Abstract

The most significant company assets are Human Resources (HR). Talent management is very important to attract and maintain competent employees. The purpose of this study is to see the challenges of talent management in the Pandemic Covid-19 era. Qualitative methods in the form of literature reviews are used in this study. Literature research was conducted by examining in six publications on talent management in the Pandemic Covid-19 era published in national and international journals between 2017 and 2021. The greatest difficulty for human management during Pandemic, according to the results of the analysis, was that organizations and businesses in the whole world are currently facing a very volatile situation. The organization must respond and adapt to changes, and manage their workforce, in the context of global change brought by the plague. Therefore, the organization must constantly try to be proactive to deal with reality that is always changing and unpredictable.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui:pengaruh Mutasi Kerja, Rotasi Kerjaterhadap Efektivitas Kerja Pegawai Dikantor Kementerian Agama KabupatenRokan Hulu. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh sejumlah 38responden. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini Mutasi Kerja (XI),Rotaasi kerja(X2), dan variabel terikat Keputusan Pembelian (Y). Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, kuesioner dan wawancara. Uji keandalan instrumenmeliputi uji validitas dan uji realibitas, uji asumsi klasik meliputi uji normalitas, ujimultikoliniearitas dan uji hetereokedasitas. Dari hasil perhitungan variabel Mutasikerja pada pengujian hipotesis memiliki 0,910 > 1.6883 dengan nilai signifikasi 0.928 >0,05 yang artinya terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikasi Mutasi kerja terhadapEfektivitas kerja

Abstract

Digital era has transformed the fashion industry, requiring entrepreneurs to adopt innovative digital marketing strategies to remain competitive. This study explores the role of digital technology and data in enhancing the competitiveness of fashion entrepreneurs. Through a qualitative approach with a case study method, data were collected from fashion entrepreneurs actively utilizing digital platforms such as social media, e-commerce, and websites. The findings reveal that integration of social media, websites, and e-commerce plays a crucial role in increasing consumer engagement, expanding market reach, and boosting sales growth. Additionally, use of customer data for personalized marketing enhances customer loyalty and improves business decision-making. Furthermore, adoption of advanced technologies such as Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), and Artificial Intelligence (AI) provides unique shopping experiences, giving fashion businesses a competitive edge. This research highlights the importance of adaptive, data-driven, and technology-based digital marketing strategies in the success of fashion entrepreneurs. Implementing these strategies effectively will enable fashion businesses to strengthen their market position and achieve sustainable growth in the digital economy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh saluran distribusi dan orientasi pasar terhadap kinerja pemasaran usaha gula aren di Kecamatan Rambah. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari 58 pemilik usaha gula aren, dengan teknik sampling sensus (jenuh), sehingga seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah saluran distribusi (X1) dan orientasi pasar (X2), sementara variabel terikatnya adalah kinerja pemasaran (Y). Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, kuesioner, dan wawancara. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil uji parsial menunjukkan bahwa nilai thitung untuk saluran distribusi adalah 1,764, sedangkan orientasi pasar sebesar 3,188. Dari hasil tersebut, hanya orientasi pasar yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran. Namun, secara simultan, saluran distribusi dan orientasi pasar berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pemasaran dengan kontribusi sebesar 15,8%. Sisanya, 84,2%, dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini atau faktor eksternal lainnya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy and financial inclusion simultaneously on the performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the digitalization era at Grocery Stores in Kabun District. This study uses a type of quantitative research, where the research results can be processed using mathematical and statistical calculations. The population used in this study is the number of MSMEs according to the scale of business and Kabun District based on data from the UKM cooperative office, transmigration and labor of Rokan Hulu in 2021-2024 with a total of 2,267 MSMEs. The sampling technique used the slovin formula, with a sample size of 96 respondents. The data collection technique in this study was to distribute questionnaires, documentation, and interviews. The data analysis technique used SPSS ver.30 software. The results of this study indicate that the t test results show that financial literacy (X1) has a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs (Y), in the t test results financial inclusion (X2) also significantly affects the performance of MSMEs (Y) and the results of the f test show that financial literacy and financial inclusion have a significant effect simultaneously on the performance of MSMEs. It is known that the t test results which have the highest t value and beta coefficient are financial literacy, so that financial literacy has the strongest influence on MSME performance compared to financial inclusion.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of the village government in empowering farming communities to create superior farmers in Rambah Hilir Tengah Village to support food security. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis is carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of this study show that in the aspect of the regulator, the village government does not make rules regarding the empowerment of farming communities, but only realizes the rules that have been issued by the central government, as well as the lack of public knowledge about clear rules regarding guidelines for empowerment to farming communities. In the aspect of dynamizers, the sub-indicators are not said to be optimal as a whole, there are obstacles such as limited support personnel and lack of technical training, and the village government has not played an active role in conducting field visits. The role of the village government as a facilitator in the provision of seeds, fertilizers and production facilities and infrastructure that have been running in accordance with the needs of the farming community. The empowerment of the farming community in Rambah Hilir Tengah Village is still in the formation stage and has not been fully optimal in creating superior farmers. The food security condition of the community in Rambah Hilir Tengah Village is at a level that is still vulnerable and not yet fully strong.

Abstract

Penelitian ini melibatkan seluruh pegawai penyuluh pertanian di Dinas Tanaman Pangan dan Holtikultura Kabupaten Rokan Hulu dan berfokus pada karakteristik, kompetensi, dan motivasi yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh, dan sampelnya terdiri dari 57 individu. Karakteristik (X1), kompetensi (X2), motivasi (X3), dan variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah variabel terikat (Y). Untuk mengumpulkan data, observasi, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi digunakan. Dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda, hasilnya adalah Y = 2,114 + 0,137 X1 + 0,029 X2 + 0,739 X3+ e. Hasil pengujian parsial menunjukkan bahwa hanya motivasi yang lebih kecil dari taraf signifikan 0,05. Dalam perhitungan koefisien determinasi, ditemukan bahwa 98,2% dari total pengaruh karakteristik, kompetensi, dan motivasi secara bersama-sama berdampak positif terhadap kinerja pegawai; variabel lain yang tidak diteliti memberikan pengaruh sebesar 1,8%.

Abstract

Masalah motivasi di antara pegawai seperti keterlambatan yang sering terjadi dan penundaan dalam menyelesaikan tugas di luar tenggat waktu, muncul akibat kurangnya motivasi intrinsik dan ekstrinsik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mendorong motivasi kerja pegawai di Dinas Pertanian Tanaman Pangan dan Hortikultura Kabupaten Rokan Hulu, Untuk menggali faktor-faktor yang menghambat motivasi kerja pegawai, Untuk mengkaji dampak motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, catatan lapangan, dan dokumen lainnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang memotivasi pegawai antara lain: gaji, semangat kompetisi, fasilitas, dan pengakuan terhadap kinerja. Sementara itu, faktor-faktor yang menghambat motivasi meliputi ketidakdisiplinan pegawai dan masalah dalam kerja tim. Dampak motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai meliputi peningkatan produktivitas, kualitas kerja yang lebih baik, dan pemenuhan tenggat waktu. Temuan ini menyoroti pengaruh signifikan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas Pertanian Tanaman Pangan dan Hortikultura Kabupaten Rokan Hulu.

Abstract

Kelapa sawit memegang peranan penting dalam perekonomian Indonesia, khususnya bagi petani kecil. Namun fluktuasi harga Tandan Buah Segar (TBS) dan faktor lingkungan mempengaruhi pendapatan petani. Penelitian ini menganalisis dampak fluktuasi harga dan lingkungan terhadap pendapatan petani di Desa Setia Baru dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan regresi linier berganda. Akibatnya, fluktuasi harga TBS mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pendapatan, sementara faktor lingkungan seperti curah hujan ekstrim dan erosi tanah juga mempengaruhi hasil panen. Kajian ini merekomendasikan kebijakan harga yang stabil, akses terhadap teknologi berkelanjutan, dan strategi mitigasi lingkungan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan petani.
