Abstract

Information technology has an important role in business processes, one of whichis the implementation of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) which is softwareintended to help organizations manage and create effective use of resources byproducing integrated solutions. ERP provides beneficial implications in businessprocesses. One of them is the company's supply chain process. This study aims toanalyze how the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system is implemented andits influence on business operations in every company department, especially in thesupply chain management department of the company chosen as the object ofanalysis, namely PT. Pegaunihan Technology Indonesia. The methodology used inthis study is qualitative research methods, especially qualitative descriptions andcase studies. Based on the results of the analysis presented, it can be concluded thatthe implementation of ERP at PT. Pegaunihan Technology Indonesia, especially inthe supply chain management department, creates responsiveness, effectivenessand efficiency that is integrated into its processes and performance.Keywords: ERP, Company Performance, Effectiveness and Efficiency,Information Integration, Supply Chain Management,

Abstract

This study looks at how the dividend payout ratio acts as a mediating factor between the impact of gender diversity on the board and firm performance. The percentage of female commissioners, female executive directors, female independent directors, and female directors served as a proxy for board gender diversity. In the meantime, return on equity and assets are used to gauge the company's performance. Using secondary data from the financial and annual reports of sample firms posted on the official IDX website (www.idx.co.id) and company websites, a quantitative technique was used to research companies indexed in the IDX High Dividend 20 between 2018 and 2022. Panel regression is the analysis technique employed. The E-Views application is utilized for data processing and testing. Board gender diversity, especially the percentage of female directors (FDP), has a positive effect on the DPR. On the other hand, firm performance as measured through ROA and ROE is not influenced by DPR. The presence of female independent directors (FID) contributes positively to firm performance as measured through ROA, while firm performance as measured through ROE is positively influenced by female directors (FDP).

Salah satu perusahaan jasa di indonesia yang telah menerapkan sistem ERP adalah Go-Jek yang merupakan perusahaan berbasis digital yang berasal dari Indonesia. Perusahaan lahir pada tahun 20l0 di Jakarta yang didirikan oleh Nadiem Makarim. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana sistem ERP pada perusahaan Go-Jek. Tim penulis melakukan penelitian dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Jenis pendekatan kualitatif yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini juga didukung dengan penerapan teknik observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan menggunakan 3 sistem ERP yaitu transaction processing systems, enterprise collaboration systems, dan process control systems. Sistem ERP ini dapat membantu melancarkan kegiatan perusahaan. Tim penulis merekomendasikan beberapa kriteria sistem ERP. Customizable dan Expandable, ini dapat mempermudah pengguna Go-Jek untuk dapat mencari dokter tanpa harus keluar rumah karena penyebaran virus sangatlah cepat dan berbahaya. Reduce Cost, perusahaan harus bisa menerapkan sistem yang tidak mengeluarkan biaya yang besar juga. Dalam menerapkan sistem ERP pada perusahaan Go-Jek, Human Resource menjadi faktor kesuksesan bisnis dalam penerapan sistem tersebut yang dimana Faktor yang dirasakan langsung oleh perusahaan Go-Jek adalah perusahaan menjadi lebih gampang dalam memilih dan mengatur karyawan yang dimana manajemen menjadi lebih menghemat waktu.
