Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manfaat Tari Sunda Melalui Aplikasi TikTok dalam meningkatkan Koordinasi Gerak Tangan Anak Usia 5-6 Tahun. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tari merupakan salah satu bentuk seni yang di dalamnya memadukan motorik kasar dan motorik halus. Gerak dasar tari sunda pada anak usia dini memerlukan koordinasi gerakan tangan. Di PAUD Permata Hati, beberapa anak belum dapat mengkoordinasikan gerakan tangan pada gerak dasar tari sunda. Hal ini terlihat pada kecepatan gerakan tangan dengan iringan dan musik, koordinasi gerakan tangan, dan fleksibilitas (kelenturan gerakan tangan) anak di PAUD Permata Hati. Untuk menstimulasi perkembangan koordinasi gerakan tangan saat melakukan gerak dasar tari Sunda maka PAUD Permata Hati mencoba menggunakan aplikasi TikTok. Aplikasi TikTok merupakan media sosial yang sedang trend di kalangan anak-anak maupun remaja. Aplikasi ini memudahkan seseorang untuk mengekspresikan perasaan, melalui tulisan, lagu, video maupun simbol sederhana lainnya, dengan menggunakan aplikasi tiktok diharapkan anak-anak dapat mengkoordinasikan gerakan tangan saat melakukan gerak dasar tari Sunda. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif deskriptif dalam bentuk penelitian tindakan kelas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi masalah dalam menyajikan  pembelajaran  guru  masih  pada  pembelajaran  parsial  dan  hasil  belajar  siswa rata-rata masih tergolong rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam menerapkan PAKEM melalui kegiatan in House Training. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah. Kegiatan dalam penelitian ini terdiri atas perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi. Instrumen observasi yang digunakan adalah akronim PAKEM menurut tim MBS Unesco-Unicef berupa: Indikator kemampuan guru dalam menerapkan PAKEM. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskriptif komparatif. Data kuantitatif yang diperoleh di deskripsikan dalam bentuk kata-kata atau penjelasan. Selanjutkan dilakukan komparasi data untuk memastikan ada tidaknya peningkatan kemampuan guru dalam menerapkan PAKEM. Setelah melalui 2 siklus Tindakan penelitian, hasil penelitian menunjukkan temuan bahwa kemampuan guru TK AN NABA Karawang dalam menerapkan PAKEM dalam KBM mengalami peningkatan dari 41% (kategori kurang) menjadi 88% (kategori baik). Sehingga pembelajaran di TK AN NABA menjadi lebih aktif, keatif, efektif dan menyenangkan.

Abstract

Teachers are the implementers of the teaching and learning process in the classroom, the success of their teaching is largely determined by their performance. Good teacher performance has several indicators, including mastery of the material, selection of teaching methods, interaction with students, evaluation, self-development, discipline, classroom management and parental involvement. The purpose of this research is an effort to improve teacher performance at TKQ Binaul Iman. This is deemed very necessary because teacher performance at the institution is not optimal. A comparative study activity to the driving school is one of the activities attempted by the school to increase motivation and abilities so that teacher performance can be improved. The research method chosen is qualitative by describing the results of research findings at the two driving schools that are the targets of the comparative study. The comparative study activity provides a place for direct observation by seeing good practices in classroom learning, becoming a means to discuss obstacles in classroom learning. With the comparative study activity to the driving school is felt to increase the motivation of TKQ Binaul Iman teachers in improving teaching skills in the classroom, can absorb good practices that can be adopted and then applied to the institution so that development achievements can be achieved, student abilities increase, and public trust begins to grow. In efforts to improve teacher performance, there are several factors that influence performance, namely motivation and commitment, ability and competence, work environment, and support from schools and the government.

Abstract

The low level of discipline among children serves as the background for this study. The children were unable to follow classroom rules, such as leaving their seats without permission, joking during prayer, and not participating in learning activities in an orderly manner. The aim of this study is to improve the discipline of children aged 5–6 years at PAUD Assalafiyah Banyusari by using gand puppets as media. This study employed a classroom action research model by Kemmis and Mc. Taggart, which consists of four stages: planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data collection techniques included interviews, documentation, and observation, while data analysis was conducted using both qualitative and quantitative methods. The results showed that the use of hand puppet media was effective in improving children's discipline. Prior to the intervention, the level of discipline was 32.5%, categorized as Emerging (MB). After the first cycle, the discipline level increased to 56%, categorized as Developing as Expected (BSH). In the second cycle, it further increased to 82%, categorized as Very Well Developed (BSB). Based on the final score, the research was declared successful, having met the minimum mastery criteria of 80%.
