Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan situasional kepala sekolah/madrasah, iklim kerja, dan gaya kepemimpinan situasional kepala sekolah/madrasah dan iklim kerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja guru di MA Mursyidut Thullab Lembanna. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Ex Post Facto terhadap dependen dan independen dengan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Objek penelitian ini adalah gaya kepemimpinan situasional kepala sekolah/madrasah dan iklim kerja pada MA Mursyidut Thullab Lembanna, sedangkan subjeknya adalah guru MA Mursyidut Thullab Lembanna. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Dengan analisis hasil uji regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji t telah dilakukan gaya kepemimpinan situasional kepala kepala sekolah/madrasah (X1) secara parsial, diperoleh nilai t hitung 4,022 > t tabel 2,035 dengan nilai sig. 0,000 < nilai 0,05. artinya variabel gaya kepemimpinan situasional kepala madrasah (X1) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja guru (Y) karena gaya kepemimpinan situasional telah diterapkan dengan baik. untuk hasil analisis uji t variabel iklim kerja (X2) secara parsial diperoleh nilai t hitung 3,227 > t tabel 2,035 dengan nilai sig. 0,003 < nilai 0,05. artinya variabel X2 berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja guru (Y) karena penerapan iklim kerja yang sesuai dengan tepat. Berdasarkan uji t yang telah dilakukan dapat dibuktikan bahwa hipotesis pertama dan kedua dinyatakan diterima. Sementara hasil uji f variabel gaya kepemimpinan situasional kepala madrasah (X1) dan variabel iklim kerja (X2) secara simultan diperoleh nilai f hitung 25,187 > f tabel 3,280 atau nilai sig. 0,000 < 0,05 hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa variabel X1 dan X2 berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja guru (Y), berdasarkan uji f yang telah dilakukan dapat dibuktikan bahwa hipotesis ketiga dinyatakan diterima. Disimpulkan bahwa total kontribusi gaya kepemimpinan kepala madrasah dan iklim kerja terhadap kinerja guru berpengaruh sebesar 60,4% hal ini berarti adanya variabel lain yang mempengaruhi sebesar 39,6% yang tidak di uji dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools are Islamic educational institutions that play an important role in shaping the character of students based on the values ​​of the Qur'an. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the values ​​of the Qur'an as a strategy in the learning process at the Djaga Daeng Maroa Islamic Boarding School. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with in-depth interview techniques as the main source of data collection. Information was obtained through interviews with female teachers who were directly involved in the learning process at the Islamic boarding school. The results of the study indicate that the values ​​of the Qur'an such as honesty, responsibility, and trustworthiness are integrated into learning activities through exemplary-based teaching, strengthening the habit of worship, and thematic methods based on the Qur'an. Female teachers also emphasize the importance of these values ​​in shaping the Islamic personality of students. The challenges faced include limited resources and resistance in implementing change, but this is overcome through the development of innovative and consistent learning programs. This study concludes that female teachers provide an in-depth description of the effectiveness of the implementation of the values ​​of the Qur'an as an educational strategy at the Djaga Daeng Maroa Islamic Boarding School. These results can be a reference for the development of learning methods based on Islamic values ​​in other educational institutions.

Abstract

The aThe aim of community service is to provide study guidance for students who are not yet fluent in reading, writing and arithmetic. The method used is guidance students in reading, writing and arithmetic using tools in the form of markers and whiteboards which consist of the preparation and evaluation stages. From the results of the reading, writing and arithmetic tutoring program (calistung) within a period of one month, it can be seen that there are several students who have started to recognize the letters of the alphabet A-Z are aable to read words even though they are a little stuttering are able to write the letters of the alphabet A-Z even though it is still upside down or some letters are still missing and the student is able to write his name. in terms of numeracy skills, students are able to knom addition 1-10 and students are able to memorize multiplications 1-3.
