Abstract

This study aims to characterize Zno Nanoparticles’ Morphology and Crystal Structure, Respectively to Giving This Material for Further Learning to Students. The method used in this study: (i) understanding how to synthesize ZnO nanoparticles using a liquid-phase synthesis (ii) implementation of ZnO nanoparticles to students and analysis their comprehension using Transcript Based Lesson Analysis (TBLA) on the Learning Video Recording and Adaptation Learning Transcript. To support this study, several analyses were done, such as a scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) to characterize ZnO nanoparticles’ morphology and crystal structure, respectively, prior to giving this material for further learning to students. Experimental results showed that the use of ZnO is effective to improve the student comprehension. Students become more serious in listening during the learning process. They also have been more curious to study science and technology.

Abstract

Kesulitan mahasiswa dalam memahami materi alkana tidak dapat diatasi dengan metode pembelajaran konvensional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode praktikum sintesis alkana dengan menggunakan kayu manis berbasis bahan alam melalui model discovery learning terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar mahasiswa pada materi alkana di STIKes Har-Kausyar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif Quasi Experiment Design dengan menguji kemampuan subyek mahasiswa melalui pretest dan posttest control design. Hasil analisis data menggunakan uji “t” diperoleh nilai thitung = 31,62 sedangkan nilai ttabel pada taraf signifikan = 0,05 (dk=48) adalah 1,67, maka nilai thitung lebih besar dari nilai ttabel sehingga H1 diterima. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif metode praktikum melalui model discovery learning terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar mahasiswa pada materi alkana di STIKes Har-Kausyar

Abstract

This study aim determined the profile analysis of module needed based on Recripocal Teaching Pair Share learning model on Protist and Fungi material. The location used retrieved data was Taman Madya Malang High School. The method used in this study was the collection of qualitative descriptive data with an instrument in the form of a questionnaire to teachers and students. The resulted showed that teachers and students agreed with the development of Recripocal Teaching Pair Share (RTPS) based modules.
