Abstract

AbstractThe development of technological advances making it easier for one to access social media and bias to create a status of both writing, drawing, and video. Seiringngya with such facilities is also in the same manner of crimes in social media, one of the many circulating writings, images, or videos that violate the provisions of the invitation in the Republic of Indonesia.So that the religion that notabenenya as a person's spiritual identity becomes the target of blasphemy by a person who is not responsible and make a community as a citizen of the Republic of Indonesia, which the country guarantees freedom in the religion that is believed to be religious. There are 6 recognized religions in the country Republic Indonesia, including religion of Islam, Catholicism, Christianity, Hinduism, Buddhism, and religious religions. And the religion that is widely adopted in the Republic of Indonesia is the Islamic religion.Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that the cause of religious blasphemy crimes is the failure of the development of religion, weak law enforcement, the emergence of the defenders of religious taking, the media is not the party to the religion that is denied. Thus making the opportunity of a person whose crisis of religious sciences easily blasphemy the religion. In the end, based on the above conclusion, the author's suggestion needs to spread religion or even wider da'wah so that all religious teachings can be conveyed well and can be understood every adherence.       To put a religious position above everything than a need for strict sanction of the law enforcement officers for religious conners. So it becomes one of the right means of creating justice.Keyword: criminological Penista religious social media

Abstract

AbstrakBuku memiliki informasi yang dapat dikonversikan menjadi ilmu oleh setiap individu. Khusus di Politeknik Caltex Riau koleksi buku bertempat di Perpustakaan Politeknik Caltex Riau. Pelayanan pada perpustakaan ditujukan kepada suatu subyek yaitu pembaca. Pembaca akan dikelompokkan dan memiliki catatan yang menunjukkan uraian atas layanan yang digunakan. Data layanan perlu pengelolaan tepat sehingga menghasilkan informasi yang dapat digunakan sebagai bukti pelayanan perpustakaan, pelaporan dan sebagai pendukung dalam pengambilan keputusan. Perpustakaan mengelola data layanan menggunakan bantuan aplikasi Microsoft Excel sebagai pelaporan kinerja dan dasar pengambilan keputusan. Dengan memantau jumlah peminjam jenis bahan pustaka yang dipinjam, membuat pihak manajemen perpustakaan kesulitan dalam mengetahui minat baca pada suatu jenis buku tertentu dengan jumlah buku yang ada. Setelah dibangun sebuah sistem sederhana berbentuk dashboard berbasis business intelligence yang dapat melakukan visualisasi dan rekapitulasi data layanan pustaka, masalah dapat teratasi. Dashboard dirancang menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP dan MySQL sebagai DBMS. Pengujian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan pengguna berada pada jawaban setuju dan sangat setuju. Disimpulkan bahwa sistem dianggap membantu pihak perpustakaan dalam menentukan kebijakan yang akan diambil melalui hidden knowledge seperti rasio anggaran dengan layanan, perbandingan jumlah pembelian dan layanan serta perbandingan minat baca per tahun yang didapat dari data yang diolah.Kata Kunci: business intelligence, dashboard, key performance indicators

Abstract

Tourism in Indonesia is one of the economic and welfare generators for the local community as well as improving the quality of life of tourists through various activities such as recreation, resting, and getting new knowledge. The Indonesian government through the Ministry of Tourism has chosen ten priority destinations that are rich in natural and cultural products which are expected to bring millions of tourists every year, one of them is Lake Toba in North Sumatra. A village near Lake Toba, namely Tongging Village is still not optimized as a tourist destination, so to attract tourists and support a variety of vacation needs, a leisure park is needed. In designing leisure parks using the Neo Vernacular Architecture approach that is suitable for the design location, because this architectural style is very concerned about natural and cultural elements in the area.

Abstract

Abstract.The development of mucoadhesive buccal films has become a focus of pharmaceutical research to improve oral drug delivery. The combination of polymers such as carbopol and HPMC improves film adhesion, while variations in excipients influence physical properties and drug release. The ideal film should be flexible, have a neutral pH, and be able to release the drug in a controlled manner. Although progress has been made, further research is needed for in vivo evaluation and addressing challenges such as interindividual variability. With great potential, mucoadhesive buccal films can be an attractive alternative for oral drug delivery. Abstrak. Pengembangan film bukal mukoadhesif menjadi fokus penelitian farmasi untuk meningkatkan penghantaran obat oral. Kombinasi polimer seperti karbopol dan HPMC meningkatkan adhesi film, sedangkan variasi eksipien memengaruhi sifat fisik dan pelepasan obat. Film yang ideal harus fleksibel, memiliki pH netral, dan dapat melepaskan obat secara terkontrol. Meskipun kemajuan telah dicapai, penelitian lebih lanjut diperlukan untuk evaluasi in vivo dan mengatasi tantangan seperti variabilitas antar individu. Dengan potensi yang besar, film bukal mukoadhesif dapat menjadi alternatif menarik untuk penghantaran obat oral.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of competence and self-efficacy on employee performance, with transformational leadership acting as a moderator, in the Regional Secretariat of Batang Regency. Data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 109 respondents, selected from a total population of 189 employees. The data analysis was performed using SPSS version 27, employing descriptive statistical tests, validity tests, reliability tests, and regression analysis to determine the relationships between the variables. The results of the study revealed several key findings. First, competence was found to have a negative and significant effect on employee performance. This suggests that higher levels of competence do not necessarily lead to improved performance, possibly due to other factors, such as organizational culture or work environment, that may counterbalance the effects of individual competence. Second, self-efficacy was found to have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This indicates that employees who believe in their ability to perform tasks are more likely to achieve better results. Moreover, transformational leadership was found to strengthen the effect of competence on employee performance. This suggests that leaders who inspire and motivate their employees, encourage innovation, and provide a supportive work environment can enhance the positive impact of competence on performance. However, transformational leadership was also found to weaken the effect of self-efficacy on employee performance. This could be due to the fact that transformational leadership provides external motivation and guidance, which may reduce the reliance on employees' self-confidence in achieving performance goals. In conclusion, the study highlights the complex relationships between competence, self-efficacy, and performance, with transformational leadership playing a significant moderating role in these dynamics. The findings provide valuable insights for organizations seeking to enhance employee performance through leadership strategies.

Abstract

The enactment of Law Number 32 of 2009 concerning Management and the Environment has been based on a legal basis and a philosophical basis that has elements of protection for Human Rights. In the provisions of Perma Number 1 of 2023 concerning Guidelines for Adjudicating Environmental Cases, it not only expands the objects of Environmental disputes but also adds a PTUN touchstone in testing the validity of Decisions or Actions taken by Officials/State Administrative Agencies, namely human rights provisions. As the third touchstone, it does not mean that Human Rights Provisions can be set aside in testing environmental disputes. Because environmental disputes are closely related to Human Rights. So that PTUN Judges can classify which Decisions or Actions are classified as violating the Law, AUPB or Human Rights Provisions. This research method is carried out by reviewing literature sources, namely by examining legal principles and norms. This article aims to provide an understanding of Judicial Activism in Environmental cases by the Panel of Judges, which is not impossible based on the Theory of Legal Protection in order to realize the objectives of the law, namely justice, benefit and legal certainty.

Abstract

Literature is believed to have a special appeal for the majority of people from all nations, including Arabs and Indonesians. The Al-Qur'an, which uses noble literature, was translated using literary language by H.B Jassin. His thoughts attract the attention of writers because they transmit literature to literature. This study aims to describe the verses of An-Naba from 1-7 in the perspective of the translation of the Noble Readings by H.B. Jassin. This study uses a descriptive analysis method without using statistical figures, the source of the research data is from Tafsir Noble Readings and Surah An-Naba. The results of this study are as follows: 1) Personality of H.B. Jassin who became his motivation to write the translation; 2) Ijmali and Tahlili methods are used to analyze and collect data; and 3) The language style of this Noble Reading translation is in the form of poetry, different from the translation of the Ministry of Religion. This translation of the Noble Readings does not change the meaning, meaning and content of the Qur'an at all, it's just that the difference is in the language style and sentence structure used by H.B. Jassin. H.B.'s goal Jassin wrote his translation solely to make the verses of the Qur'an very beautiful.
