Abstract

Modernisasi Pasar Tradisional, tata letak pasar tradisional (Perespektif Servicescape). Revitalisasi pasar tradisional telah memiliki dampak besar pada pembangunan ekonomi di negara-negara di seluruh dunia termasuk Indonesia, menurut JW School(2014) Teori revitalisasi difokuskan pada masyarakat pra-modern menjadi cara modern melalui proses pertumbuhan ekonomi dan sosial, modern dalam sistem pengembangan. Dikutip dari Koran Balipost, Perusahaan Daerah (PD) Pasar Kabupaten Badung Bali, mulai merevitalisasi Pasar Tradisional Umum Beringkit. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menciptakan daya tarik lingkungan fisik peregangan tata laksana pasar publik. Dalam menciptakan daya tarik lingkungan fisik, perusahaan ritel perlu mempertimbangkan unsur-unsur mengenai indikator servicecapeadalah sebagai berikut: lingkungan fisik, tata letak khusus dan fungsional, dan penanda simbolik dan artefak. Servicescape adalah salah satu cara inovatif untuk meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitif bagi perusahaan yang bergerak dalam sektor jasa yang masih dapat mempertahankan hubungan jangka panjang dengan konsumen. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan tabulasi. Dari hasil penelitiandalam menciptakan daya tarik, tata letak pasar tradisional secara umum yang rusuh membutuhkan teori serviscescape yang dapat memberikan layanan kepada perusahaan ritel sehingga dapat bersaing dengan perkembangan pasar modern.

Abstract

This study aims is to determine how training process in PT. GO-JEK Indonesia, to seehow effective is the training maintaining the quality of service, and also providing analternative of training program that appropriate. This research is descriptive research withqualitative methods. Data were obtained by interview, observation, and documentation fromGO-JEK’s driver and consumers who’s used GO-JEK.Training process of GO-JEK’s driver can be divided into two phases, it is SOPtraining and defensive riding training. Based on the results of the evaluation carried out byusing Kirkpatrick’s evaluation model, the conclusion is SOP training not effective enough tomaintain the quality of service if viewed from the perspective of the drivers. While defensiveriding training is effective enough in maintaining the quality of service if viewed from theperspective of the drivers.From the discussion, it was concluded that the SOP training has not been sufficientlyeffective, that’s why make a alternative training model is needed. The alternative trainingmodels are change the location training, number of trainees, and make the program moreinteresting, create a quis in the end of the program, making a program that reminding aboutthe rules in GO-JEK, and create a system where management conduct surveillance.Keywords: training, evaluation, Kirkpatrick

Abstract

Organizational Justice, and Quality of Work life toward Organizational Citizenship Behaviormediated by Job Satisfaction of the employee of Bali Regional Office of the Ministry of Lawand Human Rights.Respondents of this research were 136 government employees in Bali Regional Office ofthe Ministry of Law and Human Rights. The sampling technique that was census, and thedata were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) by occupying AMOSprogram. The result of this research shows that Leader-Member Exchange gives positive andsignificant effect toward Job Satisfaction. The same results also applied on Leader-MemberExchange toward Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Organizational Justice toward JobSatisfaction, Organizational Justice toward Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Quality ofWork life toward Job Satisfaction, Quality of Work life toward Organizational CitizenshipBehavior, Job Satisfaction toward Organizational Citizenship Behavior. This research alsofound out that Job satisfaction significantly mediating the effect of Leader-MemberExchange, Organizational Justice , Quality of Work life toward Organizational CitizenshipBehavior.Managerial implication of this research would be the stakeholders which consists ofstructural official or the leaders who supposed to do evaluation and also improving the use ofLeader-Member Exchange, Organizational Justice, dan Quality of Worklife in order toimprove Job Satisfaction and also Organizational Citizenship Behavior of Bali RegionalOffice of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights’ employee.Keywords : Leader-Member Exchange, Organizational Justice, Quality ofWorklife, Job Satisfaction, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how to improve the Sustainable CompetitiveAdvantage in the face of all the changes. This study uses a quantitative approach. Datacollection techniques used in this study was a questionnaire / questionnaire measuringdevices in the form of Agree-Disagree Scale, which were selected for the study is the LPDboard in Buleleng many as 53 people. Data analysis techniques used in this study is astructural equation model (Structural Equation Modeling-SEM) based variance orComponent based SEM, the famous so-called Partial Least Square (PLS) Visual version 2.0.All relationships are examined in this study showed a positive and significant. This studyrecommends, in order to improve the Sustainable Competitive Advantage, the LPD canimplement the Strategic Human Resource Practice, Knowledge Management and CorporateSocial ResponsibilityKeywords : Sustainable Competitive Advantage, Strategic Human Resource Practice,Knowledge Management and Corporate Social Responsibility.
