Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sistem otomatisasi perkantoran terhadap kinerja karyawan di Perusahaan Y. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ada dua, yaitu Sistem Otomatisasi Kantor (x) dan Kinerja Karyawan (y). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Sistem Otomatisasi Kantor (SOK) berpengaruh secara simultan dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Hasil Uji Simultan atau Bersama-sama (Uji F) menunjukkan bahwa berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel terikat yaiitu Struktur Keputusan Pembelian (Y). Hal ini terbukti dari hasil nilai sig. F (0,022) < sig. α (0,05) dan hasil koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R Square) sebesar 0,028 atau setara dengan 28 % yang artinya variabel bebas dapat memengaruhi variabel terikat sebesar28 % sedangkan 72 % sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, kemampuan karyawan dalam menghadapi era revolusi industri 4.0 bukan hanya ditunjang oleh SOK tetapi banyak faktor lain yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan yang dapat diteliti oleh peneliti selanjutnya.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of leadership style, work environment, and motivation on employee performance at PT. AHI Tbk. Using a quantitative method with a sample of 200 employees, data were analyzed using Smart PLS 3. The results indicate that leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance, with a t-statistic of 4.326 and a p-value of 0.000. Conversely, the work environment did not show a significant effect on employee performance, as evidenced by a t-statistic of 1.253 and a p-value of 0.211. Additionally, motivation did not function as a significant mediator between leadership style and employee performance. These findings suggest that improving employee performance can be achieved through the development of effective leadership styles, although the work environment aspects require further evaluation. The recommendations generated from this study include enhancing leadership training programs, improving working conditions, and focusing on employee motivation development. This research is expected to provide insights for management and stakeholders to improve employee performance through a more holistic approach.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how product quality, price, customer satisfaction and how much the influence is on customer satisfaction at Unwim Futsal Sport. In this study, there are three variables, those are product quality as the independent variable (X1), then price as the independent variable (X2) and customer satisfaction as the dependent variable (Y). The method used is descriptive analysis method to identify the problem of how product quality, price and how customer satisfaction are at Unwim Futsal Sport. Meanwhile the verificative analysis method is used to identify the problem of how much the influence of product quality and price have on customer satisfaction at Unwim Futsal Sport. The data collection technique uses primary data including interviews, observations and questionnaires that distributed to 100 respondents of Unwim Futsal Sport customers. As for the secondary data is obtained through literature study. To measure the effect of product quality and price on customer satisfaction, the researcher uses simple linear regression analysis and the coefficient of determination with the MSI and SPSS 20 programmes For Windows. Based on the results of the research, Product Quality has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Price has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Based on the results of simultaneous tests, Product Quality and Customer Satisfaction have a significant effect.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja dan promosi jabatan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Akademi Sekretaris dan Manajemen Kencana Bandung. Urgensi penelitian ini terletak pada peran disiplin kerja dan promosi jabatan sebagai isu sentral pengelolaan SDM di pendidikan tinggi, khususnya perguruan tinggi swasta yang menghadapi keterbatasan sumber daya namun dituntut menjaga mutu layanan akademik dan tata kelola. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif-verifikatif. Sampel penelitian mencakup seluruh pegawai (n = 70) melalui kuesioner skala Likert, yang diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F, serta koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja dan promosi jabatan secara simultan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (F = 15,676; p < 0,001; R² = 0,319). Namun, pengaruh parsial keduanya tidak signifikan. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya penerapan kebijakan disiplin dan promosi secara terpadu untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Implikasi penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi bagi manajemen perguruan tinggi untuk merancang kebijakan sumber daya manusia yang konsisten, transparan, dan berbasis kinerja.
