Abstract

The aim of this training is to provide basic knowledge and skills about entrepreneurship and encourage students to think creatively and innovatively in designing business ideas. The focus is to provide entrepreneurship training with a focus on painting to class VIII C students at MTs 4 Sinjai, with the aim of developing a creative and innovative spirit in a business context. The research method used is a project-based learning approach, which allows active and collaborative involvement of 23 students in the learning process. The training process includes several stages, from identifying needs and planning to implementation, monitoring and evaluation. The initial stage of training involves identifying students' needs and their potential through surveys, interviews, and discussions. After that, training planning is carried out which includes determining content, schedule and clear objectives. The results show an increase in students' understanding of entrepreneurship, painting skills, and appreciation of the economic potential of their artwork. Thus, this training succeeded in achieving its goal of developing students' creative and innovative souls for a better future. In conclusion, entrepreneurship training by making paintings makes a positive contribution to developing students' skills and preparing them to face future challenges

Abstract

Society 5.0 is a society that can solve various social challenges and problems by utilizing various innovations that were born in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 such as Internet on Things (internet for everything), Artificial Intelligence (artificial intelligence), Big Data (large amounts of data), and robots to improve the quality of human life. The aim of this research is to find out how the Islamic boarding school concept in the 5.0 era faces challenges in developing quality human resources. The research method used is qualitative with library research studies, namely by taking data sourced from books, journals, the internet, and so on. Data analysis is used, namely the context analysis method, which is an effort to collect and organize data, then it is also attempted using analysis and interpretation or interpretation of these data. The results of this research show that implementing the concept in the 5.0 era can increase quality human resources because in this context, Islamic boarding schools have a strategic role in preparing the young generation who not only have intellectual skills, but also strong moral and spiritual strength.

Abstract

This research aims determine that efektiveness of active learning synergetic teaching, Synergistic active learning is a learning strategy that combines two different learning methods simultaneously; In this research, lecture and reading methods were combined. Learning motivation is the drive within a person to carry out learning activities to achieve goals. Quantitative research methods, types of experiments, experimental design, and one group pretest-posttest approach. Class VIII B students of SMP Negeri 3 Sinjai were the research subjects. Learning motivation questionnaires, learning implementation observation sheets, and documentation are data collection methods. In this research, the data analysis technique used is the t-test (paired sample t-test). The results showed that students had greater motivation to learn both before and after treatment by implementing synergistic active learning strategies. Therefore, this approach is effective for use in learning. The research results show that students' learning motivation increases when synergistic active learning strategies are implemented. The average value was 85.17 with a standard deviation of 7.861 and a variance of 61.79, and rose to 87.57 with a standard deviation of 7.38 and a variance of 54.46. However, based on the results of the hypothesis test, it was found that the tcount value was -5.475, which was smaller than the ttable value of 1.69913 and the significance value was 0.000, which was less than 0.05.

Abstract

This research intends to describe the function of ninth-grade instructors within enhancing students' intrinsic motivation, especially It seems that you have submitted an incomplete phrase context of issues of the digital age like overreliance on social media and online gaming. The study employs a qualitative method using a descriptive approach. Methods for gathering data involve participant observation and detailed interviews with two ninth-grade teachers, and documentation. The findings indicate that teachers engage in a strategic function in fostering students' inner drive to learn through adaptive teaching approaches, purposeful use of technology, and a supportive classroom environment. Teachers also pay close attention to students' emotional and social conditions, establish positive communication, and promote learning awareness through personal engagement. These strategies have proven effective in minimizing the negative effects of media distractions while encouraging students to remain focused and actively involved in learning. Therefore, the role of the teacher extends beyond merely delivering material-they act as motivators who guide students to reach their full potential
