Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis tentang Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Disiplin Kerja dan Pelatihan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Pertamina Patra Niaga TBBM Surabaya Group. Teknik analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan uji F, uji t, serta uji dominan dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil pengujian terbukti bahwa Variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan, Disiplin Kerja dan Pelatihan berpengaruh secara simultan dengan hasil regresi linier berganda dalam uji F diperoleh Fhitung sebesar 161,109 lebih besar dari Ftabel 2.35 sedangkan pengaruh secara parsial melalui uji t diperoleh thitung untuk masing-masing variabel yaitu variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan (X1) sebesar 3,266, Disiplin Kerja (X2) sebesar 2,307, dan Pelatihan (X3) sebesar 2,410 lebih besar daripada nilai ttabel sebesar 1,667, maka variabel bebas yaitu variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan, Disiplin Kerja, dan Pelatihan berpengaruh terhadap variabel Kinerja Karyawan, sedangkan variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh dominan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Pertamina Patra Niaga TBBM Surabaya Group.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze leadership criteria for legislative candidates and officials in Indonesia based on Pancasila values. Indonesia based on the values of Pancasila.
