Abstract

Background: Emesis gravidarum is astate of nausea sometimes accompanied by vomiting that occurs in early pregnancy. These symptoms usually occur 6 weeks after the first day of the last menstrual period and last approximately 10 weeks, but in some cases can continue until the second and third trimester of pregnancy. About 50-90% of pregnant women experience complaints of nausea and vomiting. This complaint is usually accompanied by hypersalivation (excessive salivation), headaches, flatulence, and weakness in the body. These complaints are commonly known as "morning sickness". The frequency of morning sickness is not only in the morning but can be day and even night. Hormonal changes in each pregnant woman will respond differently, so not all experience nausea vomiting. Objective: to examine more deeply the effectiveness of lemon aromatherapy on reducing the frequency of nausea and vomiting (emesis gravidarum) in pregnant women who are in accordance with previous studies by reviewing several studies. Method: This study uses several sources including searching several journals through (Google Shcoolar) with the Literature review method. The results of statistical analysis: that there is an effect of lemon aromatherapy on emesis gravidarum. Bottom Line: Lemon is an effective aromatherapy for reducing nausea and vomiting in pregnant women with emesis gravidarum.

Abstract

Globalization is a necessity, and its movement continues to grow and almost touches various aspects of human life, including education. However, the function of education as a part of the national character building must be maintained. Likewise, education management at the strategic, managerial, and operational levels determine the quality of education. Three aspects of educational management that are important are the issues of educational leadership, teacher standards, and education personnel which directly influence the quality of education. Predictably, effective educational leadership will support and realize the teacher standards and education personnel, which in turn will also improve the quality of education. This research focused on teachers' management, education personnel, teacher standards, and education quality. A qualitative descriptive approach was chosen as a design for this study.

Abstract

Dalam era digital berbasis data, Kecerdasan Bisnis (Business Intelligence/BI) memegang peran sentral dalam mendukung pengambilan keputusan strategis organisasi. Namun, efektivitas BI sering terhambat oleh fragmentasi data yang tersebar pada berbagai sistem basis data heterogen. Kondisi ini menimbulkan kesenjangan antara kebutuhan informasi yang terintegrasi dan berkualitas tinggi dengan realitas data aktual yang ditandai silo data, inkonsistensi, dan kualitas rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sebuah model konseptual integrasi basis data dan manajemen informasi yang komprehensif guna mengoptimalkan fungsionalitas BI. Metode penelitian kualitatif diterapkan melalui studi literatur sistematis dan analisis dokumen mendalam untuk mengidentifikasi tantangan utama integrasi data serta mengkaji praktik terbaik berdasarkan kerangka teoretis terintegrasi yang mencakup Data Warehousing (Inmon & Kimball), Sistem Informasi Manajemen, Teori Kualitas Data, dan Dukungan Pengambilan Keputusan. Model yang diusulkan dirancang untuk mengatasi kompleksitas multidimensi, meliputi heterogenitas skema, tantangan kualitas data (akurasi, konsistensi, kelengkapan), serta aspek tata kelola dan organisasi. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan menghasilkan arsitektur referensi yang memfasilitasi aliran data terintegrasi dan transformatif dari sumber heterogen menuju platform BI. Kontribusi utama model ini adalah peningkatan signifikan pada akurasi, konsistensi, dan ketersediaan informasi untuk BI, serta percepatan akses terhadap wawasan bisnis krusial. Dengan demikian, model ini berpotensi meningkatkan kualitas pengambilan keputusan strategis dan mendukung pencapaian keunggulan kompetitif organisasi.
