Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of organizational trust and organizational justice in moderating the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention. The population in this study are employees in several information technology companies in Jakarta. The research sample amounts to 195 respondents. Data collection method is done through a questionnaire. Data analysis method uses structural equation modeling-partial least square (SEM-PLS). The results of this study prove that job satisfaction a negative affect on turnover intention. Organizational trust does not affect turnover intention. The interaction of job satisfaction and organizational trust as a moderating variable affects turnover intention. Organizational justice has a negative effect on turnover intention. The interaction of job satisfaction and organizational justice as a moderating variable does not affect turnover intention.

Abstract

The use of journalistic language cannot be separated from the journey of print media in everyday life. The meaning conveyed through arranged words can give birth to meaning. Understanding related to the implementation of journalistic language must be in accordance with the rules or guidelines of journalistic language, so that a journalist is required to master the rules of writing journalistic language. The purpose of this study is to determine the application and characteristics of journalistic language characteristics used by the news category of the Visi Nusantara online media organization, then to find out the impact of the news category for students who are active in organizations. The researcher conducted a document analysis on Visi Nusantara’s organizational category news as many as 18 news editions in 2022. The results show that the characteristics of journalistic language consist of simple, short, dense, straightforward, clear, clear, interesting, populist, logical, democratic, grammatical, avoiding speech, foreign words and terms, appropriate diction, prioritizing active sentences, avoiding technical words or terms, and submitting to ethical rules. The existence of this category of news has a positive impact on students because the news contained is packaged informatively, although there are some mistakes in the writing, it does not rule out the possibility of this news becoming a field of information and inspiration for students and people who play a role in the world of organizations. Abstract

In the era of digital transformation, fundraising through donations is no longer limited to donation boxes or collections conducted by philanthropic organizations or similar social institutions. Currently, social organizations are leveraging digital platforms to sustain donation funds through online innovations. This allows us to contribute donations anytime and anywhere. This research aims to analyze the social behavior related to the interest in charitable giving through electronic donations. The research method used in this study is qualitative, with a questionnaire distributed to a maximum of 30 respondents interested in donating through electronic donations. The results of this study indicate a high level of interest in making ZIS payments digitally, as it is more practical and flexible to use.
