Abstract

Lecturers often face unique challenges in maintaining a balance between work and personal life due to the nature of their profession. Therefore, lecturers at IAIN Kerinci require work-life balance to fulfill their duties effectively. This study aims to identify aspects related to work-life balance among lecturers at IAIN Kerinci and strategies that institutional management can implement to sustain this balance. The research employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method using the PRISMA pattern. Findings highlight several aspects linked to lecturer work-life balance, including: 1) time allocation between work and family, 2) workload and commitments, 3) dual roles as lecturers and family members, 4) resilience in fulfilling tridharma responsibilities, and 5) job satisfaction. Human resource management implications include scheduling considerations, adequate rest periods, and access to physical and mental health resources, especially for lecturers' families.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of inclusive leadership on lecturer performance through a SWOT analysis, with Leader-Member Exchange (LMX) as a mediating variable at private universities in Indragiri Hilir Regency. The research aims to determine how inclusive leadership fosters a supportive work environment, enhances lecturer motivation, and ultimately improves performance. Using a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, the study analyzes the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats associated with inclusive leadership and its effect on LMX quality. The findings indicate that inclusive leadership significantly enhances lecturer performance by creating a positive LMX, thereby fostering higher motivation, commitment, and job satisfaction. The study also highlights potential challenges, such as resistance to change and the need for continuous training. These insights are crucial for academic institutions aiming to enhance their educational quality through effective leadership practices.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to explore alternative superior marketing strategies and to make informed decisions for the company by utilizing the SWOT analysis method (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) in the Payakumbuh oyster mushroom randang business. The SWOT analysis is conducted using the IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation) matrix, which identifies the company's strengths and weaknesses, and the EFE (External Factor Evaluation) matrix, which highlights the company's opportunities and threats. Additionally, the IE (Internal-External) matrix reveals the company's current position. Data collected is analyzed using SWOT analysis to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the company’s marketing strategy. The study results, as shown by the Cartesian diagram, place the company in Quadrant I, indicating an aggressive stance which is highly advantageous. The company can leverage its strengths to exploit existing opportunities.
