Abstract

Let F, G and H be simple graphs. The notation F → (G, H) means that for any red-blue coloring on the edges of graph F, there exists either a red copy of G or a blue copy of H. A graph F is called a Ramsey (G, H)-minimal graph if it satisfies two conditions: (i) F → (G, H) and (ii) F − e ↛ (G, H) for any edge e of F. In this paper, we give some finite and infinite classes of Ramsey (C4, K1, n)-minimal graphs for any n ≥ 3.

Abstract

Misalkan diberikan graf G dan graf H sebarang. Notasi F → (G, H) berarti bahwa sebarang pewarnaan merah-biru terhadap semua sisi di graf F selalu menyebabkan subgraf merah yang berbentuk G atau subgraf biru H termuat di dalam graf F. Kemudian, ∀e ∈ F notasi F\{e} 9 (G, H) menyatakan bahwa terdapat pewarnaan terhadap sisi-sisi F\{e} sehingga graf tersebut tidak memuat G merah dan H biru. Kelas R(G, H) menyatakan himpunan graf yang memenuhi syarat F → (G, H) dan ∀e ∈ F, F\{e} 9 (G, H). Dalam artikel ini akan dibahas graf yang termasuk ke dalam kelas R(G, H) dimana graf G nya adalah gabungan graf lengkap K2 dan graf H nya adalah gabungan graf bintang K1,n, untuk n ∈ NDiterima: Direvisi: Dipublikasikan :Kata Kunci: Graf bintang, Graf lengkap, Graf Ramsey Minimal.

Abstract

If F → (G, H), then graph F is called a Ramsey graph for (G, H). Additionally, if the graph F satisfies that F − e ↛ (G, H) for any edge e of F, then graph F is called a Ramsey (G, H)-minimal. The set of all Ramsey (G, H)-minimal graphs is denoted by ℛ(G, H). In this paper, we construct a new class of Ramsey (C4, K1, n)-minimal graphs.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of the work environment, motivation and job satisfaction on the performance of employees of PT. Dua Tiga Sejahtera. The object of this research is the work environment, motivation and job satisfaction on the performance of employees of PT. Dua Tiga Sejahtera. The population in this study are all employees at PT. Dua Tiga Sejahtera as many as 33 employees. While the sample in this study were all employees, namely 33 respondents. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression using SPSS 25 software. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that (1) work environment, motivation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (2) the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (3) Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance; (4) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Kesalahan ejaan dalam bahasa Indonesia sering dijumpai dalam berbagai media komunikasi, termasuk iklan lowongan kerja. Iklan lowongan kerja merupakan salah satu media penting dalam proses rekrutmen. Namun, sering kali iklan lowongan kerja dijumpai dengan banyak kesalahan ejaan yang dapat mengganggu pemahaman calon pelamar dan citra perusahaan.. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesalahan ejaan pada iklan lowongan kerja di wilayah Surabaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan penulis adalah teknik analisis data Kategorisasi dan Tabulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan berdasarkan dari 3 data terdapat beberapa kesalahan ejaan, penggunaan tanda simbol berupa ‘&’ dan ‘/’, penggunaan kata imbuhan ‘di’, penggunaan huruf kapital yang kurang tepat dan penggunaan kata singkatan seperti kata ‘yang’ disingkat menjadi ‘yg’ dan ‘jalan’ menjadi ‘jl’.
