Abstract

The purpose of this research know that leadership style, motivation, organizational culture and social competence have a simultaneous effect on teacher performance. Motivation has an effect on teacher performance. Satisfaction has an effect on teacher performance and knowing compensation has an effect on teacher performance at SMP Batik Surakarta. The research method is in the form of survey research using quantitative with a sample of about 48 teachers. The data collection method used a questionnaire saturated sampling technique. Primary data is used as a source of primary data. Processing the data using the SPSS program using multiple regression equation analysis tools, t test, F test and coefficient of determination test (R2). The results the analysis variables: Leadership Style, Motivation,Organizational Culture and Social Competence have a simultaneous effect on the performance Surakarta Batik Junior High School teacher and Leadership_Style, Motivation, Organizational Culture and Social Competence have a significant effect on the performance of the SMP Batik Surakarta teacherpartially/individually. The results of the observations show that simultaneously the independent variables which include Leadership Style, Motivation, Organizational Culture and Social Competence have a relationship with teacher performance

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi ketidakpatuhan wajib pajak badan dalam pelaksanaan Tax Amnesty. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh wajib pajak badan wajib SPT yang terdaftar di KPP Pratama Kebumen berjumlah 3.436. Jumlah sampel yang diteliti sebanyak 60 wajib pajak badan wajib SPT menggunakan metode nonprobability sampling dengan jenis sampel incidental sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan alat analisis SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi wajib pajak pada tax evasion berpengaruh positif terhadap ketidakpatuhan wajib pajak dalam pelaksanaan Tax Amnesty, kesadaran perpajakan, persepsi wajib pajak pada sanksi, norma moral, dan norma sosial berpengaruh negatif terhadap ketidakpatuhan wajib pajak dalam pelaksanaan Tax Amnesty. Sedangkan variabel persepsi wajib pajak pada keadilan, niat berperilaku tidak patuh, dan religiusitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap ketidakpatuhan wajib pajak dalam pelaksanaan Tax Amnesty. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ketidakpatuhan wajib pajak dalam pelaksanaan Tax Amnesty dipengaruhi oleh persepsi wajib pajak pada tax evasion, kesadaran perpajakan, persepsi wajib pajak pada sanksi, norma moral, dan norma sosial. ABSTRACT The aim of this research is to examine and analyze the factors that affect corporate taxpayers’ non-compliance in the implementation of Tax Amnesty. The population in this research is all the compulsory taxpayer of SPT registered in KPP Pratama Kebumen amount 3.436. The number of samples examined as many as 60 corporate taxpayers’ obligatory SPT using non-probability sampling method with incidental sampling samples. The analytical method used is Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) path modelling analysis tool SmartPLS 3. The result of the research shows that taxpayers perception on tax evasion has a positive effect on taxpayer non-compliance in Tax Amnesty implementation, tax awareness, taxpayers perception on sanction, moral norms, and social norms negatively affect on taxpayer non-compliance in Tax Amnesty implementation. Meanwhile, the variable perception of taxpayers on justice, intention to behave disobediently, and religiosity does not affect the non-compliance of taxpayers in the implementation of Tax Amnesty. The results of this study can be concluded that taxpayer non-compliance in the implementation of Tax Amnesty influenced by taxpayer perception on tax evasion, tax awareness, taxpayer perception on sanction, moral norm, and social norm.

Abstract

Sleep disorders in the second and third trimesters of pregnancy are due to discomfort such as low back pain due to compensation from the enlargement of the uterus to an anterior position, lordosis which shifts the center of gravity backward towards the two legs causing fatigue. The physiological conditions of pregnancy and psychological changes can trigger sleep disturbances in pregnant women. Pregnancy exercise is an option of non-pharmacological therapy so that it can improve the quality of mother's sleep during pregnancy. To determine the effect of pregnancy exercise on sleep quality of pregnant women in the working area of the BLUD UPTD Puskesmas Bumi Rahayu. The type of research used in this research is experimental research. The research design was one group pretest-posttest without control. The population of this study were all pregnant women in the second and third trimesters who were recorded as pregnant from August 2022, as many as 19 people in the BLUD UPTD work area of the Bumi Rahayu Health Center in 2022. The sample used in this study was total sampling, namely 19 respondents. Data analysis was carried out, namely bivariate analysis using the Wilcoxon test. Statistical test analysis showed that the sleep Quality in pregnant women variable was obtained (p-value 0.000<α<0.05). These results explain that there is a significant effect of pregnancy exercise on sleep quality (p-value < α = 0.05).

Abstract

Pendidikan akhlak bagi murid dan guru sangatlah penting, karena salah satu faktor penyebab kegagalan pendidikan agama Islam selama ini adalah rendahnya akhlak seorang murid dan seorang guru. Tidak dipungkiri lagi bahwa antara guru dan murid ada banyak sekali akhlak dan etika yang perlu dipelajari dan diterapkan pada era sekarang ini, baik itu terhadap guru dan murid, terhadap diri sendiri maupun terhadap ilmu. Agar suatu proses pembelajaran bukan hanya berakhir dengan lulusnya murid dari suatu jenjang pendidikan tertentu, tapi berlanjut dengan bermanfaatnya ilmu yang didapatkan bagi murid, guru maupun orang lain. Artikel ini membahas bagaimana konsep akhlak murid dan guru menurut kitab Adab Al-Alim wa Al-Muta’allim karya Hadhratus Syaikh KH. Hasyim Asy’ari. Temuan dari artikel ini adalah konsep akhlak guru dan murid yang dipaparkan KH. Hasyim Asy’ari adalah seorang murid harus memiliki akhlak yang terpuji, baik itu terhadap guru, diri sendiri maupun terhadap ilmu. Karena tujuan pembelajaran adalah memberi pengetahuan, merubah tingkah laku dan meningkatkan kualitas, bukan hanya sebatas transfer of knowledge saja. Seorang guru adalah suri tauladan bagi murid. Jika gurunya baik maka muridnya akan baik. KH. Hasyim Asy’ari menjelaskan bahwa seorang guru juga harus memiliki akhlak yang terpuji, baik terhadap murid, diri sendiri dan bahkan saat mengajar. Oleh karena itu konsep akhlak ini merupakan konsep yang sangat bagus untuk diterapkan pada era sekarang ini.
