Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kontribusi pengaruh dari arus kas dari aktivitas operasi, aktivitas investasi, dan arus kas pendanaan pada harga saham PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan asosiatif dengan pemilihan sampel berdasarkan metode ex post facto. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan data sekunder. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, dan uji asusmsi klasik. Berdasarkan hasil bahwa secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh arus kas aktivitas operasi terhadap harga saham, demikian juga arus kas investasi terhadap harga saham menunjukan pengaruh positif dan signifikan, dan arus kas aktivitas pendanaan terhadap harga saham ditemukan bahwa arus kas pendanaan terhadap harga saham menunjukan pengaruh negatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan antara arus kas aktivitas operasi, aktivitas investasi dan aktivitas pendanaan memberikan kontribusi pengaruh terhadap harga saham.. AbstractThis study aims to analyze the contribution of the influence of cash flows from operating activities, investing activities, and financing cash flows on stock prices of PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive and associative analysis with sample selection based on ex post facto methods. The data used in this study is by using secondary data. The data analysis method used in this research is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and the classical assumption test. Based on the results that partially shows that there is an effect of cash flow from operating activities on stock prices, likewise, investment cash flow on stock prices shows a positive and significant effect, and cash flow from financing activities on stock prices, it is found that funding cash flow on stock prices shows a negative effect. The results showed that simultaneously the cash flow of operating activities, investing activities and financing activities contributed to the effect of stock prices.

Abstract

Buangan sampah akan terus menjadi permasalahan tiada akhir sepanjang aktivitas umat manusia tidak diiringi dengan kesadaran pentingnya kebersihan dan kelestarian lingkungan hidup, terutama komposisi sampah rumah tangga dan jenis sampah non organik yang memiliki residu tinggi. Keadaan ini menjadi bagian dari perhatian dan tanggung jawab bersama, bagaimana komposisi sampah rumah tangga termasuk sampah makanan dan sampah plastik tersebut dapat dikurangi. Pelaksanaan PKM ini sebagai perhatian kritis terkait permasalahan klasik ini, dengan menawarkan suatu model peningkatan pengembangan pengelolaan Tempat Pengolahan Sampah Reduce, Reuse dan Recylce (TPS3R) melalui kolaborasi dan kemitraan pengelola TPS3R, masyarakat dan Dinas Lingkungan Hidup (DLH) terkait, untuk meminimalisasi timbulan dan bahaya sampah menuju zero waste. Survei kecil, oberservasi dan sosialisasi menjadi bagian dari aspek metodologis pelaksanaan PKM ini, sintesis hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan. Hasil kegiatan, pentingnya kesadaran dan kebiasaan melakukan pemilahan sampah organik dan non organik dimulai dari sumber penghasil sampah yakni masyarakat dan rumah tangga menjadi inti point yang realsitis bisa dan harus dilakukan masyarakat rumah tangga hingga tingkat pengelola TPS3R. Evaluasi, feedback hasil kegiatan berpotensi memberikan luaran jangka panjang. Manfaat multiple effect dari adanya peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat: akan memudahkan pengelolaan dan pengangan sampah pada level pengelola TPS3R hingga tingkat DLH di area TPA menuju zero waste hingga zero residu di masa depan; Adanya konsistensi pemilahan sampah non organik secar berkelanjutan pada level pengelola TPS3R berpotensi membuka akses sumber keuangan secara teratur untuk menambah modal kerja meskipun tidak besar. Akhirnya, model ini relevan untuk diadopsi dan dikembangkan.

Abstract

The implementation of this Community Service (PKM) activity is a form of attention and participation of academics related to critical issues of waste management with the theme of Grasp-Based Waste Management: Implementation of Financial Management. The goal is an effort to help increase awareness, participation and cooperation in dealing with the waste problem, with theaim of recreating high awareness to participate and cooperate in the implementation method of activities, adapting the observation approach, socialization at the implementation and evaluation stages. Results of the activity. This KKM activity offers three main activities. First, socialization of grassroots-based waste handling; Second, a healthy living culture by paying attention to shopping and consumption behavior; Third, the implementation of Financial Management with economic behavior. The implication is that in the future, similar follow-up activities are needed to support the realization of zero waste and zero residue programs for clean and waste-free living by applying a scientific approach in the implementation of financial management at the individual family level, accompanied by adapting and integrating technology that allows the involvement of various related parties in a continuous manner in waste management among the community.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between Economic Value Added (EVA) and Stock Return (SR), and to test the mediation role of Earning Per Share (EPS). The research design adapts the ex post facto method. The research sample is the financial statements of three Indonesian Telecommunication Companies on the IDX, for 6 years during 2017-2022, with the purposive sampling technique selected. Data analysis using a panel data regression model, developed with an estimated path analysis model using EViews v.14, model selection using CEM, FEM and REM approaches through Chow test, Hausman test, and LM test. The feasibility test of the selected model with the determination coefficient, and the significance test of the effect at alpha 0.05, the mediation test with the Sobel test. The research findings show that CEM as a selected model in the path equation model, with the feasibility criteria of the model being met. EVA has a positive and significant effect on EPS. EVA has a positive and significant direct effect on SR. EPS also has a significant positive effect on SR. The evaluation of mediation pathway parameters concluded that there was an indirect effect through EPS. Where the mediation effect of EPS is at the level of strong predictive ability.
