Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mencari hubungan antara psychological capital dengan sense of humor. Adapun hipotesis yang diajukan oleh peneliti adalah terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dan positif antara psychological capital dengan sense of humor, dengan asumsi bahwa semakin tinggi sense of humor, semakin tinggi pula psychological capital dan sebaliknya. Pemilihian partisipan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Adapun sampel dari penelitian ini adalah 89 karyawan yang telah berumur minimal 21 tahun dan telah bekerja diatas 2 tahun pada perusahaan tersebut. Dengan data yang telah di kumpulkan oleh peneliti berasal dari hasil yang telah disiapkan dengan pedoman dari teori dimensi untuk mengukur psychological capital dan sense of humor dengan menggunakan SPSS 21.00 for windows. Koefisien korelasi yang dihasilkan adalah 0.902 (p<0.05). Dari hasil tersebut, dapat dilihat bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara psychological capital dengan sense of humor. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat berkontribusi dalam sektor Psikologi Industri dan Organisasi yang khususnya untuk meningkatkan psychological capital pada karyawan. Kata kunci: psychological capital, sense of humor, karyawan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of sewing skills training in increasing the independence of deaf children at Amet Jaya Raha Special High School, Muna Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. Informants in this study amounted to 8 people . Informants consisting of 5 main informants, one key informant, and 2 additional informants. The instruments used in this study were observation sheets (observations, interview guides and documentation. The data collection technique used interviews and observation of the data obtained in the field and then analyzed and explained descriptively qualitatively. Until finally it could be concluded that a program could be said to be effective , if the achievement of goals is right on target and on time as a measure of success. With the implementation of this sewing training the SLB has a target to be achieved, namely that students can live independently in the future. The attitude of independence of students related to sewing skills has experienced a new increase reached approximately 50%.This shows progress in forming the independence of deaf children to dedicate to their future.Sewing skills training has an influence on behavior change, in the form of increased knowledge, skills, expertise so that it influences the growth of an attitude of independence. In the process of learning and training is certainly very good. After attending the training there were significant changes and improvements in skills

Abstract

This study aims to explore and analyze the facility and infrastructure management at SD Negeri 10 Asera, North Konawe Regency, focusing on planning, procurement, inventorying, maintenance, and disposal. The rationale for this research arises from the urgency of effective facility and infrastructure management on the quality of learning, as well as the lack of literature related to such management at the elementary level. The research method used is qualitative with in-depth interviews with nine informants, involving the school principal, vice-principal, and class teachers. The findings indicate that the implementation of facility and infrastructure management at the school involves active participation from the entire school community. The study concludes that these practices contribute positively to the effectiveness of learning and create a conducive environment. This research provides valuable insights into the central role of facility and infrastructure management in advancing the quality of education at the elementary level.

Abstract

The optimization of reading skills in early childhood through private reading demands less need. Kindergarten teachers and intuition do not get demands regarding children's reading skills. The method of this research is quantitative research. The population includes 145 kindergarten and early childhood education students in Kendari City. However, 58% of teachers agree that private reading should be implemented in kindergarten / early childhood because the majority of respondents see positive potential in private reading programs and can provide benefits for children's early literacy development, children's reading skills, the potential to increase children's interest in reading, and have a positive effect on children's language development and knowledge.

Abstract

Let c be a proper coloring of a graph G = (V, E) with k colors which induces a partition Π of V (G) into color classes L1, L2, . . . , Lk . For each vertex v in G, the color code cΠ(v) is defined as the ordered k-tuple (d(v, L1), d(v, L2), . . . , d(v, Lk )), where d(v, Li) represents the minimum distance from v to all other vertices u in Li(1 ≤ i ≤ k). If every vertex possesses unique color codes, then c is called a locating-k-coloring in G. If k is the minimum number such that c is a locating-k-coloring in G, then the locating-chromatic number of G is χL(G) = k. In this paper, the author determine the locating-chromatic number of some Jellyfish Graphs.

Abstract

This research aims determine that efektiveness of active learning synergetic teaching, Synergistic active learning is a learning strategy that combines two different learning methods simultaneously; In this research, lecture and reading methods were combined. Learning motivation is the drive within a person to carry out learning activities to achieve goals. Quantitative research methods, types of experiments, experimental design, and one group pretest-posttest approach. Class VIII B students of SMP Negeri 3 Sinjai were the research subjects. Learning motivation questionnaires, learning implementation observation sheets, and documentation are data collection methods. In this research, the data analysis technique used is the t-test (paired sample t-test). The results showed that students had greater motivation to learn both before and after treatment by implementing synergistic active learning strategies. Therefore, this approach is effective for use in learning. The research results show that students' learning motivation increases when synergistic active learning strategies are implemented. The average value was 85.17 with a standard deviation of 7.861 and a variance of 61.79, and rose to 87.57 with a standard deviation of 7.38 and a variance of 54.46. However, based on the results of the hypothesis test, it was found that the tcount value was -5.475, which was smaller than the ttable value of 1.69913 and the significance value was 0.000, which was less than 0.05.

Abstract

The STEM Center for Teaching and Learning at Parahyangan Catholic University, in collaboration with Ruang Bergerak, organized a community outreach program as part of its Tridharma commitment. The program included seminars and hands-on training for science teachers from the MGMP (Subject Teachers Forum) in Salatiga. The goal was to introduce project-based learning (PBL) methods using a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) approach within the context of smart agriculture. This initiative aimed to help teachers foster essential 21st-century skills—such as problem-solving, critical thinking, and collaboration—that had noticeably declined during the pandemic. This program was designed to support teachers in implementing integrated, project-based learning that not only crosses disciplinary boundaries but also ties directly to measurable learning outcomes. Teachers were encouraged to connect the projects to real-world contexts, making assessments more meaningful and relevant to each subject area. Additionally, the smart agriculture project served as a practical application of P5 (Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila) under Indonesia’s Merdeka Curriculum. Teachers were given the flexibility to adapt the prototype projects for further development in their own schools, aligning with each school’s unique goals and agreements. Over the course of two days, participating teachers learned how to design and execute contextual, problem-based STEM projects. They gained hands-on experience with technologies like Arduino and agricultural sensors. The program consisted of two main phases, the first involved expert-led workshops, and the second focused on collaborative project design based on local agricultural challenges. Despite the limited time, the program successfully fostered collaboration among teachers and expanded their understanding of how integrated, STEM-based learning can support both academic goals and character development through P5.

Abstract

Kawasan Berikat Mandiri memiliki keunggulan dalam bentuk pelayanan mandiri atas pemasukan dan pengeluaran barang dengan menunjuk satu orang pegawainya sebagai Liaison Officer (LO) untuk menggantikan sebagian tugas pelayanan dan pengawasan yang semula dilakukan oleh Hanggar Pabean dan Cukai, namun LO yang ditunjuk perusahaantidak memiliki Sertifikasi Ahli Kepabeanan atau minimal pernah mengikuti diklat Ahli Kepabeanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengkaji peranan LO, serta kendala yang dihadapi LO dalam menjalankan tugas dan fungsinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa LO berperan sebagai penghubung antara Perusahaan KBM dan DJBC, serta bertanggungjawab secara langsung atas nama perusahaan terhadap proses pemasukan dan pengeluaran barang. Kendala yang dihadapi LO, yaitu sering melakukan kesalahan disebabkan tidak memperoleh pendidikan dan pelatihan ahli kepabeanan. Dibutuhkan bimbingan, pendidikan, dan latihan; membuat pedoman; dan mengeluarkan peraturan yang secara khusus mengatur tentang tugas, wewenang, kewajiban, dan sanksi terhadap LO.

Abstract

Bank dapat mengeluarkan jaminan bank (bank garansi) untuk keperluan kepabeanan. Bank Garansi ini berupa warkat yang menerangkan bahwa bank akan membayar pungutan negara yang terutang dalam hal perusahaan yang dijamin melakukan cidera janji (wanprestasi). Jaminan bank hanya dapat diterbitkan oleh Bank Devisa Persepsi. Dalam hasil penelitian ini bahwa implementasi kebijakan jaminan bank garansi dalam rangka kegiatan kepabeanan berdasarkan sistem hukum Indonesia bahwa suatu kebijakan dapat berjalan dengan baik jika sistem hukumnya dapat berjalan dengan baik. Sistem hukum ini sendiri terdiri dari struktur hukum yaitu instansi Direktorat Jenderal Bea dan Cukai. Kemudian substansi hukum terkait jaminan bank garansi yaitu pada Pasal 42 ayat (2) Undang-Undang Nomor 10 Tahun 1995 Tentang Kepabeanan yang saat ini telah dirubah menjadi Undang-Undang Nomor 17 Tahun 2006 Tentang Perubahan Atas Undang-Undang Nomor 10 Tahun 1995 Tentang Kepabeanan. Dan budaya hukum yakni adanya hambatan baik secara internal dan eksternal seperti mekanisme penyesuaian jaminan yang dilakukan secara manual, peraturan untuk pengelolaan jaminan yang belum efektif dan adanya penolakan dan peraturan yang ada bagi pelaksana kebijakan yang tidak memenuhi kepuasan. Oleh karena itu Direktorat Jenderal Bea dan Cukai perlu mengatur tentang mekanisme konfirmasi atas jaminan yang diserahkan kepada Kantor Pabean tempat pemenuhan kewajiban pabean. Bentuk jaminan yang dilakukan konfirmasi kepada penerbit salah satunya adalah mengenai jaminan bank garansi.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pemahaman peserta program matrikulasi bagi calon mahasiswa Universitas Katolik Parahyangan (UNPAR) pada beberapa aspek/materi dasar, yakni: numerasi, literasi, logika berpikir, pendidikan rohani, pendidikan karakter, pendidikan jasmani, pendidikan TIK, dan persekutuan doa. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa peserta memiliki pemahaman yang cukup baik dalam materi pendidikan rohani, pendidikan karakter, dan persekutuan doa, meskipun mereka menunjukkan hasil yang lebih rendah dalam bidang numerasi dan literasi, yang kemungkinan disebabkan oleh keterbatasan akses pendidikan di daerah asal mereka. Selain itu, pada materi logika berpikir, ditemukan adanya kesulitan dalam penerapan penalaran logis akibat kurangnya pengalaman dengan latihan soal yang menantang. Pada pendidikan jasmani dan olahraga serta pendidikan TIK, peserta menunjukkan hasil yang bervariasi, dengan beberapa peserta mengalami kesulitan dalam mengakses teknologi yang dibutuhkan untuk pembelajaran. Kesimpulannya, program matrikulasi perlu disesuaikan dengan kondisi peserta untuk memperbaiki pemahaman dalam bidang numerasi dan literasi serta memberikan lebih banyak kesempatan untuk pengembangan kemampuan logika berpikir dan TIK. Pendekatan berbasis konteks dan perhatian terhadap keberagaman latar belakang peserta sangat penting untuk memastikan keberhasilan matrikulasi dalam mempersiapkan mahasiswa baru di UNPAR.
