Abstract

Abstrak: Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi infomasi saat ini dilihat dari perkembangan teknologi informasi yang sangat pesat telah merambat penggunaanya diberbagi sektor baik digunakan untuk sektor perdagangan,maupun pemberian pelayanaan publik. Perum BULOG merupakan salah satu perusahaan BUMN yang bergerak di bidang logistik beras dan ketahanan pangan. Sebagai perusahaan yang tetap mengemban tugas publik dari pemerintah, BULOG dalam melakukan kegiatan yang dapat melakukan kestabilan harga dasar pembelian untuk gabah, stabilisasi harga khususnya harga pokok, menyalurkan beras untuk orang miskin (Raskin) dan pengelolaan stok pangan. Perum Bulog Sub Divre Wilayah I Ternate masih menggunakan Microsoft excel sehingga masih kurang ofisien, cepat dan tepat dalam pengolahan data beras. Dengan melihat kekurangan pengolahan data tersebut, maka dibutuhkan sebuah sistem baru yang mampu melakukan pengolahan data secara cepat dan akurat. Salah satu bentuk pengolahan informasi berbasis komputerisasi yaitu sebuah sistem yang memanfaatkan aplikasi web dengan menggunakan pemrograman PHP dan MySQL sebagai basis datanya sehingga memberi kemudahan serta kecepatan pengiriman, penyampaian dan penerimaan informasi bagi penggunaKata Kunci: Sistem Informasi, BULOG, PHP, MySQLAbstract: Along with the development of information technology today seen from the development of information technology that has been very rapid has spread its use in various sectors, both used for the trade sector, as well as providing public services. Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah merancang Sistem kontrol suhu dan pendeteksi gerakan dalam ruangan laboratorium berbasis arduino uno R3 dengan modul Real Time Clock (RTC) dan Passive Infrared Receiver (PIR). Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah SDLC dan alat bantu perancangan menggunakan Flowchart, fritzing. Sistem pengontrolan suhu dan Pendeteksi Gerakan dalam ruangan yang dirancang mengunakan komponen utama terdiri dari mikrokontroler, sensor suhu (DHT22), sensor gerak (PIR), modul RTC, LCD, relay, dan kipas. Pengujian sesor PIR dengan jarak 1-5 meter dengan waktu yang digunakan dari 0-90 detik sensor masi mendeteksi adanya pergerakan, dengan adanya pergerakan yang terdeteksi oleh sensor PIR maka Relay aktif kipas berputar, kemudian LCD sebagai indikator menampilkan kipas ON dan ada pergerakan keterangan ruangan sedang ada orang. pengujian sensor PIR  terhadap kepekaan sudut sekeliling ruangan, pengujian dimulai dari nilai sudut 0°-45° 1-4 meter PIR masih mendeteksi adanya Pergerakan. Selain itu pengujian sensor DHT22 dengan suhu normal 28°C, Sistem ini dapat membantu pihak kampus dalam mengontrol suhu dan mendeteksi gerakan dalam ruangan secara otomatisKata kunci: Pengontrolan, Suhu, Gerakan, Arduino UnoAbstract: The purpose of this research is to design a temperature control system and motion detection in a laboratory room based on Arduino Uno R3 with Real-Time Clock (RTC) and Passive Infrared Receiver (PIR) modules. In this study, the method used is SDLC and design tools using flowcharts, fritzing. Indoor temperature control and motion detection systems are designed using the primary components consisting of a microcontroller, temperature sensor (DHT22), a motion sensor (PIR), RTC module, LCD, relay, and fan. Testing the PIR sensor with a distance of 1-5 meters with the time used from 0-90 seconds, the sensor still detects movement. With the motion detected by the PIR sensor, the active relay fan rotates. The LCD as an indicator displays the fan ON. There is the movement of room information. There are people. Testing the PIR sensor on the corner's sensitivity around the room, the test starts from an angle value of 0 ° -45 ° 1-4 meters. PIR still detects movement. Abstract

Abstrak: Sistem informasi penduduk dimaksud untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dalam hal pelayanan dalam masyarakat. Kelurahan Sangaji kota ternate utara selama ini mempunyai sistem informasi yang masih dalam bentuk manual sehingga menyulitkan dan memperlambat dalam proses penambahan, penghapusan (atau pembuatan surat). Oleh sebab itu perlu dilakukan penelitian untuk merancang aplikasi sistem informasi penduduk. Tujuan dari sistem informasi ini adalah untuk memberikan kemudahan kepada masyarakat dalam melakukan pengurusan dokumen kelurahan, serta menginformasikan pelayanan masyarakat yang efisiensi. Langkah-langkah yang dilakukan dalam hal ini adalah analisis kebutuhan sistem, perancangan sistem. Dalam implementasi ini digunakan bahasa pemograman PHP dan sebagai databasenya digunakan MySQL.Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi, Kependudukan, PHP, Database, MySQL.Abstract: The population information system is intended to improve efficiency in terms of service in the community. Sangaji Urban Village North Ternate City has an information system that is still in the manual form which makes it difficult and slow in the process of adding, deleting (or making letters). Therefore it is necessary to do research to design a population information system application. The purpose of this information system is to provide convenience to the community in managing urban village documents, as well as providing efficient public services. Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah Untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan jaringan protokol IPv4 pada Kampus Aikom Ternate, Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Laboraturium Akademi Ilmu Komputer (AIKOM) Ternate. Teknik Pengumpulan data melaui Pustaka, Penilitian Lapangan, observasi dan interview, Metode Perancangan dan implementasi Jaringan menggunakan protokol IPv4 dengan system operasi Linux Sabily. Abstract

Informasi obyek wisata mengandung berbagai aspek yang terkait dengan layanan yang akan diterima oleh calon wisatawan, seperti kelengkapan fasilitasi kunjungan, kemudahan akses obyek wisata, dan lain sebagainya. Oleh karena itu, pada penelitian ini metode algoritme VFI5 diterapkan dalam membangun sistem rekomendasi pariwisata (obyek wisata) untuk menangani aspek-aspek yang terkait dalam penilaian obyek wisata. Dari hasil analisis algoritme VFI5 didapatkan karakteristik algoritme tersebut dalam menghasilkan rekomendasi obyek wisata.Hasil evaluasi sistem, dengan uji banding perhitungan menunjukan bahwa algoritme VFI5 dapat memberikan nilai prediksi yang sesuai untuk direkomendasikan. Untuk hasil evaluasi pengguna atau web aplikasi ini menunjukan nilai kebergunaanya (usability) untuk mengetahui nilai penerimaan dari pengguna. Hasil pengujian tersebut menunjukan bahwa aplikasi yang dibangun memiliki nilai rata-rata penerimaan dari pengguna sebesar 4. Nilai tersebut menunjukan bahwa aplikasi cukup mudah digunakan.

Abstract

The selection of the best teachers is a crucial process in improving the quality of education because teachers have a central role in shaping and developing the potential of students. This study aims to select the best teachers by applying the ARAS method to provide recommendations to school management in determining the best teachers. The ranking results were obtained by the best teacher by teacher 8 with a final grade of 0.962952 getting rank 1, teacher 1 with a final grade of 0.929876 getting rank 2, and teacher 4 with a final grade of 0.925905 getting rank 3.

Abstract

The determination of scholarship recipients is a very important process in supporting the development of individual potential and the empowerment of human resources. This decision not only focuses on academic achievement, but also considers other aspects that reflect leadership values, social contributions, and economic needs. This study aims to apply the SMART method and the Reciprocal Rank weighting method in producing a decision to determine scholarship recipients at SMP XYZ. Weighting using Reciprocal Rank (RR) involves determining the relative weights for each criterion in decision making, and the Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) can enrich and enhance the assessment process. The final result of ranking scholarship recipients with the integration of the Reciprocal Rank (RR) weighting method and Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) showed rank 1 with a SMART final score of 0.752 obtained for alternative Student C, 2nd place with a SMART final grade of 0.679 obtained for alternative Student A, 3rd place with a final SMART score of 0.665 obtained for alternative Student B.

Abstract

The best lecturers are people who not only have high academic expertise in their fields, but also have the ability to inspire and guide students well. The main problem in determining the best lecturer is subjectivity in the evaluation process. Evaluation of lecturer performance often tends to be based on parameters that are qualitative in nature and can be influenced by personal preferences, or subjective perceptions. This study aims to solve problems in the selection of the best lecturers using the MADM approach with the method used, namely MOORA in the selection of the best lecturers and the surrogate weighting method to determine the weight of criteria to be used in the selection of the best lecturers. The ranking results show no difference in ranking from the rank sum, rank order centroid, and reciprocal rank weighting methods. The results for rank 1 were obtained on behalf of ID Lecturers, rank 3 was obtained on behalf of SH Lecturers, and rank 3 was obtained on behalf of KU Lecturers, using the rank sum, rank order centroid, and rank reciprocal weighting methods. The comparison results that the rank sum, rank order centroid, and reciprocal rank weighting methods are very suitable in recommending the best lecturers by applying the MOORA method. The combination of rank sum weighting method and MOORA, the combination of rank order centroid and MOORA weighting method, and the combination of reciprocal rank weighting method and MOORA there is no difference in the final ranking of the best lecturers.

Abstract

The problems that occur in determining the best students based on the learning process of the assessment process are still based on the academic scores of students and have not considered the learning process carried out by students. This study aims to apply the Combined Compromise Solution (CoCoSo) method in ranking students based on learning assessment using criteria of academic progress, problem-solving ability, mastery of skills, independence, motivation and positive attitude, adaptability, and for weighting the criteria used to apply the Simplified PIPRECIA (Pivot Pairwise Relative Criteria Importance Assessment) weighting method. The Simplified PIPRECIA method is particularly useful in situations where there are diverse criteria to be considered and complex decisions must be made taking into account the preferences and interests of various stakeholders. The Combined Compromise Solution Method is useful when there are conflicts in various criteria that need to be considered in the decision-making process. With this approach, each criterion is weighted and carefully calculated, so that the resulting decisions reflect comprehensive considerations that can meet various requirements and constraints. Based on the results of student rankings based on assessments in learning in the table above, rank 1 was obtained by students with Student ID 1211313 with a final grade of 6.487, rank 2 was obtained by students with Student ID 1211316 with a final grade of 6.402, and rank 3 was obtained by students with Student ID 1211314 with a final grade of 5.814.
