Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to understand learning with the concept of Lesson Study in growing student motivation. This type of qualitative research with descriptive analysis methods. Class VII, VIII, and IX students in one private junior high school in the city of Bandung as the subject and location of the Research. The data of this research is based on the concept of lesson study that is based on the results of planning, results of implementation, and results of reflection. Then the data is presented and analyzed narratively supported by research results and learning theories as well as lesson study theories and concepts. The learning process with the concept of lesson study can increase the enthusiasm and motivation of student learning when learning Pancasila and citizenship. Learning learning concepts that are launched carefully, and implemented in accordance with planning, can increase student motivation and learning so as to produce better student achievement.Keywords: Learning Motivation, Pancasila Education and Citizenship, Lesson Study

Abstract

Universitas Galuh adalah perguruan tinggi swasta yang memiliki 7 Fakultas, 1 Program Pascasarjana, Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (LPPM), Badan Penjaminan Mutu Internal (BPMI), Perpustakaan dan Kantor Kerjasama. Dari banyaknya tempat yang ada di Universitas Galuh itu menjadi permasalahan yang harus dihadapi dalam manajemen pengelolaan aset. Pengelolaan aset tersebut masih mengandalkan peran dari manusia yang tidak bisa melakukan pendataan aset yang sangatlah banyak. Jika orang tersebut lupa akan menjadi masalah apalagi terkait jenis aset yang melakukan pembayaran dan jika terlambat akan dikenakan sanksi ataupun denda. Penelitian ini untuk memudahkan dalam menghitung jumlah aset dan pencatatan perawatan aset tersebut. Aplikasi pengelolaan aset ini akan bebasis web-based dengan menggunakan bahasa pemerograman php dan MySql sebagai basis datanya. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa desain basis data yang nantinya akan di implemtasikan pada website yang bisa diakses oleh pengelola aset yang akan melakukan pencatatan perawatan aset dan juga sebagai pengingat akan perawatan aset-aset yang berada di Universitas Galuh. Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi, Pengelolaan Aset, ERD, Desain Basis Data Abstract Universitas Galuh is a private university that has 7 faculties, 1 Postgraduate Program, Research and Community Service Institute (LPPM), Internal Quality Assurance Agency (BPMI), Library and Cooperation Office. From the many places in Galuh University, it becomes a problem that must be faced in asset management. The management of these assets still relies on the role of human beings who can not do a lot of asset collection. If the person forgets it will be a problem especially related to the type of asset that made the payment and if it is too late will be subject to sanctions or fines. This research is to facilitate in calculating the number of assets and recording the maintenance of these assets. This asset management application will be web-based free by using php and MySql programming languages as its database. The result of this research is a database design that will be implemtasikan on the website that can be accessed by asset managers who will record asset maintenance and also as a reminder of the maintenance of assets located at the University of Galuh. Abstract

Evaluation of land rehabilitation (revegetation) activities is necessary for measuring the extent of success of the ongoing activities in rehabilitating and recovering degraded lands. One way for evaluating the success of land rehabilitation (revegetation) is by determining the changes of micro enviroment. The objective of this research was to study the changes of micro environment in various types of revegetated land cover, including scrub/bush land (SB), agricultural land (TP), monoculture teak (JM) and mixed crops (TC) in Ciliwung upper watershed. Research results showed that the highest air temperature and soil temperature were obtained at SB, respectively at 32.8 °C and 26.5 °C, and the lowest at TC, respectively at 28.1 °C and 20.7 °C. Relative humidity and soil moisture were highest at TC (72.3% and 96%) and lowest at SB (60.8%), and the lowest soil moisture occurred at JM (45%). The highest infiltration rate occurred on TP (475.5 mm h-1, very rapid), followed by JM (117 mm h-1, fast) and TC (80 mm h-1), and the lowest at SB (17.65 mm h-1, medium slow). Erosion reductions occurred after 6 years of the revegetation activities with the following results:TC (96,676.1 ton year-1 ha-1), JM (10,790 ton year-1 ha-1), TP and SB (52,867.9 ton year-1 ha-1 and 24,612.6 ton year-1 ha-1). The micro environments for all land cover types were better after revegetation activities.

Abstract

Power otot lengan dalam cabang olahraga bola basket merupakan komponen kondisi fisik yang sangat penting, sesuai dengan karakteristik permainan bola basket dimana banyak gerakan yang dilakukan secara tiba-tiba dengan cepat dan kuat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan pliometrik medicine ball dan latihan dumbbell terhadap power otot lengan dalam olahraga bola basket. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen dengan menggunakan desain two group pre-test post-test design. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tim basket putra UPI, dengan metode pengambilan sampel purposive sampling sebanyak 12 orang yang dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok yaitu kelompok dengan latihan pliometrik medicine ball (kelompok A) dan latihan dumbbell (kelompok B). Tes wall bound dilakukan untuk mengetahui kemampuan power otot lengan pada pre-test dan post-test. Latihan pliometrik medicine ball dan latihan dumbbell memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap power otot lengan dalam olahraga bola basket. Namun, metode latihan pliometrik medicine ball menunjukkan hasil yang lebih baik dalam meningkatkan kemampuan power otot lengan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini, latihan pliometrik medicine ball dan latihan dumbbell dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan power otot lengan, tapi latihan pliometrik medicine ball memiliki pengaruh yang lebih signifikan

Abstract

Abstract. At the beginning of 2020, Indonesia became one of the countries that was being hit by the Covid-19 Virus pandemic, this virus is a virus that spreads between humans very quickly, causing various kinds of panic reactions in the community, not even a few people have died, in terms of Nurses as one of the health workers have a very big role in addition to having to protect themselves from exposure to the Covid-19 Virus, they also have to deal with the virus to help people who are infected get healthy again. Nurmaulida Azzahra and Intan Permatahati are nurses at the Wisma Atlet Jakarta Hospital in their struggle, they have to manage behavior to help the health of Covid-19 patients because in addition to attacking health, Covid-19 also attacks the mind and psyche of the infected person. the study of communication science, namely Dramaturgy, Erving Goffman as a pioneer of Dramaturgy said that the management of the behavior of each individual is on the front stage (Front Stage) and back stage (Back Stage). 19. The study used qualitative research methods with a dramaturgical approach, researchers used purposive sampling technique to determine the research subject. Data collection techniques used are in-depth interviews, observation, documentation and literature. The results of this study are that on the front stage, Nurmaulida Azzahra and Intan Permatahati manage their behavior in the form of Caring behavior with an orientation to the aspects of openness and empathy which are influenced by their characteristics and environment, then on the Back Stage they return completely. being themselves, but found behaviors that can only be seen on the back stage, such as Nurmaulida Azzahra who behaves aggressively and Intan Permatahati who behaves violently. The management of their behavior has also fulfilled the requirements of good behavior management according to Erving Goffman, namely Proper Front, Involvement in their role, realizing the idealization of other people's expectations about their role, and Mystification. Abstrak. Pada awal tahun 2020 lalu Indonesia menjadi salah satu negara yang tengah dilanda oleh pandemic Virus Covid-19, Virus ini merupakan virus yang menular antar manusia dengan sangat cepat sehingga menimbulkan berbagai macam reaksi panik di masyarakat bahkan tidak sedikit pula korban jiwa yang berguguran, dalam hal ini perawat sebagai salah satu tenaga kesehatan memiliki andil yang sangat besar selain harus berlindung dari paparan Virus Covid-19 mereka juga harus mengahadapi virus tersebut untuk membantu orang – orang yang terjangkit sehat kembali. Nurmaulida Azzahra dan Intan Permatahati merupakan perawat di RSD Wisma Atlet Jakarta dalam perjuangannya mereka harus melakukan pengelolaan perilaku untuk membantu kesehatan pasien Covid-19 karena selain menyerang kesehatan, Covid-19 juga menyerang pikiran dan psikis dari orang yang terjangkit, pengelolaan perilaku tersebut merupakan salah satu kajian ilmu komunikasi yakni Dramaturgi, Erving Goffman sebagai pelopor Dramaturgi mengatakan bahwa pengelolaan perilaku setiap individu terdapat pada panggung depan (Front Stage) dan panggung belakang (Back Stage) tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui bagaimana perilaku perawat RSD Wisma Atlet Jakarta terhadap pasien Covid -19. Penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan dramaturgi, peneliti menggunakan Teknik purposive sampling untuk menentukan subjek penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan ialah wawancara mendalam, observasi, dokumentasi dan pustaka. Hasil dari penelitian ini ialah bahwa pada panggung depan (front stage) Nurmaulida Azzahra dan Intan Permatahati melakukan pengelolaan perilaku berupa perilaku Caring dengan berorientasi pada aspek keterbukaan dan empati yang dipengaruhi oleh karakteristik dan lingkungan mereka, lalu pada panggung belakang (Back Stage) mereka kembali seutuhnya menjadi diri mereka sendiri namun ditemukan perilaku yang hanya dapat dilihat di panggung belakang (back stage) saja seperti Nurmaulida Azzahra yang berprilaku ngegas dan Intan Permatahati yang berprilaku petakilan. Pengelolaan perilaku yang mereka lakukan juga telah memenuhi syarat dari pengelolaan perilaku yang baik menurut Erving Goffman yakni Penampilan Muka (Proper Front), Keterlibatan dalam perannya, mewujudkan idealisasi harapan orang lain tentang peranya, dan Mistifikasi

The role of public relations in handling the complaints to rising water rate PDAM aims to build the emotional and build a proper relationship with the community kabupaten Bandung so that the process of public relations done by public relations manager junior companies expected to provide understanding and clarity about the rise of water. Research objectives to have a humas done by public relations in handling the peoples complaint about PDAM Tirta Raharja Kabupaten Bandung. Abstrak. Peran public relations dalam menangani keluhan masyarakat terhadap kenaikan tarif air PDAM bertujuan untuk membangun ikatan emosional dan membangun hubungan yang baik dengan masyarakat Kab. Bandung sehingga dengan adanya proses public relations yang dilakukan oleh manajer junior Humas PDAM diharapkan dapat memberikan pengertian dan kejelasan perihal kenaikan air bersih tersebut. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui proses public relations yang dilakukan oleh Humas dalam penanganan keluhan masyarakat terhadap kenaikan tarif PDAM Tirta Raharja Kabupaten Bandung. Untuk mengetahui cara pembentukan proses public relations dalam penanganan keluhan masyarakat terhadap kenaikan tarif PDAM Tirta Raharja Kabupaten Bandung. Untuk mengetahui hambatan yang terjadi pada proses public relations dalam penanganan keluhan masyarakat terhadap kenaikan tarif PDAM Tirta Raharja Kabupaten Bandung. Untuk mengetahui mengapa Humas PDAM harus melakukan proses public relations dalam penanganan keluhan masyarakat terhadap kenaikan tarif PDAM Tirta Raharja Kabupaten Bandung. Metode penelitian kualitatif dengan perspektif studi kasus Robert K. Yin yang lebih ditekankan kepada desain penelitian tipe 1, di mana hanya ada satu kasus dan satu unit analisis dengan menggunakan wawancara dengan narasumber penelitian, observasi, dan studi kepustakaan. Kesimpulan: Public relations menangani keluhan masyarakat terhadap kenaikan tarif PDAM Tirta Raharja Kabupaten Bandung yaitu membangun kontak sosial melalui media online, membangun ikatan sosial dengan telepon secara langsung melalui layanan keluhan PDAM Tirta Raharja Kabupaten Bandung, membangun hubungan komunikasi antarpersonal, komunikasi kelompok, serta membangun hubungan komunikasi massa melalui konferensi pers di surat kabar, radio, dan media jejaring sosial.

Abstract

Abstract. The Covid-19 pandemic has had a negative impact on the field of flag football, due to the limited space for team sports activities in open spaces. With these limitations, the Bandung Regional Indonesian Flag Football Association (IFFA) is still able to carry out its routine activities until it successfully organizes various events. Behind the success of the event during the current pandemic, it cannot be separated from the management of public relations and the communication process carried out by the Bandung Regional IFFA administrators with their stakeholders. This study focuses on how the management of PR IFFA Regional Bandung in increasing existence through the "West Conference Mini Tournament" event during the pandemic. The purpose of this study was to determine the process of fact finding, planning, communication, and evaluation of the Bandung Regional IFFA PR management in the "West Conference Mini Tournament" event. This study uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach. The sources of data used are interviews, observations, literature studies and online data searches. The results show that the fact finding process of IFFA Regional Bandung is to create event innovations, create issues on social media and conduct a survey of flag football players. The planning stage of IFFA Regional Bandung is to design a strategy, determine goals to plan the implementation of health protocols. The communication stage is the implementation of the strategy that has been designed, including the internal and external communication processes. At the evaluation stage, there are obstacles, supporting factors and impacts obtained from the "West Conference Mini Tournament" event. Abstrak. Pandemi Covid-19 memberikan dampak buruk pada bidang olahraga flag football, karena terbatasnya ruang untuk melakukan aktivitas olahraga beregu di ruang terbuka. Dalam keterbatasannya tersebut, Indonesian Flag Football Association (IFFA) Regional Bandung tetap mampu menjalankan aktivitas rutinnya hingga berhasil menyelenggarakan berbagai event. Dibalik keberhasilan event di masa pandemi seperti sekarang tidak terlepas dari manajemen public relations dan proses komunikasi yang dijalankan oleh para pengurus IFFA Regional Bandung dengan stakeholdersnya. Penelitian ini memiliki fokus penelitian bagaimana manajemen PR IFFA Regional Bandung dalam meningkatkan eksistensi melalui event “West Conference Mini Tournament” di masa pandemi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses fact finding, planning, communication, dan evaluation manajemen PR IFFA Regional Bandung dalam event “West Conference Mini Tournament”. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Adapun sumber data yang digunakan berasal dari wawancara, observasi, studi kepustakaan dan penelusuran data online. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses fact finding IFFA Regional Bandung adalah membuat inovasi event, membuat isu di social media dan melakukan survey terhadap para pemain flag football. Tahap planning IFFA Regional Bandung yaitu merancang strategi, menentukan tujuan hingga merencanakan pelaksanaan protokol kesehatan. Tahap communication yaitu pengimplementasian strategi yang sudah dirancang, meliputi proses komunikasi internal dan eksternal. Pada tahap evaluation, terdapat hambatan, faktor pendukung dan dampak yang didapat dari penyelenggaraan event “West Conference Mini Tournament”.

Abstract

Abstract. This research is entitled "The Role of Public Relations in Improving the Brand Image of The Great Asia Africa Lembang". This study aims to determine how the role of Public Relations in improving the brand image of The Great Asia Africa Lembang. This study describes two parts, namely the role of public relations and efforts in improving the brand image of The Great Asia Africa Lembang. This study uses qualitative research methods through a case study approach. Data collection techniques used are in-depth interviews, observation, literature study, and documentation related to research. The subject of this research is Intania who represents as Public Relations of The Great Asia Africa Lembang and the supporting informant is Novi as staff of Public Relations Officer of The Great Asia Africa Lembang. The theory used in this research is Public Relations Theory and Brand Image Theory. The results showed that the role of public relations in improving brand image was carried out according to the four categories of the role of public relations, namely expert adviser (expert prescriber), communication facilitator (communication facilitator), problem solving process facilitator, and communication technician. ). Efforts made by public relations in improving the brand image of The Great Asia Africa Lembang are doing promotions through print, electronic and online media. Also making efforts with PR Digital Marketing, establishing relationships with press relations, and forming public opinion by holding social events. Abstrak. Penelitian ini berjudul “Peran Public Relations Dalam Meningkatkan Brand Image The Great Asia Africa Lembang”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran Public Relations dalam meningkatkan brand image The Great Asia Africa Lembang. Penelitian ini menjelaskan dua bagian, yaitu peran public relations dan upaya dalam meningkatkan brand image The Great Asia Africa Lembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif melalui pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara mendalam, observasi, studi kepustakaan, dan dokumentasi yang berhubungan dengan penelitian. Subjek penelitian ini ialah Anugerah yang mewakili sebagai Public Relations dari The Great Asia Africa Lembang dan informan pendukung nya yaitu Novi sebagai staff dari Divisi Public Relations dan Marketing dari The Great Asia Africa Lembang. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah Teori Public Relations dan Teori Brand Image. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran public relations dalam meningkatkan brand image dilakukan sesuai keempat kategori peran public relations yaitu penasehat ahli (expert prescriber), fasilitator komunikasi (communication facilitator), fasilitator proses pemecahan masalah (problem solving process facilitator), dan teknisi komunikasi (communication technician). Upaya yang dilakukan public relations dalam meningkatkan brand image The Great Asia Africa Lembang yaitu melakukan promosi melalui media cetak, elektonik dan online. Juga melakukan upaya dengan PR Digital Marketing, menjalin hubungan dengan press relations, dan pembentukan opini publik dengan melaksanakan event social.

And in this case, with the various business brands that have been circulating, a new business in the culinary field has emerged, namely a cereal shop called the Sunday Bowl Cereal Club. The unique thing Sunday Bowl about thiscase is that they are pioneers and within 1 year of their business journey they did not incur large marketing costs, they only maximized thestrategy word of mouth for their marketing communications, with this strategy they managed to become one of the sufficient food stalls. known in the city of Bandung. Hal unik dari kasus Sunday Bowl ini adalah dimana mereka adalah pionir dan dalam kurun 1 tahun perjalanan bisnisnya tidak mengeluarkan biaya marketing yang besar, mereka hanya memaksimalkan strategi word of mouth untuk komunikasi pemasaran mereka, dengan strategi tersebut mereka berhasil menjadi salah satu kedai makanan yang cukup dikenal di kota Bandung. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui tahapan promosi word of mouth yang dilakukan oleh Sunday Bowl, isi pesan dari word of mouth pada Sunday Bowl, mengapa Sunday Bowl menggunakan media sosial tertentu dalam mengimplementasikan word of mouth. Metode penelitian kualitatif, studi kasus Robert K. Yin desain penelitian tipe 1 berfokus pada satu kasus dengan satu unit analisis menggunakan wawancara narasumber sebagai key informanpenelitian. Simpulan: tahapan promosi word of mouth yang dilakukan oleh Sunday Bowl yaitu mengidentifikasi kegiatan komunikasi word of mouth yang secara langsung membicarakan tentang nilai positif dan negatif pelayanan dan produk yang ada di kedai Sunday Bowl. Isi pesan promosi yaitu menciptakan daya tarik pesan rasional dan moral, Alasan penggunaan media sosial dapat mempermudah dan mempercepat pesan informasi Sunday Bowl diketahui oleh masyarakat pengguna media sosial sebagai konsumen target.

Abstract. In every government, including related agencies, including the Bandung City Health Office, of course there are programs that must be implemented that must be directly felt and reach the community and realize these programs effectively and efficiently. community problems and the thing that is very important so that the information or knowledge received must be received properly and intact is Vaccination. There is a lot of confusing information about vaccinations, including for parents. In this study taken from key informants and supporting informants. The Bandung City Health Office program is packaged in the "GERMAS" Program for the Healthy Living Community Movement. In informing the public of the program, vaccination points are carried out differently, namely by involving community organizations that are considered very close to the community to become intermediary communicators in helping agencies deliver the program. This type of research uses qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The result of this research is to find a way to choose communicators and also to plan the media used to disseminate messages or information to the public. Abstrak. Di setiap pemerintahan termasuk dinas-dinas yang terkait termasuk Dinas Kesehatan Kota Bandung pastinya mempunyai program yang harus dijalankan yang harus langsung dirasakan dan sampai kepada masyarakat dan menciptakan program tersebut dengan cara efektif, dan efisien. permasalahan masyarakat serta hal sangat penting sehingga informasi atau pengetahuan yang di terima harus di terima dengan baik dan utuh adalah Vaksinasi. Banyaknya informasi yang simpang siur seputar vaksinasi termasuk pada lansia. Dalam penelitian ini yang di ambil dari key informan dan informan pendukung. Program Dinas Kesehatan Kota Bandung yang dikemas dalam Program “GERMAS” Gerakan Masyarakat Hidup Sehat. Dalam menginformasikan program kepada masyarakat dalam point vaksinasi dilakukan secara berbeda, yaitu dengan melibatkan organisasi masyarakat yang di anggap sangat dekat dengan masyarakat untuk menjadi komunikator perantara dalam membantu dinas menyampaikan program. Tipe penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus Adapun Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara,observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini yakni menemukan cara pemilihan komunikator dan juga perencanaan media yang digunakan untuk menyebarkan pesan atau informasi kepada masyarakat.
