Abstract

Abstract South Sulawesi is a central Sulawesi Economic corridor flagship program in fisheries and marine sector. It has not been able to contribute significantly. On the other hand, is currently developing the construction of South Sulawesi instead focused on the development of the urban sector only through the concept Mamminasata (Makassar, Maros, Sungguminasa and Takalar),  whereas the potential wealth of marine fisheries and South Sulawesi was very abundant . A development model that is able to integrate urban development and coastal development strategy oriented industrial and marine fisheries in the context of the region to support the Marine Politan Mamminasata as centrum and marine fisheries in Sulawesi. The purpose of this research is to develop a conceptual model related to the concept of holistic development of fisheries and marine industries as well as its relationship to the development of the city, so it can recommend appropriate and effective policies are sustainable. The model is built using system dynamics approach to generate sub system. Subsystem subsystem that is built is the means of production, subsistence fisheries, fish processing subsystem , the subsystem of marketing, supporting infrastructure subsystem, the subsystem income (fishing communities and government), fisheries policy subsystems and subsystem Mamminasata policy.

Abstract

The establishment of Batik Air as a Full-Service-Carrier (FSC) of Lion Air Group, a Low-Cost-Carrier group, marks a new development in the airline industry. LCC groups had started their move to serve a larger customer segment to increase their share in key markets. Previously the multi-brand strategy was only utilized by FSC groups as a response to the entry of LCC in the market. This study specifically tries to investigate the perception of passengers towards FSC within an LCC group. An online survey was conducted among the passengers of Batik Air in the last one year. 247 respondents were obtained resulting in a 67.1% response rate. SEM analysis was used to analyze the data. This study provides light in revealing how passengers perceive the service quality of FSC under an LCC group. The current results also clarify whether the service performances of such FSC align with the perceived services by its customer. This study contributes to the existing customer perception and strategic literature in the way that is among the first studies to investigate the perception of passenger a newly established FSC from an LCC group. The study includes implications for the low-cost airline group that plans to establish a full-service unit to maintain the level of service quality thus can succeed in attracting passengers within the intended market

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kekerasan rumah tangga terhadap kepribadian dan prestasi peserta didik menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei untuk penjelasan. Hasil penelitian disimpulkan pertama terdapat pengaruh antara kekerasan rumah tangga dengan kepribadian peserta didik dimana r hitung lebih besar dari r tabel (rh > rt ) maka Ha diterima, dengan demikian hasil dari 0,601 itu signifikan baik pada taraf 5% mauun 1%. Kedua terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kekerasan rumah tangga dengan prestasi peserta dimana r hitung lebih besar dari r tabel baik pada pada taraf kesalahan 5% (0.374). dan 1% (0.478), sedangkan untuk r hitung adalah 0,567 signifikan baik pada taraf 5% mauun 1%. Ketiga terdapat pengaruh kekerasan rumah tangga dengan kepribadian dan prestasi peserta didik dimana nilai korelasi ganda (R) adalah 3,252 > 0,308 hal ini berarti terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kekerasan rumah tangga terhadap kepribadian dan prestasi peserta didik di Sekolah Madrasah Tsanawiyah Muhammadiyah Songing.

Abstract

A formative assessment is carried out to integrate and improve the learning process and achieve learning goals. Formative assessment aims to improve the learning process and obtain feedback. Feedback is a crucial component of formative assessment. Lecturers use feedback to improve learning, communicate to students what they need to learn and provide learning opportunities. This research aims to describe how formative assessment is implemented in educational psychology courses at UIAD Sinjai and the obstacles to implementing formative assessment in educational psychology courses at UIAD Sinjai. This research is included in phenomenological research using a qualitative research approach. This research was conducted in May 2024. The subjects of this research were educational psychology lecturers and even semester students of educational psychology courses. Meanwhile, the object of the research is the application of formative assessment of the independent learning curriculum in educational psychology courses. The data collection technique used in this research is the interview method. The research instrument used was an interview sheet. The research results show that 1) the form of implementing independent curriculum formative assessment in educational psychology courses is by using various methods such as discussions, questions and answers, lectures, and assignments; 2) An obstacle in carrying out formative assessments with students is that students may be less active in asking and answering questions, and some may not even actively participate in discussions in the room.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana dinamika pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dapat ditingkatkan melalui pemanfaatan kecerdasan buatan (Artificial Intelligence/AI). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan fokus pada studi kepustakaan. Melalui tinjauan literatur, penelitian ini mengungkap beberapa manfaat utama dari integrasi AI dalam pembelajaran PAI. AI memungkinkan personalisasi materi pembelajaran sesuai dengan kebutuhan individu setiap siswa, meningkatkan aksesibilitas pembelajaran terutama bagi siswa di daerah terpencil atau dengan kebutuhan khusus, serta mengotomatisasi tugas administratif sehingga guru dapat lebih banyak berfokus pada proses pengajaran. Selain itu, AI mendukung pengembangan konten pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif dan analisis data yang mendalam untuk peningkatan kurikulum. Dengan pendekatan yang lebih personal, diharapkan bahwa AI dapat mendorong motivasi dan keterlibatan siswa, menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang lebih bermakna dan mendalam. Secara keseluruhan, integrasi AI dalam pembelajaran PAI memiliki potensi besar untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih efektif, adaptif, dan mampu menjawab tantangan pendidikan di era digital saat ini.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the concept of implementing Arabic language learning with school-based management at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Bulukumba. The method used in this research is field research. The results of this research concluded that the concept of implementing Arabic language learning with school-based management at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Bulukumba was implemented through several strategies, namely listening skills (Istima) which were implemented through several activity steps, namely determining Istima' materials according to the theme to be taught, determining concepts relevant to istima. Meanwhile, the reading proficiency strategy (qira'ah) is implemented by the teacher reading Arabic texts well and correctly and also translating them, then students listen carefully. The skills in writing (kitabah) are carried out by the Arabic language study teacher by showing several sentences on the blackboard, then the students read and pay close attention for a few moments. Then the material is removed, then dictated, and students write into notebooks what the teacher dictates. For speaking skills (kalam), the Arabic language study teacher starts by pronouncing new vocabulary (mufrodat) one by one by the language study teacher and then imitates all the students.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how canva media is used in PAI subjects at SMPN 5 Sinjai. This type of research is qualitative research. The subjects in this research are educators and students who apply technology-based learning tools, for example the canva application. The data collection methods are observation, interviews and documentation, while the data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The results of this research found that the use of the canva application in PAI subjects had a positive impact where the use of the canva application could increase students' interest in the subject matter, make understanding more interesting, and be able to increase learning concentration. Using the canva application can make students more focused on delivering material, increase students' enthusiasm and motivation during learning and make learning less boring, making students less sleepy so that it can increase students' understanding. Apart from that, the canva application makes it easier for teachers to create interesting teaching media

Abstract

Learning media utilizes information technology so that learning situations that were initially learning with effort become learning with fun. Learning media is in the form of visual, audio and audio-visual. In this training, Canva design media is one of the choices as a learning media because it has various and interesting templates so it is in great demand by users, especially in the educational sphere. Creating interesting learning media can make it easier for students to comprehend and understand the material taught by the teacher and make students less bored in learning. If there is good communication or delivery process, students will easily understand the learning material presented by the teacher. In this training it can be concluded that there was an improvement before and after receiving the training. For teachers, media helps concretize concepts or ideas and helps motivate active learning participants. Canva is a graphic design application that helps teachers create various types of creative learning online. Using the Canva application can make it easier for elementary school teachers who are not skilled enough to utilize information technology in designing interactive learning. In this activity, the teachers of SDN No. 88 Jennae practiced creating Canva-based learning media. As a result, they were able to develop interesting learning media using the Canva application.

Abstract

Seni Islam merupakan hasil dari keesaan perwujudan di bidang keanekaragaman. Mereflaksikan kandungan prinsip keesaan allah SWT. Allah Swt memberikan akal yang dapat menghasilkan sesuatu biasa disebut istilah seni atau budaya, serta menciptakan manusia dengan cara memberikan rasa dan perasaan untuk menghayati dan merasakan sesuatu. Untuk mencapai pemahaman tentang prinsip, akal manusia memiliki daya berpikir serta perasaan, dengan cara berpikir manusia sehingga menghasilkan pengetahuan. Manusia diciptakan dengan memiliki sistem saraf yang lengkap, dimana pola pikir dan sistem saraf manusia bekerja sama untuk menghasilkan sesuatu yang menyenangkan dengan kualitas yang kuat yang dikenal dengan seni.Kata Kunci: Kreasi, Seni, Islami
