Abstract

The current era of digitalization allows humans to live side by side with technology. However, this technology has two sides that have positive and negative impacts depending on how we use it. The negative impact of technology use is often caused by a lack of awareness of applicable ethics and norms. This is related to the philosophy of technology, namely technoethics or technology ethics, which is a branch of ethics that deals with moral issues arising from the development and use of technology. The aim of this research is to find out how humans use technology. This research uses the literature study method, the subjects of this research are journals, articles, and books. Research data was taken from secondary data such as journals, articles, and books, then analyzed using descriptive analysis methods. From the results of the research carried out, it can be concluded that based on the literature review, Technoethics tries to handle ethical problems that arise from technological developments and ensures that technology is used responsibly and in accordance with ethical values

Abstract

This study aims to provide an overview of the role of civic education in social life and building national character in elementary school students. The research method used is descriptive research based on the opinions of experts or previous research and collects data from several scientific journals, research results in the form of thesis, and other relevant sources. Citizenship education plays a very important role in social life and in building national character in elementary school students because it contains values, attitudes, morals, and norms or rules that can be used as guidelines in socializing and building national character. The implementation of the values, attitudes, morals, and norms contained in civic education is still not going well in the community so that it is necessary to inculcate these values more intensively so that the implementation and role of civic education in social life and building the character of this nation goes well.

Abstract

Kemajuan IPTEK memaksa setiap orang untuk ikut mengikuti kemajuannya, tidak terkecuali dengan pendidikan. Maka dari itu tugas yang paling penting bagi para tenaga pendidik atau guru adalah mereka harus paham dan mengerti mengenai teknologi agar dapat membantu setiap peserta didik dalam mencapai tujuannya, dan mencapai tujuan pendidikan itu sendiri. Untuk meningkatkan keefektifan tenaga pendidik atau guru ini akan dilakukan penelitian tentang manajemen pengelolaan tenaga pendidik agar tahu apakah manajemen pengelolaan tenaga pendidik ini terintegrasi dengan kemajuan zaman teknologi saat ini. Disini kami melakukan penelitian yang dapat menjawab, apa yang sebenarnya dibutuhkan agar manajemen pendidik berbasis teknologi ini dapat tercapai. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis memakai metode studi literatur. Metode ini adalah serangkaian yang berkenaan dengan metode pengumpulan data pustaka, membaca, dan mencatat, serta yang mengelola bahan penelitian. Peningkatan profesionalitas pendidik melalui gerakan literasi digital dapat dilakukan pada tahapan pengembangan dan pelatihan dalam manajemen pendidik, karena pada tahap tersebut terdapat tahap perencanaan karir yang dimana setiap pendidik diberikan kesempatan untuk mengembangkan bakat dan kemampuan yang akan dibutuhkan untuk karir kedepannya.
