Abstract

The government has ratified the Ministerial Regulation NO. 14 / PRT / M / 2018 to improve the quality of life and livelihoods of the community through the implementation of healthy, safe, harmonious and orderly housing and settlement areas to prevent the growth and development of slum housing and slum settlements. The ministerial regulation has stated the criteria used to determine slum conditions in slum housing and slum settlements. This study aims to determine what criteria are prioritized in the process of determining housing and slum settlements in the research area, and to determine the application of the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method in providing weighting criteria and setting more specific priorities. AHP method is used to analyze the criteria that affect the priority determination of housing and slum settlement criteria. The criteria that are very influential in determining the identification of housing and slum settlements in the study area, namely the criteria for the availability of safe access to drinking water (0,082), unfulfilled drinking water needs (0,082), availability of drainage (0,078), inability of drainage to drain water runoff (0,078), quality of drainage construction (0,078) and coverage of environmental road services (0,074).Keywords: Criteria, Housing and Slums, AHP

Abstract

Indonesia is the largest nickel producer in the world. but from another aspect, the problem of ex-mining pits, combustion ash waste, nickel slag and others are environmental issues in the nickel mining industry (nikel.co.id, 2020). Currently, the Ministry of Industry through the research and development unit is trying to raise the potential of nickel slag or slag so that it can be used as industrial raw material that is in line with environmental management in the context of a sustainable economic program (antaranews.com, 2020). Based of this study was conducted on the use of nickel slag as a substitute for coarse aggregate in concrete. This research is an experimental study with the objectives of analyzing the physical and mechanical characteristics of nickel slag, analyzing the compressive strength of concrete using nickel slag as a substitute for coarse aggregate, and analyzing the optimal percentage of nickel slag used as a substitute for coarse aggregate. The results of this study indicate that the use of nickel slag as a substitute for coarse aggregate for 20 MPa concrete, and unable to achieve the planned average compressive strength of 20 MPa plus a margin of 12 MPa, resulted in a decrease in compressive strength and did not provide quality improvement. concrete. The application of nickel slag as a substitute for coarse aggregate in structural concrete with a design compressive strength ≥ 20 MPa is not recommended.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are to analyze the characteristics of existing parking and analyze the need for parking spaces, parking characteristics were obtained at the Al Alam Mosque in Kendari City, namely the highest parking volume of 345 units of motorcycles and 374 units of cars, a motorbike parking capacity of 1394 units and a car of 666 vehicles, with a parking index of 90.82% for motorcycles and 191.74% for cars. Meanwhile, the need for parking space with two methods is obtained in a ratio of 1.5-3.5 parking space units (SRP) / 100 m² of land area, then a minimum of 190.38 SRP for LV 2nd class standards, or equivalent to 2379.75 m². By the method, the largest difference between the arrival and departure of the vehicle is the largest accumulation of a given time, obtained then it takes 1266 out of the 1410 SRP available. Meanwhile, for cars, 1277 SRP from the 666 available SRP or equivalent to 7,637.5 m² are needed.

Abstract

Material konstruksi khususnya struktur beton di wilayah Kabupaten Konawe, Kabupaten Konawe Selatan dan Kota Kendari sebagian besar bersumber dari deposit sungai DAS Unaaha dan sekitarnya. Namun, hasil uji material dan uji kekuatan beton yang menggunakan pasir sungai Sandang Muliasari Unaaha dan kerikil Amonggedo Pondidaha tidak tersedia data yang memadai untuk dijadikan acuan standar kelayakan, baik untuk digunakan pada elemen nonstruktural maupun struktural. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, menarik untuk melakukan penelitian uji kekuatan tekan beton dengan menggunakan pasir Sandang Muliasari dan kerikil Amonggedo sebagai agregat penyusunnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui karakteristik pasir Sandang Muliasari dan kerikil Amonggedo, Kabupaten Konawe, dalam pembuatan beton berkekuatan tekan 20 MPa. Dari penelitian disimpulkan bahwa, karakteristik pasir sungai Sandang Muliasari dan kerikil Amonggedo memenuhi spesifikasi agregat untuk mutu beton 20 MPa. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan kekuatan beton yang diperoleh sebesar 31, 22 MPa lebih besar dari kekuatan tekan beton rencana yang ditargetkan sebesar 30, 78 MPa.

Abstract

Masalah di Kabupaten Kepulauan Taliabu adalah mahalnya biaya konstruksi, banyaknya kegagalan konstruksi yang mana material yang digunakan merupakan material utama yang ada di Kabupaten Pulau Taliabu (BPS, 2020). Oleh karena itu, dilakukan penelitian karakteristik beton menggunakan Agregat Sungai Bobong dan Agregat Sungai Gela di Kabupaten Pulau Taliabu Provinsi Maluku Utara. Studi ini merupakan penelitian eksperimental dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik agregat dari Sungai Bobong dan agregat dari Sungai Gela, serta kuat tekan beton yang dihasilkan. Dari penelitian diperoleh karakteristik agregat ex. Sungai Gela lebih baik dari pada agregat ex. Sungai Bobong, terlihat pada berat jenis pasir Sungai Gela lebih tinggi dari pada berat jenis pasir Sungai Bobong yaitu 2,63 gram/cm³ berbanding 2,50 gram/cm³. Demikian pula keausan agregat kasar ex Sungai Gela sebesar 13,48% lebih baik dari keausan agregat kasar ex Sungai Bobong yaitu 44,22%. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa kuat tekan rata-rata yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa kuat tekan beton dengan agregat Sungai Bobong lebih baik dari pada kuat tekan beton dengan agregat ex Sungai Gela.

Abstract

Evaluasi Saluran Drainase Di Lingkungan Desa Tumbudadio adalah salah satu Desa Di Kecamatan Tirawuta Kabupaten Kolaka Timur yang tak luput dari masalah banjir yang banyak menyebabkan banyak kerusakan. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada desa tersebut yaitu setiap tahunnya selalu tergenang air khususnya pada musim penghujan. Untuk perencanaan pengendalian banjir, pengamanan sungai, dan berbagai bangunan air perlu dilakukan analisis hidrologi untuk mendapatkan besaran banjir rencana. Penulisan tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh besaran banjir rencana dan juga memperoleh kapasitas saluran drainase. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode distribusi normal, log normal, log person III, dan gumbel. Hasil evaluasi debit saluran dengan debit rencana saluran drainase periode ulang 5 tahun diperoleh untuk saluran drainase dengan Qp rencana 1,30 m3/det dan Qmax saluran drainase adalah 0,105 m3.det, sehingga drainase tersebut tidak dapat lagi menampung air hujan dengan baik sehingga dapat menimbulkan banjir di kawasan tersebut.

Abstract

Climate change, which causes increased temperatures, prolonged droughts, and dry conditions, heightens the risk of land fires. A similar scenario unfolded in Aunupe Village, where several fires occurred on agricultural land over the past three years, resulting in crop failure and degraded soil quality, leading to financial losses for land-owning farmers. To mitigate the risk of land fire disasters, an agricultural land fire disaster risk management information system is necessary in Aunupe Village, South Konawe Regency. The objective of this community-based empowerment program is to mitigate the risk of land fire disasters. To achieve the desired outcomes, initial coordination with farmer group partners is conducted, followed by the design and installation of fire sensor equipment sets in collaboration with farmer groups. Furthermore, focus group discussions (FGD) are conducted with farmer group partners to ensure their understanding and cooperation. The activities result in the development of an agricultural land fire risk management information system, facilitating the prompt detection, monitoring, and response to fire incidents in the agricultural land of the Lembah Harapan Farmers Group. Additionally, farmer group partners acquire knowledge regarding the utilization of fire mitigation systems.

Abstract

Akibat letak geografis, Taipabu Pulau Binongko Kabupaten Wakatobi yang berkaitan dengan konstruksi masih menggunakan pasir dan kerikil laut sebagai bahan agregat dalam pembuatan beton. Semua gregat pada dasarnya dapat digunakan pada konstruksi non-struktural maupun struktural manakalah me-menuhi syarat spesifikasi. Guna memperoleh kepastian data karakteristik kerikil dan pasir laut Taipabu Pulau Binongko, maka perlu dilakukan penelitian tentang pemanfaatan kerikil dan pasir laut Taipabu Pulau Binongko sebagai agregat pada beton. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi karakteristik kerikil dan pasir laut Pulau Taipabu Kabupaten Wakatobi sebagai agregat dan mengetahui kuat tekan beton yang dihasilkan jika kuat tekan rencana 20 MPa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan karakteristik pasir laut Taipabu Pulau Binongko memenuhi spesifikasi, sementara karakterisik kerikil yakni berat volume 0.58 kg/liter pada kondisi lepas dan 1.10 kg/liter kondisi padat tidak memenuhi spesifikasi 1.4 kg/liter sampai dengan 1.9 kg/liter. Kuat tekan beton yang diperoleh sebesar 25.766 MPa tidak mencapai kuat tekan yang ditargetkan sebesar 30.8 MPa. Rendahnya kuat tekan yang diperoleh diakibatkan oleh karakteristik agregat kasar yaitu berat isi yang rendah.

Abstract

The increasing population growth caused the government to launch the One Million Houses Program. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship of low income to the backlog that occurs. From the results of the data survey conducted, it shows that the backlog of houses in Kolaka Regency in 2015 was 22,925 units that needed houses, while in 2020 there were 11,090 housing units which showed that there were still 48.37% from 2015.

Abstract

Progress inland transportation has not escaped the emergence of new problems from environmental aspects, accidents, and congestion. Traffic congestion occurs due to the imbalance between the growth of vehicles with improved infrastructure, rapid urbanization, low of discipline of road users, and side friction. Land use, type of road, and size of the city result in the characteristics and level of side friction. From these things, research on the analysis of characteristics and level of side friction on the D.I. Panjaitan Road section of Kendari City became interesting. The purpose of this study is to identify the characteristics of side friction and determine the level of side friction. From research and analysis, it was found that side friction that occurs at three observation points is generally caused by the type of activity of stopped vehicles, parking on street, and vehicles come into and exit from the parking area and coming into or leaving the neighborhood. Based on side friction frequency data at three observation points showed the lowest Side Friction Frequency (SFF) of 33.5 and 39.4 events at point T3, then 67.6 and 64.4 at point T2, and the highest at point T3 70.5 and 59.9 events. The data shows that the side friction class on the road is categorized is very low. The low side friction at the observation location is caused by the observation time carried out during the decline in community activities due to the implementation of health protocols due to the increase in Covid-19 cases
