Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk dan makna penggunaan ragam bahasa slang pada remaja RT 09 RW 06 Desa Serdang Kulon Kecamatan Panongan Kabupaten Tangerang. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimanakah bentuk penggunaan ragam bahasa slang pada remaja di desa Serdang Kulon kecamatan Panongan kabupaten Tangerang dan bagaimanakah makna penggunaan ragam bahasa slang pada remaja RT 09 RW 06 Desa Serdang Kulon Kecamatan Panongan Kabupaten Tangerang. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk dan makna penggunaan ragam bahasa slang pada remaja RT 09 RW 06 Desa Serdang Kulon Kecamatan Panongan Kabupaten Tangerang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan teknik dasar sadap dilanjutkan dengan teknik lanjutan yaitu simak bebas libat cakap, wawancara, rekam, catat dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu ada tiga tahap pertama reduksi data, kedua penyajian data dan ketiga penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dalam penelitian ini ditemukan empat puluh satu data yaitu berbentuk: singkatan ditemukan sebanyak dua belas data, bentuk akronim sebanyak dua puluh dua data, bentuk kata ulang hanya satu data, bentuk metatesis sebanyak lima data dan bentuk idiom satu data. Hasil penelitian ini di temukan makna penggunaan bahasa slang yang tergolong ke dalam makna denotatif sebanyak tiga puluh satu data dan makna konotatif sebanyak sepuluh data.This research aims to describe the form and meaning of the use of various slang languages in teenagers RT 09 Rw 06 Serdang Kulon Village, Panongan District, Tangerang Regency. The formulation of the problem in this study is what is the form of the use of various slang languages in teenagers RT 09 RW 06 Serdang kulon village, panongan sub-district, Tangerang district and what is the meaning of using different slang languages in teenagers RT 09 RW 06 Serdang Kulon Village, Panongan District, Tangerang Regency. This research aims to describe the form and meaning of teenagers' use of various slang languages in Serdang Kulon village, the panongan sub-district, and the Tangerang district. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques in this research follow basic tapping techniques followed by advanced techniques, namely free listening, interviewing, recording, taking notes, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study are the first three stages of data reduction, the second data presentation, and the third conclusion. The results in this study found forty-one data, which are in the form of abbreviations of as many as twelve data; the acronym form as many as twenty-two data; the reworded form is only one data; the metathesis form as many as five data and the idiom form is one data. The results of this study found that the use of slang which belongs to the denotative meaning of thirty-one data and the connotative meaning of ten data.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan materi dasar bahasa Indonesia dan Arab bagi siswa usia dini di TPQ Al-Hidayah. Pembelajaran materi bahasa Indonesia dan Arab ini berkaitan dengan salah satu program yang ingin dirintis oleh TPQ ini, yaitu pengajaran bahasa Indonesia dan Arab bagi para siswa. Pengajaran bidang kebahasaan ini berangkat dari adanya kesadaran para tenaga pengajar akan potensi kebahasaan anak yang dapat dikembangkan. Potensi kebahasaan ini adalah bahasa Arab. Hal ini dikarenakan para siswa sebelumnya sudah bersentuhan dengan bahasa Arab dalam rutinitas kesehariannya, yaitu melalui kegiatan membaca Iqra ataupun Alquran. Namun, di sisi lain, TPQ ini mengalami kendala, yaitu tidak adanya sumber daya manusia yang mumpuni untuk merealisasikan program pengajaran bahasa tersebut, serta bagaimana metode pengajaran bahasa yang tepat untuk diterapkan kepada anak usia dini. Maka dari itu, tim Abdimas mencoba memberikan solusi atas kegelisahan para tenaga pengajar dengan melakukan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang mengusung tema “Pelatihan materi dasar bahasa Indonesia dan Arab di TPQ Al-Hidayah”.  Proses pengajaran dilakukan dengan metode yang telah disesuaikan dengan tahap perkembangan kognitif anak usia dini, yaitu metode pengajaran komunikatif melalui kegiatan bernyanyi. Hal ini akan mempermudah anak untuk memproses materi bahasa yang sedang disampaikan.

Abstract

The phenomenon of memorizing the Qur'an in Indonesia can be seen from the establishments of many tahfidz houses, Al-Qur'an huts or other names with the vision of creating a Qur'anic generation. However, with the large number of enthusiasts of the tahfidz program, it raises doubt about the quality of its graduates due to the tendency of institutions to prioritize quantity over quality,which cause the lack of supervision due to the imbalance between supervisors and tahfidz candidates. The purpose of this study is to analyze the specific strategy applied by one of the Tahfidz Islamic Boarding Schools about how they evaluate their students so that they can score a tahfidz who is not only mumtaz 30 juz but also have mutqin (strongly stick and correct) memorization. This research is located at Pondok Pesantren Al-Munawwir, Madrasah Huffadh Complex II, Krapyak Yogyakarta. Data collection techniques were documentation techniques, interviews, and direct observation. Data analysis used were data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. The finding in this study is that the assessment is carried out every semester. This Qur'an memorization assessment is included in the assessment of abstract skills. The assessment mechanism is carried out by listening to the memorization of students who read their memorization in one time while observing the aspects that are assessed based on the assessment guidelines that have been formulated. This assessment technique is included in the type of performance test with the type of identification test. The technique for processing the assessment results is applied using a non-test instrument in the form of a rubric and using a rating scale. The aspects assessed include Adabiah, Muhafazah, and recitation. The weakness of the implementation of Imtihan is that there is no interpretation or judgment from the evaluation results for students who do not meet the assessment criteria or students who read their memorization incompletely. The evaluation model is an illustration of how to formulate an objective skill assessment instrument and determine the right aspects of the target without ignoring the principles of evaluation even though there are still some weaknesses in it.

Abstract

This study explains the discourse on language use that occurs in fundamental and moderate Islamic groups on Facebook. The design of this study utilized a qualitative descriptive method. The data were in the forms of Facebook statuses uploaded by fundamental and moderate Islamic groups. The data sources were from 20 Facebook accounts affiliated with fundamental and moderate Islam. The data collection technique was carried out by observing Facebook status and layer captures. Data analysis was carried out through several stages by way of categorizing data and applying narrative analysis techniques. A data triangulation technique was carried out to check data validity. The results of this study show fundamental Islamism as a form of language identity expression and language identity among moderate Muslims. This finding has implications that language is not just a medium for conveying information to opponents, but also a battle of Islamic ideologies that fundamentalists and moderate Islamists uphold.

Abstract

The study explored both positive and negative sentiments towards artificial intelligence in language, focusing on study prompts using Chat GPT. The goal of this study is to understand how users perceive and judge AI in the context of language models such as Chat GPT. The research method used is qualitative descriptive, which focuses on prompts aimed at bringing up language facts. Data collection is carried out through a prompt submission which is then responded to by Chat GPT. Data analysis was carried out using a narrative analysis approach. It is intended to identify patterns of positive and negative sentiment in the responses given by Chat GPT. The results of the study showed that there was a Chat GPT response that led to positive and negative sentiment. The prompts "mohon" and "apakah" are some of the prompts that contain positive elements. The absence of these two prompts is an element in Chat GPT that leads to negative sentiment. The implications of this research are to provide insights for AI developers to improve the quality and acceptance of AI technologies in the future, as well as address existing concerns regarding privacy and accuracy.
