Abstract

The aim of this research was to identify teachers and students readiness to change and to measure specifically their readiness to adapt digital technology. This research used survey method and the unit of analysis are teachers and students registered in X school. The data was collected from interview and questionnaire that has been distributed to 326 students and 21 teachers. Data analysis used descriptive statistic to measure their readiness to change. The result of this research indicate that both teachers and students were not ready if X school intended to do digital transformation. From the results of data processing, it is also found that there are differences in perceptions between teachers and students that must be overcome by the school if it plans to adopt digital learning in the future.

Abstract

Information technology has an important role in business processes, one of whichis the implementation of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) which is softwareintended to help organizations manage and create effective use of resources byproducing integrated solutions. ERP provides beneficial implications in businessprocesses. One of them is the company's supply chain process. This study aims toanalyze how the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system is implemented andits influence on business operations in every company department, especially in thesupply chain management department of the company chosen as the object ofanalysis, namely PT. Pegaunihan Technology Indonesia. The methodology used inthis study is qualitative research methods, especially qualitative descriptions andcase studies. Based on the results of the analysis presented, it can be concluded thatthe implementation of ERP at PT. Abstract

This research aims to evaluate how corporate governance influences firm performance, considering the role of agency costs as mediation. The research sample consists of 120 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research data used quantitative data from companies' financial statements and annual reports from 2018 to 2022. The analysis method used is panel regression, and data validation was conducted using E-Views 12 software. The research results indicate that board size, managerial ownership, and institutional ownership do not significantly influence agency costs. However, agency costs significantly positively influence firm performance, as measured by ROA. Additionally, board size has a significant negative influence on firm performance. Meanwhile, managerial ownership and institutional ownership do not show a significant influence on firm performance. The mediation test results show that the influence of corporate governance on firm performance can’t be mediated by agency costs.

Abstract

Setiap pelaku usaha pastinya menginginkan perkembangan bisnisnya yang lebih baik dan maju untuk kedepannya, salah satu strategi yang bisa diterapkan bagi pelaku bisnis adalah dengan membuat bisnisnya memasuki pasar internasional. Penerapan bisnis secara internasional memiliki banyak manfaat yang dapat diperoleh, tidak hanya untuk bisnis. Namun, juga bermanfaat bagi negaranya. Akan tetapi, bisnis internasional tidak mudah untuk diterapkan begitu saja terdapat beberapa faktor yang perlu diperhatikan dalam penerapan bisnis internasional seperti, penentuan strategi yang tepat untuk memasuki pasar global, memperhatikan risiko bisnis yang dijalankan, dan faktor penunjang keberhasilan bisnis dalam pasar global. Faktor-faktor inilah yang akan digunakan sebagai bahan analisa terhadap perusahaan McDonald’s pada penelitian ini. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan gambaran kepada para pelaku bisnis sebelum memutuskan untuk memasuki pasar internasional. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa studi pustaka, literature review, dan media online. Dari penelitian ini, menunjukkan bagaimana strategi McDonald’s dalam memasuki pasar internasional, risiko bisnis yang dihadapi oleh McDonald’s yang terdiri dari cross- cultural risk, country risk, financial risk, dan commercial risk, serta penerapan etika bisnis, sustainability, dan corporate social responsibility yang mampu menunjang keberhasilan bisnis McDonald’s. Abstract

Background: Sejegi Village, Mempawah Timur Subdistrict, Mempawah Regency, is located approximately 84 km from the Politeknik Negeri Pontianak campus. The community has diverse occupations, including farmers, planters, civil servants, daily laborers, traders, and private employees. A survey conducted by HMJ AB Polnep revealed that Sejegi Village has significant potential in the fisheries sector, particularly in tilapia aquaculture, with cages and hatcheries covering approximately 2 hectares. The cultivation cycle takes 4–7 months; however, most of the harvest is sold raw, while processed products such as nuggets and fish balls remain limited. Program Method: The program employed potential identification surveys, preparation of activity proposals, tilapia processing training into abon and nuggets for PKK mothers, digital marketing training for Karang Taruna youth, mentoring, evaluation, and dissemination of results to stakeholders, including the campus, village government, and ministries. The program emphasizes active community participation to apply skills practically. Results Achieved: PKK mothers are able to produce tilapia-processed products regularly, while Karang Taruna youth actively market the products via social media. Community mindset has shifted from selling raw fish to becoming creative entrepreneurs based on local processed products. The program enhances skills, strengthens community collaboration, encourages village economic growth, and ensures the sustainability of production. These activities provide tangible socio-economic impacts and support the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly in promoting health and welfare, with the flagship product being Tilapia Nuggets.

Abstract

This study explores public sentiment toward Indonesia’s new digital tax administration system, known as Coretax, by analyzing conversation among tax-savvy users in a WhatsApp Group. Public sentiment was analyzed by examining more than 53,000 messages using a lexicon-based approach to classify them into positive, negative or neutral categories. The findings reveal that negative sentiment dominates (39%), indicating frequent technical issues, procedural confusion, and access problems during Coretax’s early implementation phase in 2025. However, neutral (31.5%) and positive (29.5%) messages show that users also shared information and expressed appreciation, especially during successful interactions. Spikes in communication occurred during major events such as webinars and statutory tax filing deadlines. This study provides a novelty using real-time peer-to-peer digital conversations to capture how knowledgeable users experience tax digitalization in its earliest months. The findings suggest that user-oriented design, clearer guidance, and responsive communication are essential for improving user experience in digital tax reforms.
