Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Inflation Rate, Interest Rate, Exchange Rate (KURS), and Gross Domestic Product (GDP) of the Composite Stock Price Index (CSPI) (Case Study in the Sector of Property Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2016 period). 2021). This research is associative by linking the independent variable to the dependent variable. The data collection technique uses documents. The results showed that the inflation variable (X1) had a significant effect on the JCI with a t-count value of -6.977 and a significance value of 0.005. The interest rate (X2) has a significant effect on the JCI with a t-count value of 4.883 and a significance value of 0.006. The exchange rate (X3) has a significant effect on the JCI with a t-count value of -11.415 and a significance value of 0.000. Gross Domestic Product (X4) has no significant effect on the JCI with a t-count value of 1.352 and a significance value of 0.178. Simultaneously, all independent variables (inflation, interest rates, exchange rates, and gross domestic product) together have a significant effect on the JCI with a calculated F value of 35.573 and a significance level of 0.000 less than 0.05. The adjusted R square value of 0.436 means that the variables of inflation, interest rates, exchange rates, and gross domestic product explain the JCI variable of 43.6%. The beta coefficient test results show that the exchange rate has the largest coefficient value of -0.655 from the other independent variables. Multiple linear regression equation Y= 1.008 - 1.305X1 + 0.922X2 – 2.780X3 + 0.050X4 + ε

Abstract

Produk bersertifikat dan berlabel halal memiliki market yang sangat menjanjikan dikarenakan Indonesia merupakan mayoritas penduduk muslim terbesar di dunia. Sehingga para pelaku UMKM wajib memiliki dan memproduksi produk yang bersertifikat dan berlabel halal. Program PkM menawarkan dan memberikan solusi untuk para pelaku UMKM agar dapat lebih cepat memiliki sertifikat dan berlabel halal pada produknya. PkM ini dengan menggunakan pendekatan community development agar program yang dilakukan secara sistematis, terencana dan terarah untuk membantu dan memberikan solusi yang dihadapi oleh para stakeholders. Program PkM dilakukan pada bulan mei-juni 2022. Hasil kegiatan program PkM menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pemahaman dan kesadaran untuk memiliki sertifikat halal pada produk yang diproduksinya, serta dapat menggukan label halal pada produknya guna untuk perkembangan dan keberlanjutan bisnisnya

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine several things, namely : (1) the effect of self-efficacy (self-efficacy) and workload partially to job satisfaction through satisfaction, (2) the effect of self-efficacy, workload, and job satisfaction partially to employee performance, (3) the effect of self-efficacy and workload to employee performance through job satisfaction, (4) the effect of self-efficacy and workload simultaneously tehadap job satisfaction, (5) ) the effect of self-efficacy, workload and job satisfaction simultaneously tehadap employee performance. In this study using the type of associative research with a population and a sample of 38 employees at PT. Victory International Future Mataram Branch data collection techniques used in this study in the form of a questionnaire-shaped statement. The results of this study showed that: (1) self efficacy and workload have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction because the calculated t value is higher than T table 2.714 > 1.685 and produces a significance level of T is 0.000 < 0.05 and T table 4.871 > 1.685 and produces a significance level of T is 0.000 < 0.05. (2) self efficacy, workload, and job satisfaction beinfluence positive partially significant to employee performance because the value of t calculate self efficacy is higher than T table 7.936 > 1.685 and produce significance level t is 0.010 < 0.05, t calculate workload 4.197 > 1.685 and produce significance level t is 0.00 < 0.05, and job satisfaction 11.061 > 1.685 and produce significance level 0.05 0.00 < 0.05. (3) self efficacy and workload significantly affect employee performance through job satisfaction due to sobel test self efficacy t table value 1,685 > 2,164 and workload 1,685 > 3,637. (4) self-efficacy and workload have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on job satisfaction because the results of F count 43,474 and the significance value of 0,000 < 0.05. (5) self efficacy, workload significant effect simultaneously terhadao employee performance because the value of F count 439.179 and the value of significance 0.000 < 0.05.
