Abstract

BajuKurung is a traditional dress of the Malay community in several countries namely Malaysia, Indonesia, Brunei Darussalam, and southern Thailand. The traditional clothes worn by Palembang women including in the form of bajukurung. In the development era of bajukurung replaced by modern clothes. The modification of bajukurung is now made according to the tastes of customers with a variety of shapes and accessories. This study aims to analyze the aesthetic response to the rules of wearing Palembang's traditional clothing in service in the form of patterns, motifs, textures, and colors of clothes worn by employees. Through this interdisciplinary approach by using qualitative method. The data is presented in the descriptive form. The object of study was the employee's bajukurung in Palembang Government Tourism office. The research data sources are primary and secondary data. The data collection techniques are conducted by observation, interview, and document study. The analysis procedure is conducted by data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The analysis was conducted with the aesthetic formalism theory, the validity of the data by triangulation of data sources. The results showed that the aesthetic response of the employees was expressed through patterns, motifs, colors, and textures of the bajukurung material that were modified with the addition of beads, sequins, and ribbons. The aesthetic response of the user to the style modification of the kurung displays the beauty of clothes but does not eliminate the original form. Modifications to the clothes do not interferethe activities of the employees while working.

Abstract

Faktor penentu keberhasilan hasil belajar salah satunya adalah dalam proses pembelajaran berlangsung. Penelitian ini dilakukan tujuannya untuk melihat peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik di kelas IVA SD Negeri 005 Palembang pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dengan menggunakan media papan tempel. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Teknik pengambilan data pada penilitian ini degan cara observasi, dokumentasi, dan tes. Yang menjadi subjek penelitian yakni kelas IVA yang berjumlah keseluruhannya adalah 30 peserta didik. Penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) ini dilakukan sebanyak 3 siklus. Dimana dalam penelitian ini terdapatnya kenaikan yang meningkat dalam hasil belajarnya. Pada siklus 1 terdapat presentase kelulusan 27% dengan rata-rata nilai 59,33 katagori sangat rendah. Sedangkan pada siklus 2 presentase ketuntasan mencapai 47% dengan rata-rata 68,33 katagori sedang, kemudian pada siklus 3 mengalami kenaikan 87% dengan rata-rata nilai 79,33 sangat tinggi. Sehingga terbukti jelas dengan menggunakan media papan tempel dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila peserta didik kelas IVA SD Negeri 005 Palembang.AbstractOne of the determining factors for the success of learning outcomes is the ongoing learning process. This research was carried out with the aim of seeing an increase in student learning outcomes in class IVA at SD Negeri 005 Palembang in the Pancasila Education subject using sticky boards. This research uses the classroom action research (PTK) method. The data collection technique in this research is by means of observation, documentation and tests. The research subjects were class IVA, with a total of 30 students. This classroom action research (PTK) was carried out in 3 cycles. Where in this research there was an increasing increase in learning outcomes. In cycle 1 there was a pass percentage of 27% with an average score of 59.33 in the very low category. Meanwhile in cycle 2 the percentage of completeness reached 47% with an average of 68.33 in the medium category, then in cycle 3 there was an increase of 87% with an average value of 79.33 which was very high. So it is clearly proven that using the sticky board media can improve learning outcomes in the Pancasila Education subject for class IVA students at SD Negeri 005 Palembang.
