Abstract

Narkotika adalah zat atau obat yang berasal dari tumbuhan maupun bukan tumbuhan, baik sintetik maupun semi sintetik yang dapat menyebabkan penurunan atau perubahan kesadaran, hilangnya rasa nyeri dan dapat menimbulkan ketergantungan. Ada beberapa jenis narkotika yang biasa digunakan oleh para pecandu narkoba seperti sabu-sabu, ganja dan ekstasi. Di Kabupaten Banyuasin banyak terdapat daerah yang menjadi pengguna ketiga jenis narkotika tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan untuk menentukan potensi lokasi  tingkat kerawanan pengguna narkoba di Kabupaten Banyuasin. Metode yang digunakan adalah Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making (FMADM). Kriteria yang dijadikan dasar pengambilan keputusan adalah banyak pengguna, jenis kelamin, tingkat pendidikan dan jenis narkoba yang digunakan. Metode ini bekerja dengan cara menentukan bobot dari setiap kriteria yang dibuat dalam aplikasi ini, kemudian dari masing-masing bobot tersebut akan dihitung dari nilai yang didapat dari jumlah pengguna, kemudian dilakukan rangking untuk mengetahui lokasi mana saja yang banyak pengguna narkotika di Kabupaten Banyuasin. Penelitian ini  menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi sistem pendukung keputusan yang nantinya dapat membantu petugas BNK Banyuasin untuk menentukan potensi lokasi penggunaan narkoba di daerah tersebut.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Low public literacy about online lending has trapped many ordinary people in the crush of online loans. This problem call , the Indonesian Ulema Council, through the DSN-MUI, has again refreshed the provisions that were actually set several years ago regarding information technology-based financing services based on sharia principles (Shari'ah). DSN-MUI FATWA NO 117/DSN-MUI/II/2018), through the results of the ijtima' Ijtima Ulama of the VII Indonesian Fatwa Commission which was held by the Fatwa Commission of the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI). Response Indonesian Joint Funding Fintech Association AFPI is fully committed to encouraging access to funding for inclusion through safe and law-abiding digital financial services, by carrying out an architecture that includes policy advocacy, code of conduct, literacy and education, data knowledge and intelligence, and collaboration. In addition, AFPI supports and opens space for sharia-licensed players by creating separate clusters. Currently, there are 7 platforms that specifically have sharia-based licenses and are licensed by the Financial Services Authority (OJK). So actually the MUI fatwa is aimed at casuistic matters that violate banking principles, not all Fintech lending institutions. Literasi masyarakat yang rendah tentang pinjaman online telah banyak menjebak masyarakat awam dalam himpitan pinjaman online.Terkait dengan masalah tersebut Majelis Ulama Indonesia melalui DSN-MUI kembali merefresh ketentuan yang sebenarnya telah ditetapkan beberapa tahun lalu tentang layanan pembiayaan berbasis teknologi informasi berdasarkan prinsip syari’ah (FATWA DSN-MUI NO 117/DSN-MUI/II/2018), nelalui hasil ijtima’ Ijtima Ulama Komisi Fatwa se-Indonesia ke-VII yang digelar Komisi Fatwa Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI). Respon Asosiasi Fintech Pendananaan Bersama Indonesia AFPI berkomitmen penuh mendorong akses pendanaan untuk inklusi melalui jasa keuangan digital yang aman dan taat aturan, dengan mengusung arsitektur yang meliputi policy advocacy, code of conduct, literasi dan edukasi, data knowledge and intelligence, dan kolaborasi. Selain itu, AFPI mendukung dan membuka ruang gerak para pemain berlisensi syariah dengan membuat klaster tersendiri. Saat ini, terdapat 7 platform yang khusus memiliki lisensi berbasis syariah sekaligus berizin Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK). Jadi sebenarnya fatwa MUI ditujukan pada hal kasuistik yang menyalahi prinsip-prinsip perbankan, bukan semua lembaga Fintech lending.

Abstract

The potential for incoming ZISWAF funds(Zakat, infaq, Shodaqoh and Waqf) among Muslims in Indonesia is very large. TheBAZNAS Strategic Study Center for 2021which shows the estimated figure for obtaining ZIS funds that are traditionally managed in the community (non-OPZ) in 2019-2020 reaches IDR 61.26 trillion. Even if the formal and informal ZIS realization figures are added up, the space for ZIS collection is still very wide when compared to its potential. Therefore, there is a need for ZIS collection innovation so that it can grow significantly. One form of effort that can be done to give muzaki trust and satisfaction in managing zakat is to provide good and structured services that refer to the five functions of organizational management namely planning (planning), grouping (organizing), implementation (activating) evaluation (evaluating) and supervision(controlling) as a form of efforts to promote business development.

Abstract

The productive zakat distribution strategy by BAZNAS is an effort to channel wealth from muzzaki to mustahik and then hopefully increase business income and economic welfare for the community. Therefore, Muslims need to know that the productive zakat distribution strategy is carried out by BAZNAS Kendal Regency. It is hoped that this can increase the business capital they have been working on so far, so that in the future they will not only fulfill their daily needs, but also increase their business. If BAZNAS manages productive zakat well, it will have an impact on economic welfare so that the mustahik's standard of living will increase. In channeling business capital to mustahik, of course, looking at the existing budget, the more muzzaki who give zakat infaq shodakoh, the greater the amount of business capital they will receive, this hope and reality is what zakat institutions and mustahik want. This research was conducted using qualitative methods and using qualitative descriptive analysis tools. Test the validity of the data using triangulation. Then data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The source sample was determined purposively, namely the Kendal Regency BAZNAS Utilization and Distribution division as well as staff and mustahik recipients of productive zakat fund empowerment assistance. The results of the research show that the distribution of productive zakat on mustahik economic empowerment carried out by BAZNAS Kendal Regency was poured into several programs which then formed 4 types of pentasharufan or productive zakat utilization, namely: 1) Providing individual business capital assistance 2) Job skills training 3) assistance group capital 4) Assistance with business facilities and infrastructure. The zakat distribution strategy in the BAZNAS program is analysis through planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring, as well as accuracy of program targets, program socialization, program objectives, program monitoring, as well as integrating organizational goals and formulating them into missions.

Abstract

This study aims to get assesment public policy, including the determination of KEK (Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus Kendal ), land designation, has consequences and risks. Both short and long term risks. In this case, the government must be alert in using its authority to set policies and carry out supervision so that they run well. Benefit is the main goal of Islamic law, so realizing benefit according to this rule is an important reason for a leader to formulate or even ratify a legal product in a country. Abstract

Buzzers in digital promotional media do have a lot of positive sides forbusiness actors, but in practice sometimes in carrying out their duties they tend to have the potential to be dishonest and not objective, such as the dissemination of inappropriate information, slander to more towards elements of fraud. There are several negative actions of buzzers on social media that are easy to find, such as false reviews of a product. Buzzers are also considered detrimental to consumers because buzzers, in conveying information, tend to provide information that does not match reality, by creating fake accounts to help increase ratings and restore a good image to the company.good image of the company. This buzzer practice causes disappointment and losses to consumers who rely on reviews and ratings to make purchasing decisions, and this can even be included in the spread of hoax information. One form of hoax information practiced by marketing buzzers is najshi (نجشى).They do this because the compensation earned by buzzers is often based on the quantity of products that the public responds to or even sells.This research will examine the taklifi law of buzzer marketing and the principles that must be fulfilled, so that it does not conflict with shar'i values.)
