Abstract

At the beginning of 2020, the world considered that the spread of Covid-19 was endemic. It is so fast that the WHO has determined that Covid-19 is a pandemic that must be watched out for. Although many countries have implemented lockdowns, the spread of Covid-19 is so fast and seems to be out of control, and viral replication is fast. Travel restrictions and patient isolation are the Indonesian government's strategies in dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic in the PPKM concept (implementation of restrictions on community activities (PPKM), implemented in every country. Observations show that daily laborers and masons are communities with low access to housing categories. 67% of daily laborers and masons live in uninhabitable houses and slum areas, 20% live for rent, the rest live in their own houses. Daily workers and masons' residence conditions are the houses on stilts, which are made of wood with a zinc roof with "gamacca" walls and unpainted boards. economic level of the families of daily workers and masons has changed compared to the income of daily workers and masons before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. Based on the condition of the masonry community who felt a significant impact on the implementation of PPKM, conclude that the community is in a dilemma. The dilemma position referred to here is that when the community adheres to the PPKM policy, the community will experience economic devastation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji konsep pendidikan akhlak dalam Tafsir Al-Azhar Surah Al-Hujurat ayat 11-13. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) mengkaji konsep pendidikan akhlak dalam Surah Al-Hujurat ayat 11-13, (2) menganalisis nilai-nilai pendidikan akhlak yang terkandung pada Surah Al-Hujurat ayat 11-13, dan (3) menemukan implikasi tafsir Al-Azhar terhadap pendidikan akhlak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kepustakaan (library research) dengan pendekatan tafsir tahlili, yaitu menafsirkan ayat Al-Qur’an Surah Al-Hujurat ayat 11-13 dengan mengkaji setiap ayat yang berkaitan dengan konsep, tujuan, dan implementasi pendidikan akhlak, serta implikasinya terhadap pendidikan akhlak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Tafsir Al-Azhar menekankan Surah Al-Hujurat ayat 11-13 mengandung pesan moral dan sosial penting untuk pembentukan akhlak individu dan masyarakat. Ayat 11 melarang mengejek, mencela, dan menghina sesama, mendorong pengembangan karakter berbasis penghormatan martabat manusia dan pengendalian diri. Ayat 12 menegaskan pentingnya menjaga lisan dan tindakan untuk mencegah fitnah dan konflik, berimplikasi pada pembiasaan adab komunikasi, empati, dan tanggung jawab sosial. Ayat 13 menekankan prinsip kesetaraan manusia di hadapan Allah, di mana derajat diukur dari ketakwaan, bukan suku, ras, atau status sosial, yang berimplikasi pada pembentukan sikap toleransi, menghargai perbedaan, dan menumbuhkan persaudaraan universal.

Abstract

Efforts to improve teacher performance can be done through educational supervision carried out by school principals using an Islamic values approach in order to provide assistance and guidance to teachers through supervision activities. Guiding and providing assistance to teachers is an Islamic teaching that has existed for a long time and was exemplified by the Prophet SAW to the companions. The approach used in implementing educational supervision to improve teacher performance is based on Islamic values. The provision of supervision must be adjusted to the prototype of the teacher. Supervision must be done wisely, as written in QS. Al-Nahl/16:125. This research is a combination research (mixed methods) using sequential exploratory design method. In this model, the initial stage involves collecting quantitative data which is then complemented by qualitative data analysis. This combination of data serves to link the results of the first stage of research (quantitative data) with the next stage (qualitative data). This study aims to describe the integration of Islamic values in the implementation of educational supervision by the principal at the Muhammadiyah School in Gowa Regency. The integrated values include ihsan, sincerity, exemplary, and tajdid. This study provides an overview of the implementation of the integration of Islamic values and Kemuhammadiyahan in the implementation of educational supervision by school principals at MA Muhammadiyah Datarang, Gowa Regency. This research focuses on four aspects: ihsan, sincerity, exemplary, and tajdid. The results showed that the implementation of supervision at MA Muhammadiyah Datarang reached a high category, indicating that aspects of Islamic values in Supervision had run very well.
