Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode latihan tutorial teman sebaya dan vidio tutorial terhadap hasil latihan Lay Up Shoot. Dengan jumlah populasi yang diteliti adalah seluruh siswa Smp Islam Nurul Huda yang berjumlah 47 siswa. Dimana sempel di bagi menjadi 2 kelompok belajar. Kelompok pertama mendapatkan perlakuan atau pembelajaran dengan metode pembelajaran tutorial teman sebaya dan kelompok ke 2 mendapat perlakuan atau pembelajaran dengan metode vidio pembelajaran. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes lay up shoot dimana setiap siswa akan melakukan lemparan Lay Up Shoot sebanyak 10 kali dengan ketentuan semakin banyak yang masuk maka nila akan semakin baik. Tidak terdapat perbedaan yang pengaruh tutor sebaya terhadap  hasil pembelajaran lay up shoot bola basket pada siswa SMP Islam Nurul Huda ditunjukkan nilai sig.(2-tailed) dari kelompok eksperimen yaitu 0,778. Tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pengaruh video tutorial terhadap  hasil pembelajaran lay up shoot bola basket pada siswa SMP Islam Nurul Huda ditunjukkan oleh nilai sig.(2-tailed) dari kelompok eksperimen yaitu 0,170 . Tidak ada perbedaan tutorial teman sebaya dan vidio tutorial berpengaruh secara bersama terhadap pembelajaran bola basket. ditunjukkan nilai signifikansi > 0,005. Dapat meningkatkan ketertarikan serta keantusiasan siswa Smp Islam Nurul Huda dalam mengikuti pembelajaran bola basket dengan metode tutorial teman sebaya dan vidio tutorial. Sebagai informasi tentang hambatan dan kendala yang dialami oleh siswa Islam Nurul Huda saat pembelajaran bola basket dengan metode tutorial teman sebaya dan video tutorial

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to assess the level of basic skills of playing futsal in students at SDN Pucangan 02 Kartasura. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. The method used is a survey with test and measurement techniques. Through tests and measurements will obtain objective data. The research subjects were students of SDN Pucangan 02 Kartasura class totaling 20 students consisting of 20 male students. Data collection was done through observation and tests. Data analysis was quantitatively descriptive. The results of the study were the level of skills in playing futsal for students of SDN Pucangan 02 Kartasura in 2023/2024 was declared “good” as many as 11 students (55%). This means that the level of futsal skills of futsal extracurricular participants is at a good level, while the average value of 110.2000 lies in the “medium” interval. Furthermore, this can provide consideration for coaches or trainers in order to improve physical and psychological quality, develop strategies, techniques and playing patterns and improve the quality and psychological abilities of futsal extracurricular participants. So that the ability and skills to play futsal for students of SDN Pucangan 02 Kartasura in 2023/2024 can continue to increase.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the effectiveness of circuit weight training (CWT) in improving the body mass profile of guns gym Surakarta members. The research used was quasi-experimental with pretest posttest design. The population amounted to 35 people and a sample of 10 met the criteria. Data collection conducted in this study using measurement tests. Changes in body mass profile were assessed through three main indicators, namely body weight, body circumference size, and body fat content, to calculate body mass index (BMI) before and after following the exercise program. Data processing using paired sample t test showed a decrease in mean BMI from 26.52 to 26.11, with a decrease of 0.407. The significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05) indicates a positive and significant effect of circuit weight training on improving body composition. The results of this study prove that circuit weight training is effective in improving body composition and helping to achieve a more ideal body weight. This study also highlights the importance of a purposeful exercise program in supporting improvements in overall fitness and health. It was concluded that circuit weight training is effective in improving the body mass profile of fitness members at guns gym compared to before the training program was conducted.
