Abstract

Artikerl menggunakan literatur review sistematisyang bertujuan untuk merangkum beberapa penelitian mengenai SMEs Performance. SMEs sangat besar untuk pertumbuhan perekonomian Indonesia. Artike ini menggunakan metode PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analyses) dan analisis bibliometrik menggunakan VOSviewer. Sumber data diperoleh dari ScienceDirect periode 2019-2023. Hasil yang diperoleh sebanyak 13.448 jurnal, kemudian dilakukan reduksi data dengan menggunakan kriteria eklusif dan inklisif sehingga diperoleh 50 jurnal yang direview. Hasil untuk variabel-variabel yang terkait dengan SMEs Performance, Firm Performance, Open Innovation, Financial Performance, Innovation, manjerial ties, big data, digital tranformation dll. Secara keseluruhan, penulis berharap penelitian ini dapat dijadikan bahan pembelajaran dan refleksi tertulis dalam masa depan.

Abstract

AbstractThis article reviews the phenomenon of self-initiated expatriates which is an important subject in global mobility studies. This article uses a systematic literature review which aims to summarize several studies regarding Self-Initiated Expatriates. This article uses the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) method and bibliometric analysis using VOSviewer Software. Data sources were obtained from ScienceDirect and Emerald Insight for the 2019-2024 period. The results obtained were 2,974 articles, then data reduction was carried out using exclusive and inclusive criteria to obtain 31 journals that were reviewed. Results for variables related to self-initiated expatriates, Cross-cultural Adjustment, Cultural Intelligence, Social Support, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Job Demand Resources, Effort reward imbalance, Political skills etc. With a deeper understanding of the dynamics of self-initiated expatriates, this article provides valuable insights for managers, human resource practitioners, and academics in managing and supporting voluntary international mobility and leveraging the valuable contributions that self-initiated expatriates bring to the context of ever-changing global environment.

Abstract

This article uses a systematic literature review, which aims to summarize several studies regarding emotional intelligence and performance. Emotional intelligence is a factor in the performance of every company. This article uses the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) method and bibliometric analysis using VOSviewer software. Data sources were obtained from ScienceDirect, Emerald Insight, and Taylor & Francis for the 2019-2024 period. The results obtained were 144,195 articles; then data reduction was carried out using exclusive and inclusive criteria to obtain 52 journals that were reviewed. Results for variables related to emotional intelligence and performance, job performance, project performance, team performance, self-efficacy, self-awareness, leadership, etc. Overall, the author hopes that this research can be used as learning material and written reflection in future research.
