Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of leadership style, work environment, and motivation on employee performance at PT. AHI Tbk. Using a quantitative method with a sample of 200 employees, data were analyzed using Smart PLS 3. The results indicate that leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance, with a t-statistic of 4.326 and a p-value of 0.000. Conversely, the work environment did not show a significant effect on employee performance, as evidenced by a t-statistic of 1.253 and a p-value of 0.211. Additionally, motivation did not function as a significant mediator between leadership style and employee performance. These findings suggest that improving employee performance can be achieved through the development of effective leadership styles, although the work environment aspects require further evaluation. The recommendations generated from this study include enhancing leadership training programs, improving working conditions, and focusing on employee motivation development. This research is expected to provide insights for management and stakeholders to improve employee performance through a more holistic approach.

Abstract

Previous research is important in a research or scientific article. Previous research or relevant research serves to strengthen the theory and phenomena of the relationship or influence between variables. This article reviews the reuse interest model through customer satisfaction during the covid-19 pandemic through the promotion of cashback and e-service quality. A Marketing Management Literature Study. The results of this research library are that: 1) cashback promotion has an effect on re-use interest; 2) e-service quality has an effect on interest in reuse; 3) customer satisfaction has an effect on interest in reuse.

Abstract

Determination of risk sources and risk indicators is carried out by conducting literature studies and expert assessments. The results of the expert assessment are processed using the Delphi fuzzy and AHP fuzzy methods. The Delphi fuzzy method is used to make decisions regarding risk sources and risk indicators based on expert opinion. The AHP fuzzy method is used to determine the weight and priority order of risk sources and risk indicators for palm cooking oil logistics. The risk sources obtained based on the study of the literature are as many as 10 risk sources which are then selected 8 risks that are approved by experts. While the risk indicators obtained based on the study of the literature are as many as 34 indicators, then as many as 23 indicators are considered important by experts. Based on the risk weight assessment, the order of risk with the highest weight is supply risk with a weight of 0.2803, partnership risk with a weight of 0.1619, production risk with a weight of 0.1576, storage risk with a weight of 0.1262, technology risk with weight of 0.93, transportation risk with a weight of 0.0811, infrastructure risk with a weight of 0.0603 and market risk with a weight of 0.0395.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the influence of the quality of human resources and internal control on the quality of Bandung City regional tax financial statements. The method used in this study is an associative descriptive method, with the data collection technique using a questionnaire as a research instrument; the statistical analysis method used in this study is multiple regression analysis. The primary data in this study was sourced from the Bandung City Regional Tax Revenue and Financial Management Office. The sample is the financial staff at the Bandung City Tax Finance Office, with as many as 50 respondents. Human Resources Quality significantly influences the Quality of Financial Statements. Internal Control Systems do not considerably affect the Quality of Financial Statements. The results of this study provide an overview to government agencies about the importance of improving the quality of human resources and the effectiveness of internal control to ensure better quality of financial reports. Thus, agencies can focus on developing employee competencies through training, certification, and relevant career development programs.

Abstract

Literature articles are articles used to create research hypotheses about relationships between variables that will be used in further research within the framework of. The writing method of this literature review article is the library search method from online media such as Google Scholar, Mendeley and other online academic media. The findings of this literature review article are: 1) the environment affects adolescents’ morals and behaviors; 2) parenting affects adolescents’ morals and behaviors; in addition to these two exogenous variables affecting attitudes and behaviors endogenous variables, there are other factors, including associations, mindset, heredity, and heredity.

Abstract

Stocks are an important and relatively popular instrument in a company and the capital market. Shares are intended for companies that have made an initial public offering (IPO) in the capital market or financial market to obtain capital from investors to develop their business and company to be more significant. In this way, the company and investors will mutually benefit from the IPO process and share ownership, including 1) Shareholders receiving stock dividends. The distribution period varies between companies, and the nominal dividend is based on the number of shareholdings. It is distributed based on the profits earned by the company. 2) Shareholders get Capital Gain, where every time the share price increases, It can use to sell shares when the price is far above the purchase price, 3) Shareholders have time flexibility due to the long-term nature of the stock and low risk. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study are: 1) Education is related to Youth Interest in Invest in Stocks, 2) Advertising is related to Youth Interest in invest in Stocks, and 3) Motivation is related to Youth Interest in invest in Stocks.
