Abstract

Abstract

Starting from the concern of rampant conflict of identity differences today. The character of the coastal community who is firm, tough and open to access will easily accept the development of knowledge, technology and differences. The diverse ideologies of the Banyutowo people does not rule out the effect on the split. The cultivation of values and norms are the role of the family arena, considering that the family is the first and foremost agent of socialization for children. The role of the family arena in the habituation of pluralism is an urgent matter that can be inherited to Banyutowo youth as the nation's successor. The purpose of this research were to analyze the role of the family arena in the habituation of pluralism values in adolescents and to identify the implementation of adolescent social behavior. Data were collected by interview, observation and documentation study. Then followed by a qualitative descriptive data analysis following the concept of Miles and Huberman. The results showed that Muslim families, GITJ Christians and Bethany Christians played two roles, that are providing knowledge and evaluation, but those roles were not maximal for adolescents whose parents worked as fishermen, due to the intensity meeting that rarely. Meanwhile, the habituation of family pluralism values in the social behavior of Muslim adolescents, GITJ Christians and Bethany Christians includes: prioritizing the tolerance value, prioritizing the mutual respect value, prioritizing the life pride value in plurality, prioritizing the high social value and promoting the togetherness value in social relationships. With the habituation process, the value of pluralism in the family is expected that Banyutowo adolescents have positive social behavior as a provision in understanding plurality.

Abstract

Landslide in 2019 was the worst incident in Sodong Hamlet and Plalar Hamlet in Kemambang Village. To date, no scientific research has been conducted to assess the landslide potential in this area. Accordingly, this research aims to model subsurface lithological structure in landslide-prone zones -specifically in Plalar Hamlet- using the geoelectrical resistivity geophysical method. Data acquisition was carried out using the Electrical Resistivity Tomography (ERT) technique with a dipole-dipole configuration across six profiles, each extending 160 meters in length. Complementary Vertical Electrical Sounding (VES) surveys employing the Schlumberger array were also conducted at two locations. Interpretation of the data reveals the presence of a slip surface at a depth of approximately 15 meters, with an average slope inclination of 31o. Analysis of rainfall records indicates that landslide occurrences in the region are primarily triggered by high precipitation frequency during the December to February period. The potential runout distance of landslide material is estimate to be around 320 meters, with a projected flow velocity ranging between 1.5 and 2.0 meters per second. Furthermore, the maximum volume of displaceable weathered soil is estimated at approximately 200,000 m3. Keywords: geoelectrical; landslide; lithology

Abstract

The Sangon area is located in Kulonprogo Regency, which physiographically has landforms in the form of hills and mountains. Steep slope angles of the hills and weathered surface rock conditions increase the potential for landslides hazard in the Sangon area. This study aims to identify unstable layers that are prone to landslides in the Sangon, Kokap, and Kulonprogo areas. Information regarding the potential characteristics of landslides can significantly impact reducing losses caused by landslides hazard. Conceptual modelling of weathered layers that have the potential to trigger landslides has been carried out in the research area using resistivity distribution data of subsurface rocks using the geoelectrical method. Geoelectrical data from five measurement lines with a length of 290 m each line with a southeast-northwest orientation can delineate an image of the distribution of weathered layers in the subsurface. Based on the results of two-dimensional (2D) subsurface resistivity inversion modelling, it is known that the weathered layer as soil form andesite rock has a low resistivity value with a range of 7 m – 246 m with a depth of 0 - 12 meters in the subsurface. The distribution of resistivity value of the weathered layer is depicted in the 3D model to determine the distribution of the weathered layer, which is then made into a conceptual model that can describe the characteristics of landslides. The description of the 3D resistivity model of subsurface rocks produces a conceptual model of landslides in the research area, where the potential for landslides that may occur has characteristics in the form of debris flow or translational. The unstable layer volume was 947,000 m³, with a slope gradient ranging from 19% to 35%, with a moderate to steep slope.
