Abstract

Artikel ini menjelaskan mengenai partisipasi dan perilaku politik generasi milenial pada pemilihan Bupati Tanah Datar tahun 2020 di Nagari Saruaso Kecamatan Tanjung Emas. Adapun yang menjadi latar belakang disini adalah adanya kecendrungan kelompok milenial untuk mengikuti atau sekedar ikut-ikutan pilihan politik teman sepermainan, memiliki karakteristik yang biasanya masih labil dan apatis, serta memiliki pengetahuan politik yang kurang, sehingga mengindikasikan masih kurangnya kesadaran dalam berpolitik. Sedangkan tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui partisipasi politik generasi milenial dan perilaku politik mereka dalam menentukan pilihan politiknya pada pemilihan Bupati Tanah Datar Tahun 2020. Teori yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah teori Gaffar tentang tiga model dalam melihat prilaku politik masyarakat di antaranya model sosiologis, model psikologis dan model pilihan rasional. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif di mana studi kasus dilakukan di Nagari Saruaso Kecamatan Tanjung Emas. Penelitian ini menggunakan penyebaran kuesioner dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 50 orang usia pemilih milenial. Adapun hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi generasi milenial adalah masih tergolong rendah, sedangkan perilaku politik generasi milenial lebih banyak dipengaruhi oleh pilihan rasional. Pemilih generasi milenial di Nagari Saruaso Kecamatan Tanjung Emas sudah mandiri secara social dalam menentukan pilihan tanpa perlu dipengaruhi teman maupun orang tua, namun cukup tinggi dalam mempertimbangkan aspek agama kandidat Bupati Tanah Datar tahun 2020. Secara psikologis mereka tidak lagi melihat unsur materi dan aspek lahiriah lainya, namun sudah lebih dalam melihat visi misi kandidat, peningkatan ekonomi, penegakan hukum dan rekam jejak kandidat. Pemilih milenial di Saruaso Tanah Datar sudah mapan dalam aspek pilihan rasional.

Abstract

Abstract. Social media for socializing with each other, conducted online, allowing humans to interact without being limited by space and time. Instagram is one of the most popular social media platforms, besides being used for interaction and self-expression, it is also often utilized as a promotional tool for entrepreneurs, such as the owner of Café Teraffee.The aim of this research is to explore aspects related to the utilization of Instagram social media as a promotional tool for Café Teraffee. As mentioned by Kotler & Keller (2012), marketing strategies can be categorized into three commonly known terms: STP (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning).This research is a qualitative descriptive study using a case study approach by selecting Café teraffeeas the research object. Data collection for this research is obtained through interviews, observations, documentation, along with informants such as owners, employees, customers, and followers of Café Teraffee.The findings of this research conclude that Instagram social media greatly aids entrepreneurs in promoting their businesses, reaching a wider audience for Café teraffeedue to the online promotion efforts. Abstrak. Social media yang sering digunakan untuk bersosialisasi satu sama lain dengan dilakukan secara online yang memungkinkan manusia untuk saling berinteraksi tanpa dibatasi ruang dan waktu. Instagram menjadi salah satu social media yang sangat populer, selain digunakan untuk berinteraksi dan mengekspresikan diri, Instagram juga sering dimanfaatkan sebagai media promosi bagi para pengusaha, seperti yang dilakukan pemilik caféteraffee.Tujuan penelitian ini supaya mengungkapkan hal-hal yang bersangkutan pada upaya pemanfaatan social media Instagram menjadi media promosi untuk café teraffee. Sebagaimana menurut (Kotler & Killer, 2012) jika strategi pemasaran bisa diperhatikan oleh tiga strategi yang umum disebut istilah STP ( Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning ).Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian deskriftif kualitatif melalui pendekatan studi kasus melalui memilih obyek penelitian termasuk Café teraffee. Pengmpulan data pada penelitian ini di proleh lewat wawancara, pengamatan, dokumentasi bersama informan-informan seperti pemilik, karyawan, pembeli, serta followersCafe teraffeeHasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan social media Instagram sangt membantu para pengusaha dalam mempromosikan usaha, menjangkau lebih banyak pengunjung pada café teraffeedikarenakan promosi online yang dilakukan.

Abstract

Digitization has driven information technology to become a fundamental foundation in facilitating human tasks across various aspects, including governance. This study focuses on the implementation of the Online Public Service Application (PRO) Denpasar as part of e-government implementation in Denpasar City. The research aims to analyze the effectiveness of the PRO Denpasar application in improving the quality of public services, identify implementation challenges, and formulate improvement strategies based on a SWOT analysis. This study employs a descriptive qualitative method as the issues examined are social and dynamic in nature. This method enables researchers to explore phenomena in-depth by gathering information from various perspectives. The qualitative approach provides flexibility in understanding the social context and the dynamics of interactions between individuals or groups related to the phenomenon being studied. The results indicate that although the public satisfaction level with the application exceeds 80%, several challenges remain, such as uneven socialization, digital divides, and slow responses from relevant parties. The proposed strategies include developing a collaboration-based digital platform, enhancing data security, and implementing digital inclusion programs. This research underscores the importance of multi-stakeholder collaboration and continuous innovation to support the success of e-government.

Abstract

The era of digital transformation has brought fundamental changes to the banking industry in Indonesia, encouraging banks to optimize information systems to improve service quality and maintain customer loyalty. This study focuses on Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) in Medan City, which is the economic center of North Sumatra with a high level of competition. In this context, information system audits are important to assess the reliability, security, and effectiveness of existing systems. This study aims to evaluate the effect of service quality and customer satisfaction on BRI customer loyalty, as well as to analyze the impact of information technology implementation in improving service quality. The methods used in this study include qualitative and quantitative analysis, with data collection through questionnaires distributed to BRI customers in Medan. The results of the study indicate that there is a significant effect between service quality and customer satisfaction on loyalty. In addition, the digital transformation carried out by BRI, including the implementation of the COBIT and ISO 31000 frameworks, has improved operational efficiency and data security. However, BRI also faces challenges in adapting to changing regulations and strengthening cybersecurity systems. These findings provide valuable insights for BRI management in optimizing more effective information systems and marketing strategies, and emphasize the importance of a customer-centric approach in improving customer experience. Recommendations for BRI include strengthening risk management and utilizing demographic data for more targeted product development, in order to maintain customer loyalty in the increasingly digital era.
