Abstract

The purpose of this research know that leadership style, motivation, organizational culture and social competence have a simultaneous effect on teacher performance. Motivation has an effect on teacher performance. Satisfaction has an effect on teacher performance and knowing compensation has an effect on teacher performance at SMP Batik Surakarta. The research method is in the form of survey research using quantitative with a sample of about 48 teachers. The data collection method used a questionnaire saturated sampling technique. Primary data is used as a source of primary data. Processing the data using the SPSS program using multiple regression equation analysis tools, t test, F test and coefficient of determination test (R2). The results the analysis variables: Leadership Style, Motivation,Organizational Culture and Social Competence have a simultaneous effect on the performance Surakarta Batik Junior High School teacher and Leadership_Style, Motivation, Organizational Culture and Social Competence have a significant effect on the performance of the SMP Batik Surakarta teacherpartially/individually. The results of the observations show that simultaneously the independent variables which include Leadership Style, Motivation, Organizational Culture and Social Competence have a relationship with teacher performance

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect simultaneously or partially the variables of the work environment,principal’s leadership and work motivation with the creativity of teachers at SMA Batik 2 Surakarta. Researchers conducted observations at SMA Batik 2 Surakarta with the object of teacher research as a sample in order to determine the relationship between of the work environment,principal’s leadership and work motivation with the creativity. The research method is in the form of survey research using quantitative research with a sample size of about 49 teachers. The data collection method used a questionnaire with a saturated sampling technique. Processing of data using the SPSS program using multiple regression equation analysis tools, F test, t test, and the coefficient of determination. The results of the analysis can be obtained that the variables of the work environment,principal’s leadership and work motivation with the creativity have a simultaneous effect on the teachers SMA Batik 2 Surakarta. the work environment has a significant effect on the creativity of teachers in SMA Batik 2 Surakarta. principal’s leadership ability has a significant effect on the teachers of the creativity SMA Batik 2 Surakarta. Leadership style has a significant effect on the teachers the creativity of SMA Batik 2 Surakarta. Work motivation has a significant effect o the creativity of teachers at SMA Batik 2 Surakarta. The results of the observation show that simultaneously the independent variables which include of the work environment,principal’s leadership and work motivation with the creativity of teachers. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of learning independence, learning facilities, parental attention and peer environment on student achievement in SMK Negeri 1 Sragen. This type of research is causal research with a regression approach, the type of research is quantitative research with a regression research design. The research population of all 12th grade students of SMK Negeri 1 Sragen consisted of 14 groups of 504 students. The research sample for each group was taken by 10 students who had the top ten academic rankings in the hope that they would have better results. Data collection using a questionnaire was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis assisted by SPSS 23.0 for Windows program. The results showed that learning independence had an effect on learning achievement, learning facilities had an effect on learning achievement, parental attention had no effect on learning achievement, and peer environment had an effect on learning achievement. Suggestions from this research are students, teachers, parents take their respective roles to create independent learning, provide learning facilities, attention and a peer environment so that student learning achievement increases even during the covid-19 pandemic. Abstract

Teachers' performance serves as one of the most pivotal aspects in determining the success of the education and learning process. Work ethos, personality competence, organizational culture, and rewards are among the factors influencing teachers’ performance. The present study aimed to investigate the effect of work ethos, personality competence, organizational culture, and rewards on the teachers’ performance in SMP Batik Surakarta.This research method uses a quantitative descriptive research design with a population of 46 teachers of SMP Batik Surakarta. The sampling technique used was the census technique. The data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination test, t-test, and F-test.The result indicated that the work ethos, personality competence, organizational culture, and rewards positively and significantly affect teachers’ performance in SMP Batik Surakarta. These four variables were found to contribute 80% to teacher performance. work ethos, personality competence, organizational culture, rewards, teachers’ performance.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to examine the indirect effect of management service quality on learning achievement through student satisfaction. Management services include lecturer performance, academic services and infrastructure facilities. Testing the direct effect of management services on student achievement and on student satisfaction. Research data were taken from the population of active students of IIM Surakarta. The sample used was 342 students with Purposive sampling technique based on active students with a minimum GPA of 3.5. Data collection using questionnaires with structural equation model (SEM) analysis techniques. The results of the study based on the Direct Effect (path coefficient) table of direct hypothesis influence, show that lecturer performance and infrastructure have a positive and significant effect on student achievement and academic services have no significant effect on student achievement, management services have a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction. The result of the indirect hypothesis influence is that student satisfaction plays a role in mediating the effect of management services on student achievement. Where, H1, H2, H4, H5, H6, H7, H8, H9 and H10 are accepted and H3 is rejected.

Abstract

This study aims to ascertain the impact of brand ambassadors on consumer decisions. To ascertain how viral marketing influences consumers' purchase choices. To ascertain how purchasing decisions are impacted by brand trust. To assess the combined effects of viral marketing, brand trust, and brand ambassadors on purchasing choices. The research iis descriptive quantitative in nature. Consumers of azarine were the subject of this study in Surakarta. The sample size for this study is 100 respondents. Purposive sampling is the sampling method that is employed. data gathering through questionnaires. The data analysis methods employed are, F test, t test, multiple llinear regression test and the coefficient of determination. According to the study's findings, brand ambassadors in Surakarta have a strong beneficial influence on consumers' decisions to buy Azarine products. Viral marketing has a notable favorable impact on Azarine product purchases in Surakarta, at least in part. In Surakarta, brand trust has a substantial beneficial impact on consumers' decisions to buy Azarine products. Brand advocates, virall marketing, and brand trust all have a substantial beneficial iimpact on Surakarta consumers' decisions to buy Azarine products. Abstract

Determining the impact that earnings per share, return on assets, and return on equity have on the price of consumer staples in the period 2017-2021 This study was conducted as descriptiv quantification with secondary data type. A total is 59 consumer essential companies are listed on IDX. purposeful sampling. The data collection method used the annuall financial statement data documentation method. tested with multiple linear regression analyses. As a result, Return on Asset (ROA) has a signifficant and negative impact on stock prices, Return on Equity (X2) has a positive and significant effectt on the share price. In stock costs, Profit Per Offer (EPS) emphatically affects stock costs. The independent variables ROA, ROE, and EPS can account for 83.5 percent of the stock price, according to the coefficient of determination analysis results. Additionally, you can expand this concentrate by involving other free factors as there are then again other autonomous factors like resource turnover, DAR, DER, CR, TATO and others that can influence stock cost.. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap keuasan konsumen SIAP Express PT. Angkasa Pura Logistik Cabang Solo. Penulis menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif bersifat deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SIAP Express PT. Angkasa Pura Logistik Cabang Solo. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen SIAP Express PT. Angkasa Pura Logistik Cabang Solo dengan jumlah konsumen sebanyak 310 orang. Untuk memudahkan perhitungan, penulis membulatkan sampel menjadi 100 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Peneliti menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan variabel bebas yaitu bukti fisik (tangibles), keandalan (reliability), daya tanggap (responsiveness), jaminan (assurance), empati (empathy) secara bersamaan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di SIAP Express PT. Angkasa Pura Logistik. Berdasarkan uji t di peroleh hasil variabel bebas yaitu bukti fisik (tangibles) tidak memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan sedangkan keandalan (reliability), daya tanggap (responsiveness), jaminan (assurance), empati (empathy) memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di SIAP Express PT. Angkasa Pura Logistik.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh kebijakan organisasi dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan kualitas kerja sebagai variabel mediasi di Kantor Pengawasan dan Pelayanan Bea dan Cukai Tipe Madya Pabean B Surakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan teknik yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel adalah teknik Simple Random Sampling. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai pada Kantor Pengawasan dan Pelayanan Bea dan Cukai Tipe Madya Pabean B Surakarta sejumlah 145 orang. Sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil secara acak (probability sampling) sebanyak 80 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi statistik deskriptif, uji model pengukuran (outer model) yang mencakup uji validitas (convergent validity dan discriminant validity) serta uji reliabilitas (Cronbach’s Alpha dan Composite Reliability), uji model struktural (inner model) dengan analisis R-Square, F-Square, dan Path Coefficient, uji hipotesis menggunakan metode bootstrapping, serta uji mediasi untuk mengukur pengaruh variabel mediasi dalam penelitian dengan menggunakan SmartPLS 4.0. Temuan dalam penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa kebijakan organisasi dan pengembangan karir berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas kerja pegawai. Akan tetapi kebijakan organisasi, pengembangan karir dan kualitas kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di KPPBC Tipe Madya Pabean B Surakarta. Variabel kualitas kerja terbukti tidak mampu memediasi kebijakan organisasi dan pengembangan karir untuk meningkatkan kinerja secara signifikan. Variabel kebijakan organisasi dan pengembangan karir serta kualitas kerja mampu memengaruhi variabel kinerja pegawai di KPPBC Tipe Madya Pabean B Surakarta sebesar 71%.

Abstract

This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach. In this quantitative descriptive research, the author focuses research on Motivation, Ability and Work Discipline which influence the performance of UPT PLDPI Employees at the Surakarta City Education Service. This research was used to see the influence of motivation, ability and work discipline on the performance of UPT PLDPI employees at the Surakarta City Education Service by collecting data using questionnaires, observation and documentation. Research Location UPT PLDPI Office Surakarta City Education Service Jl, Agung Timur 6A Ngemplak Sutan, Mojosongo Jebres Surakarta. In conducting this research, the time required is 6 months from March – September 2023, starting from observation to producing data results and research conclusions. The population in this study were employees of the UPT PLDPI Surakarta City Education Service, totaling 41 employees. The samples taken in this research were 41 employees of the UPT PLDPI Surakarta City Education Service. Questionnaire collection results using multiple linear regression analysis tools with the help of the SPSS 23 application.Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out, thenMotivation, Competence, Discipline, Organizational culture influence employee performance at UPT PLDPI Surakarta City Education Service.
