (1), department (5) and PMO (3). The managerial implication gives 3 draft PMO SOPs. This PMO design is based on the identification of PMO functions that affect business processes & it is the first time to be done. Modeling and documenting the business processes that occur can identify bottlenecks and improve cross-functional work alignment throughout project activities [1].Keywords: Design, PMO Functions, Project Results, Organization Performance, Business Process.

Abstract

This systematic review investigates the incorporation of human factors and ergonomics into work system design, focusing on their effects on productivity and job satisfaction. By examining selected Q1 articles from the last five years, the review demonstrates that ergonomic interventions greatly reduce musculoskeletal disorders and improve employee engagement. These benefits arise from reduced physical strain and increased employee autonomy. Although awareness of ergonomic principles is on the rise, there remains inconsistency in their application across organizations. The review also discusses the role of modern technology, such as wearable devices, in advancing ergonomic practices, while noting potential challenges in adaptation. The findings highlight the critical need for organizations to implement comprehensive ergonomic strategies to create healthier and more productive work environments. Ongoing research and practical application of these principles are essential for developing effective workplace solutions that prioritize employee well-being.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan petani di Desa Mekarsari Rajeg dengan mengoptimalkan program Rumah Pangan B2SA. PkM berupaya memberdayakan kelompok tani, terutama kelompok wanita tani, melalui praktik pertanian berkelanjutan dan pengelolaan anggaran yang efektif. Berbagai metode seperti penyuluhan, sharing session, dan pendampingan teknis digunakan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang diperlukan kepada petani guna meningkatkan produktivitas pertanian mereka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan potensi besar dari pendekatan ini dalam meningkatkan pendapatan petani, menjaga kelestarian lingkungan, dan berkontribusi pada pembangunan berkelanjutan. Program PkM mengintegrasikan berbagai aspek seperti praktik pertanian berkelanjutan, pengelolaan anggaran yang efektif, dan penguatan mental usaha dengan tujuan meningkatkan kesejahteraan petani di Desa Mekarsari Rajeg secara komprehensif. Dengan pendekatan holistik ini, diharapkan petani dapat meningkatkan pendapatan, melestarikan lingkungan, dan mencapai Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (SDGs, Sustainable Development Goals). Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan daya saing Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kelurahan Kebon Besar melalui penerapan sistem pengendalian mutu sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil analisis situasi, ditemukan bahwa UMKM memiliki potensi sumber daya manusia yang cukup besar, namun masih menghadapi tantangan dalam menjaga konsistensi mutu produk, terutama di tengah persaingan pasar yang kompetitif serta keterbatasan ekonomi dan akses pemasaran. Sebagai solusi, kegiatan ini dirancang dalam bentuk penyuluhan, diskusi interaktif, dan simulasi penerapan metode pengendalian mutu sederhana, seperti Check Sheet dan Fishbone Diagram. Kehadiran dan keterlibatan aktif mitra dalam sesi penyuluhan menunjukkan adanya antusiasme dan komitmen terhadap perbaikan mutu. Evaluasi pasca-kegiatan melalui kuesioner menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta terhadap konsep dan penerapan pengendalian mutu sederhana, dengan respon positif pada seluruh indikator evaluasi. Peningkatan pemahaman dan kesadaran ini diharapkan menjadi fondasi dalam upaya berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan daya saing produk UMKM. Beberapa kendala, seperti keterbatasan waktu dan heterogenitas latar belakang peserta, direspons dengan strategi pelaksanaan yang mengedepankan kesederhanaan metode dan pendekatan partisipatif.
