Abstract

Aborsi merupakan salah satu penyumbang terhadap tingginya Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) di Indonesia karena tidak ditangani medis yang memiliki kompetensi. Undang-Undang kesehatan No.36 Tahun 2009 pasal 15 seperti sedikit memberikan peluang kepada bidan dengan mengatur bahwa dalam keadaan darurat sebagai upaya menyelamatkan jiwa ibu atau janin yang dikandungnya dapat diambil tindakan medis tertentu. Namun undang-undang kesehatan juga tidak menjelaskan apa yang dimaksud tindakan medis tertentu atau kondisi bagaimana yang dikategorikan sebagai keadaan darurat. Dari hasil survey awal pada bulan maret tahun 2017 di Wilayah Puskesmas Medan Deli kecamatan Medan Deli Sumatera Utara terdapat 120 bidan. Dari wawancara yang dilakukan penulis kepada bidan diketahuai bahwa sebagian besar bidan tidak mengetahui tentang undang-undang aborsi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat pengetahuan bidan tentang Undang-Undang aborsi di Wilayah kerja Puskesmas Medan Deli Kecamatan Medan Deli tahun 2017. Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini subjek penelitian yaitu 120 bidan yang bertugas di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Medan Deli Kecamatan Medan Deli. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner sebanyak 30 soal. Analisa data secara deskriptif, data yang terkumpul, disajikan dalam bentuk tabel-tabel distribusi frekuensi. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa pengetahuan ibu tentang mayoritas responden berpengetahuan kurang sebanyak 11 responden ( 36,6 % ), dan minoritas berpengetahuan cukup sebanyak 9 responden ( 30 % ). penelitian ini diharapkan kepada kepala puskesmas dan tenaga kesehatan Khususnya bidan dipuskesmas medan deli untuk lebih meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kesehatan khususnya pelayanan kebidanan dengan memiliki tenaga kesehatan yang berkompeten dan tidak ikut dalam hal tindakan aborsi.

Abstract

Background: Lemon is a source of vitamin C and antioxidants which are beneficial for health. The benefits of lemon are overcoming nausea and vomiting, controlling blood pressure, overcoming digestive disorders, overcoming constipation, increasing endurance, maintaining the bone health of pregnant women and fetuses, a source of antioxidants and others. Pregnancy is a natural process for every woman. One of the inconveniences experienced by pregnant women is nausea and vomiting / emesis gravidarum. This study aims to determine the effect of lemon infusion on the intensity of emesis gravidarum in first trimester pregnant women. Methods: Type of quantitative research with a quasi-experimental research design using a one group pretest-posttest design. The population in this study were all Trimester I Pregnant Women who experienced Emesis Gravidarum in April 2023 totaling 30 people in the PMB Working Area of the Botania Health Center. Sampling using total sampling. The time for the research was April – May 2023 which took place at the PMB working area of the Botania Health Center. The research instrument used the PUQE 24 assessment sheet and was analyzed using Wilcoxon. Results: The results showed that the average emesis gravidarum intensity before being given lemon infusion was 11.03 and the average emesis gravidarum intensity after being given lemon infusion was 7.47. The results of the analysis with a p-value of 0.000 (p <0.05). Conclusion: there is an effect of steeping lemon on the intensity of emesis gravidarum in first trimester pregnant women

Abstract

Adolescent cadres are adolescents who are selected or voluntarily volunteer and are trained to participate in implementing adolescent health services for themselves, their peers, their families and the community. The aim of this research is to determine the role of youth cadres as motivators, facilitators, communicators and promoters in youth posyandu activities. This research method is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. The research sample in this study consisted of 3 youth cadres, 3 teenagers, and 1 youth posyandu supervisor. The sampling technique in this research was nonprobability with a purposive sampling technique. This research was conducted at the Batu Selicin Lubuk Baja youth posyandu, Batam City. Data was collected by in-depth interviews. The results of this research showed that there was no role for teenage cadres as communicators in the activities of the Batu Selicin youth posyandu, Lubuk Baja, Batam City. The conclusion from this research is that teenage cadres have not optimized their role as communicators. This is because youth cadres are not provided with special training and youth cadres are also not given in-depth knowledge. This research can also be a reference for further research regarding the importance of youth cadre training.
