Abstract

Teluk Lembu Gas Power Plant (PLTG) is one type of power plant that uses the power of burning fuel and high pressure air. To be able to meet the needs of electrical energy on the island of Sumatra, especially in the Riau region,electricity production must not experience a decrease in productivity due to equipment damage. Obstacles that arise are frequent downtime unexpectedresulting in the production of electricity is interrupted or even to cause derating caused by damage to the operational when the engine is running. This study aims to provide recommendations for equipment maintenance andtime intervals optimal inspectionin the generator system. The research method used is Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) withanalysis quantitative. Where are the stages of implementing the RCM method, namely determining thecomponents criticalin the PLTG generator engine, determining thevalues, determining the Mean Time to Failure (MTTF) and Mean Time to Repair (MTTR)time interval optimal maintenance, and making a table of causes of damage to thecomponents generator engine. After analyzing it, it was found that thecomponent criticalof PLTG Teluk Lembu is the Diesel Motor. This is obtained based on the component with the highest frequency of damage, namely 13 damage during a period of 1 year. From the results of data processing, it is obtained that the MTTF value is 0.92441 hours and the MTTR value is 0.89014 hours. Theinspection time interval optimalis 25 days, so it is advisable to carry out Corrective and Preventive maintenance activities for Diesel Motorcycles periodically every 25 days (PM 25D) in order to increase the reliability of the Diesel Motor

Abstract

Analisa struktur kecepatan akses datapada query rushmore berhubungan dengan kecepatan saat memasukan data, melakukan pengolahan data serta pelaporan sebuah data menjadi informasi. Penelitian ini akan membahas tentang setruktur pada kondisi atau perintah serta kecepatan yang dihasilkan dari query rushmore sebagai dasar pengukuran kecepatan sebuah metode query database. Dalam hal kecepatan pengolahan data maka akan berhubungan langsung dengan penyajian data, sehingga apabila data semakin cepat dan tepat maka akan menjadi penyajian data yang baik. Dalam penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh perlunya informasi dalam penyajian data sebagai contoh dengan metode query rusmore. Penelitian ini akan menjelaskan beberapa poin sebagai tujuan penelitian yang diantaranya gambaran umum metode query rusmore, struktur dari metode query rushmore, perintah penggunaan query rushmore, pengujian query rasmore dan hasil query rushmore. Dengan adanya tujuan tersebut maka dapat dilihat hasil dari penelitian ini sebuah informasi untuk mengetahui struktur metode query rushmore. Hasil penelitian dapat memberikan sebuah informasidalam struktur kecepatan query rushmore yang dapat digunakan sebagai dasar pertimbangan dalam penelitian atau pembuatan sebuah database yang cepat dan tepat.

Abstract

Kepuasan pelanggan merupakan indikator kesuksesan bisnis di masa depan dengan banyak factor dalam memberikan kepuasan kepada pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepercayaan dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pengguna aplikasi Tokopedia, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan populasi yang merupakan pelanggan Tokopedia di wilayah Jakarta timur dan sampel yang digunakan adalah 100 responden pengguna aplikasi Tokopedia  yang telah berbelanja  minimal dua kali dengan harapan dapat memperoleh pendapat responden yang valid.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kepercayaan dan kualitas pelayanaan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Besarnya pengaruh variabel Kualitas pelayanan dan kepercayaan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan  sebesar  0,688  atau  68,8%.  Sedangkan, sisanya sebesar 31,8% diterangkan oleh faktor- faktor lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini. Adapun pengaruh variabel-variabel independent terhadap variabel dependent pada penelitian ini, disajikan pada persamaan regresi    (Y) = 22,888 + 0,264 X1  + 0,275 X2 .dimana :  Y= Kepusan Pelanggan, X1= Kualitas Pelayanan  dan X2= Kepercayaan Pelanggan.

Abstract

The government has launched Asta Cita, one of its objectives being to strengthen the country's defense and security system and promote national independence through self-sufficiency in food, energy, and water, as well as in the creative, green, and blue economies. This Asta Cita program is very realistic, because the Indonesian people have extensive rice paddies planted. However, many young people now refuse to become farmers because it requires a lot of labor and is not profitable. Most rice cultivation carried out by farmers in Indonesia employs traditional planting methods that require a relatively large labor force, accounting for 25-30% of the total rice production workforce, thereby affecting national rice production. The availability of rice planting machines is not yet a solution, because the price of the machine is expensive and the seeds are too short, namely 10-15 cm in length, so that during planting, water must be removed until the planted seeds are around 20 cm tall. This causes grass to grow abundantly, because the rice seeds are not optimally irrigated. Therefore, research on the development of rice planting machines is urgently needed to support the Asta Cita food self-sufficiency in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to design a rice planting machine according to the needs of farmers and land topography. This study uses the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method because this method is very suitable for use in developing products that are in accordance with consumer expectations and desires. The results of this study indicate that farmers need rice planting machines that are affordable, fast, easy to maintain, lightweight, readily available for spare parts, reliable in all types of soil, ergonomic, 15 cm long, non-slip. Therefore, the development of rice planting machines is crucial to assist farmers in the rice planting process and support food self-sufficiency.
