Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the infl uence of factors of company size, business risk, liquidity(current ratio), and profi tability (return on assets / ROA) to the policy of debt (debt to asset / DTA) andenterprise value (price book value / PBV ) through empirical studies on non-service fi rms that go public onthe Stock Exchange Indonesia Year 2007-2010.The population in this study were 425 companies listed onthe Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2007-2010. Sampling technique used was purposive sampling,with the following criteria: (1) a company that is always present its fi nancial statements for 2007-2010, and(2) a company that is continuously distributed dividends every period 2007-2010. Data obtained from thepublication in the website Stock Exchange, namely www.idx.co.id. Thence obtained the sample of 108companies. Analytical technique used is the path analysis.The results showed that the size of the companyhave a positive and signifi cant impact on debt policy. Business risk has a negative but not signifi cant infl uenceon debt policy. Company’s liquidity (Current Ratio) has a negative and signifi cant impact on debt policy.Corporate profi tability has a negative and signifi cant impact on debt policy. Firm size has a signifi cant positiveeffect on fi rm value. Business risk has no signifi cant negative effect on fi rm value. Company’s liquidity (Currentratio) does not have a signifi cant infl uence on the value of the company. Corporate profi tability has a positiveand signifi cant impact on fi rm value. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh iklim organisasi dan kepribadian terhadap stres kerja, dan perilaku kewargaan. Responden penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan Klinik Laboratorium Prodia cabang Menteng, sebanyak 50 karyawan. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS). Temuan penelitian adalah bahwa iklim organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap perilaku kewargaan, namun iklim organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap stres kerja. Kepribadian tipe A berpengaruh positif terhadap stres kerja, sedangkan kepribadian tipe B tidak berpengaruh terhadap stres kerja. Kepribadian tipe A tidak berpengaruh terhadap perilaku kewargaan, sedangkan kepribadian tipe B tidak berpengaruh terhadap perilaku kewargaan. Terakhir, stres kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap perilaku kewargaan.The research aims to examine and analyze the influence of organizational climate and personality on job stress and its impact on organizational citizenship behavior. This study uses all employees Clinical Lab. Prodia branch Menteng is using saturated sample in order to obtain a sample of 50 employees. The approach that is used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS). Results show that the organizational climate provides a positive and significant effect on the behavior of citizenship. Then the organizational climate does not give effect to job stress. Then type A personality has significant impact on job stress while type B personality does not have a significant impact on job stress. Type A personality does not have a significant impact on organizational citizenship behavior, while personality type B does not have a significant impact on the organizational citizenship behavior. And the last job stress does not influence the organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of organizational trust and organizational justice in moderating the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention. The population in this study are employees in several information technology companies in Jakarta. The research sample amounts to 195 respondents. Data collection method is done through a questionnaire. Data analysis method uses structural equation modeling-partial least square (SEM-PLS). The results of this study prove that job satisfaction a negative affect on turnover intention. Organizational trust does not affect turnover intention. The interaction of job satisfaction and organizational trust as a moderating variable affects turnover intention. Organizational justice has a negative effect on turnover intention. The interaction of job satisfaction and organizational justice as a moderating variable does not affect turnover intention.

Abstract

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pendidikan, pelatihan pre-joiningterhadap motivasi dan dampaknya terhadap kinerja crew kapal. Populasi dalam penelitianini adalah pelaut (crew) PT. Jasindo Duta Segara yang berjumlah 706 orang. Sampel yangdipergunakan adalah sebanyak 180 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakanconvenience sampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Model(SEM). Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa pendidikan berpengaruh positif terhadapmotivasi. Pelatihan berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi. Pendidikan tidak berpengaruhterhadap kinerja pelaut (crew). Pelatihan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pelaut (crew),dan motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pelaut (crew).

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of fiscal independence, government investment, labor force and income per capita to economic growth regions in 33 provinces in 2008-2013. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the positive effect on the fiscal autonomy of regional economic growth. Local government investment positive effect on regional economic growth. Regional per capita income does not affect the economic growth of the region. The labor force does not affect the economic growth of the region.  Keywords: economic growth, fiscal independence, the government investment, per capita income, labor force.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan penilaian terhadap dampak kebijakan konsolidasiperbankan terhadap kondisi pasar. Seandainya akan dilakukan rekayasa kebijakan merger antara BankBankPembangunanDaerahdanBankPerseroanatasdasarassetdandana,apakahkemudianpasarakanmenjadisemakinkompetitifatausebaliknyaakanmenjadisemakinterkonsentrasi.Penelitian ini adalahpenelitian deskriptif, berdasarkan studi pustaka. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berdasarkandata Statistik Perbankan Indonesia (SPI) dari tahun 2011 sampai dengan bulan Juli tahun 2014. Data yang dianalisis adalah data kelompok perbankan, yaitu kelompok Bank Persero, Bank Devisa, BUSN Non Devisa,BPD, Bank Campuran, dan Bank Asing, sesuai dengan pengelompokan Bank Indonesia. Data yang dilihatadalah jumlah aset dari setiap kelompok bank. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode HHI dan CR,untuk mengukur structure-conduct performance (SCP). Hasil analisis dengan menilai dampak kebijakanmerger perbankan menunjukkan bahwa seandainya dilakukan rekayasa kebijakan merger antara keduapasang bank tersebut, menunjukkan nilai CR4 yang lebih besar dan nilai HHI yang lebih besar dibandingkanapabila tidak ada rekayasa kebijakan merger. Kondisi tersebut menunjukkan bahwa dengan adanya mergerakan menyebabkan pasar menjadi semakin terkonsentrasi. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut, disarankan agarkebijakan merger dipertimbangkan lagi dalam pelaksanannya. Dengan tidak diterapkan kebijakan merger,pasar akan menjadi lebih kompetitif.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Profitability, Capital Structur, and Investment Decision to company values. This population is pharmacist companies of Indonesia Stock Exchange on periode 2013 to 2017. The research design is causal research. The sampling technique is purposive sampling method. The method derived 6 companies that meet the criteria from 9 companies during the observation period of five years. Total sampel are 30 sample. The analysis technique used is the panel data regression. The results showed that profitability has positive and significant influence towards the firm value, while the capital structure has positive and significant towards the firm value. And the investment decision has positive and significant influence towards the firm value.
