Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis terpaan media massa terutama berita di televisi terhadap minat berkunjung wisatawan ke Lombok pasca terjadinya gempa pada Agustus 2018. Penelitian didesain sebagai penelitian survey deskriptif eksplanatori yang bersifat korelasional dan pengaruh. Data primer diperoleh dengan melakukan wawancara langsung dengan responden. Metode survei merupakan metode yang mengambil sampel dari satu kelompok populasi dan menggunakan kuesioner yang terstruktur sebagai alat pengumpulan data yang pokok untuk mendapatkan informasi yang spesifk. Fokus penelitian adalah menganalisis pengaruh terpaan berita pada media televisi terhadap minat berkunjung wisatwan pasca terjadinya bencana gempa Lombok. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berita yang ditampilan di media massa televisi memberikan dampak terhadap perilaku khalayaknya sesuai dengan teori uses and effect, dimana kebutuhan akan informasi akan mempengaruhi perilaku penerima informasi. Pasca terjadinya gempa di Lombok pada Agustus 2018, pemerintah daerah maupun pusat kembali melakukan penataan terhadap destinasi wisata di Lombok terutama untuk infrastruktur dan pemasaran pariwisatanya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifkan positif terpaan berita terhadap minat pariwisata ke Lombok pasca terjadinya gempa. Televisi yang merupakan media massa yang memiliki kekuatan dalam mempengaruhi, persepsi, pandangan hingga sikap audiens. Terpaan berita memberikan kontribusi pengaruh signifkan positif (sebesar 17.6%) terhadap minat pariwisata. Oleh karena itu, televisi dirasa memainkan peranan penting dalam penyebaran informasi dan memiliki kemampuan untuk mempengaruhi perilaku khalayak.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous the effect of service quality and customer satisfaction partially and simultaneously on member loyalty and the variable that has the most dominant influence between service quality and customer satisfaction on member loyalty at Ksp Sada Roha Jaya in Ranjok, Mataram City. The population in this study is unknown so the sample was determined using the nonprobability sampling method and accidental sampling technique. So the number of samples determined was 100 respondents. The statistical test tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that partially the variables of service quality and customer satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on member loyalty, simultaneously the variables of service quality and customer satisfaction have a significant effect on member loyalty. Furthermore, the variable that has the most dominant effect is service quality.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the significant partial influence of workload, work communication and work stress on employee satisfaction at the sub-district office in Mataram City. The population in this study was all 157 sub-district office employees in Mataram City. This research uses the Slovin technique because the population is large, so the sample in this research was narrowed so that a sample of 113 respondents at the sub-district office in Mataram City was obtained. The data analysis method used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression. The research results show that: (1) Workload has a partially significant effect on job satisfaction. (2) Communication has a partially significant effect on job satisfaction. (3) Job stress does not have a partially significant effect on job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Cash Turnover, Receivables Turnover, Inventory Turnover on Profitabillity partially, to determine the effect of Cash Turnover, Receivables Turnover, Inventory Turnover on Profitability simultaneously, and to determine the most dominant variable affecting Profitability in Construction Companies. The approach in this study is to use an associative approach. The population in this study were all construction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2022, namely 26 companies and the research sample was 8 companies. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, t test, f test and determination coefficient, and beta coefficient. The results of this study indicate that, partially, cash turnover and inventory turnover have no significant effect on profitability, while accounts receivable turnover has a significant effect on profitability. simultaneously Cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover, inventory turnover have a significant effect on profitability. And the most dominant variable receivable turnover affects profitability

Abstract

This community service aims to introduce and implement digital marketing strategies to increase sales volume. The partners in this service are the actors of UNKM Jagung Marning UD Karya Indah located in Gelogor Selatan Village, Kediri District, West Lombok. The main problem faced by partners is the lack of knowledge in marketing the products produced both offline (conventionally)/directly and online. Lack of understanding/knowledge of marketing will have an impact on the lack of sales results, thus affecting business development. The solution offered in this community service is through a mentoring consultation program by a team of lecturers. The target of the program is to increase partner knowledge both regarding digital marketing strategies and the ability to implement digital marketing. The method of implementing community service activities is carried out by providing tutorials and mentoring in introducing digital marketing strategies both conventionally and digitally. The results of the activity show the enthusiasm of partners who from the beginning have always paid attention and asked a lot of questions for the continuity of their business.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine several things, namely : (1) the effect of self-efficacy (self-efficacy) and workload partially to job satisfaction through satisfaction, (2) the effect of self-efficacy, workload, and job satisfaction partially to employee performance, (3) the effect of self-efficacy and workload to employee performance through job satisfaction, (4) the effect of self-efficacy and workload simultaneously tehadap job satisfaction, (5) ) the effect of self-efficacy, workload and job satisfaction simultaneously tehadap employee performance. In this study using the type of associative research with a population and a sample of 38 employees at PT. Victory International Future Mataram Branch data collection techniques used in this study in the form of a questionnaire-shaped statement. The results of this study showed that: (1) self efficacy and workload have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction because the calculated t value is higher than T table 2.714 > 1.685 and produces a significance level of T is 0.000 < 0.05 and T table 4.871 > 1.685 and produces a significance level of T is 0.000 < 0.05. (2) self efficacy, workload, and job satisfaction beinfluence positive partially significant to employee performance because the value of t calculate self efficacy is higher than T table 7.936 > 1.685 and produce significance level t is 0.010 < 0.05, t calculate workload 4.197 > 1.685 and produce significance level t is 0.00 < 0.05, and job satisfaction 11.061 > 1.685 and produce significance level 0.05 0.00 < 0.05. (3) self efficacy and workload significantly affect employee performance through job satisfaction due to sobel test self efficacy t table value 1,685 > 2,164 and workload 1,685 > 3,637. (4) self-efficacy and workload have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on job satisfaction because the results of F count 43,474 and the significance value of 0,000 < 0.05. (5) self efficacy, workload significant effect simultaneously terhadao employee performance because the value of F count 439.179 and the value of significance 0.000 < 0.05.
