Abstract

The Women's Savings and Loans Program is one of the Indonesian government's efforts to develop rural savings and loans opportunities, strengthen women's institutions, and encourage the reduction of poor households and job creation. The decision support system for the selection of recipients of women's savings and loans funds aims to determine the profitability of lending to women's groups in UPK in North Rao district. Suboptimal decision-making can interfere with the provision of women's savings and loans funds. This system is made by the Electre method (Elimination et choix traduisantla realite). The aim is to help the UPK of Pohjois Rao Subdistrict to provide objective and targeted assistance based on different levels of importance from each criterion. System created using the Electre method, (Elimination et choix traduisantla realite). The aim is to help the North Rao Subdistrict UPK provide assistance objectively and purposefully based on different levels of importance from each criterion. Calculations are carried out for each criterion in this system, which then shows the rating results from the highest to the lowest, so that it can be used as a reference for UPK to determine borrowers.

Abstract

Measurement of the quality of information systems is necessary to evaluate the satisfaction of users of the system as a consideration for companies to develop the information system. This research aims to apply and test the Service Quality method to measure the level of user satisfaction with the Indihome Dunsanak Information System Provisioning Monitor (SIMIDUN) to serve as a benchmark for system developers to develop Indihome Dunsanak's Information System Provisioning Minitor. The data used in this study is data about the details of items or indicators contained in the application to be evaluated, by distributing questionnaires to system users. Data processing is done using the Service Quality method, then the data is processed by calculating the perception value and the expected value based on the questionnaire that has been distributed then calculating the gap score to make a cartesian diagram. The results obtained in the evaluation of user satisfaction information system provisioning indihome dunsanak based on Distribution and Percentage of User Perceptions of the information system that 38.47% of SIMIDUN Information System users are satisfied with the performance of the system and only 18.47% of users assess the performance of the SIMIDUN Information System very much. satisfactory, based on the data obtained that the average servqual score is -0.97 means that the score gap between user expectations and what the user feels is negative. This means that the average expectation of new users is fulfilled by SIMIDUN Information System with a score of 0,97.

Abstract

Sejalan dengan perkembangan teknologi, dikembangkan pula suatu sistem teknologi yang mampu mengadopsi proses dan cara berpikir manusia yaitu sistem pakar yang mengandung pengetahuan tertentu sehingga setiap orang dapat menggunakannya untuk membantu memecahkan masalah yang bersifat spesifik, dalam hal ini penulis mencoba menerapkan sistem pakar untuk mendiagnosa penyakit leptospirosis tujuan utama dari skripsi ini adalah membangun sebuah sistem berbasis pengetahuan mengenai penyakit leptospirosis dan penyakit yang memiliki gejala yang hampir sama dengan penyakit leptospirosis, dengan menggunakan metode analisa  data runut maju ( Fordward Chaining), Seorang pasien atau user akan diberikan beberapa pertanyaan yang berdasarkan gejala dari semua penyakit, sehingga hasil dari diagnosa dapat sesuai dengan jawaban pertanyaan seorang pasien atau user tersebut.

Abstract

 Abstract: This research This study aims to analyze the influence of social media on adolescent communication patterns in relation to character formation through the application of an expert system based on the Forward Chaining method. This method was chosen because it is able to trace available facts to produce conclusions systematically and logically as the development of information technology, especially social media, has had a significant influence on adolescent communication patterns. Interactions that were previously dominated by face-to-face communication have now shifted to the digital realm which is freer, faster, and has a wider reach. This change has a direct impact on the process of adolescent character formation, both in positive and negative aspects. The results of the study indicate that the use of social media influences adolescent character through the intensity of communication, the type of content accessed, and the interaction patterns formed. By utilizing an expert system, this study is expected to provide more targeted recommendations in understanding and managing the influence of social media on adolescent character development. Keywords: Expert system; forward chaining; promotion; rule based. Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh media sosial terhadap pola komunikasi remaja dalam kaitannya dengan pembentukan karakter diri melalui penerapan sistem pakar berbasis metode Forward Chaining. Metode ini dipilih karena mampu menelusuri fakta-fakta yang tersedia untuk menghasilkan kesimpulan secara sistematis dan logis seiring perkembangan teknologi informasi, khususnya media sosial, telah memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pola komunikasi remaja. Interaksi yang sebelumnya didominasi oleh komunikasi tatap muka kini bergeser ke ranah digital yang bersifat lebih bebas, cepat, dan luas jangkauannya. Perubahan ini berdampak langsung pada proses pembentukan karakter remaja, baik dalam aspek positif maupun negatif.. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media sosial berpengaruh terhadap karakter remaja melalui intensitas komunikasi, jenis konten yang diakses, serta pola interaksi yang terbentuk. Dengan memanfaatkan sistem pakar, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan rekomendasi yang lebih terarah dalam memahami sekaligus mengelola pengaruh media sosial terhadap perkembangan karakter remaja. Kata kunci: Media Sosial, Pola Komunikasi Remaja , Karakter diri , Sistem pakar , forward Chaining
