Abstract

Seeing the rapid progress of software app. in today's destructive era, the need for software app. is very reliable for industrial progress in the era of the 4.0 generation. Especially in object-oriented software app. The main objective of this research is to measure the technical capabilities of object-based software app. and to find out the process of selecting the best number of app.software in terms of the appropriate price. Many techniques can be developed in object-based software app. such as class implementation, Inheritance, Encapsulation, Polymorphic, Constructor, Accessor, Mutator, Visibility, Overwrite and Overload. This technique is an advantage of object-based software app. Taking advantage of these advantages causes difficulty in selecting and evaluating software. Indeed, it is very difficult to evaluate software products, because they are qualitative. In order for the assessment to be objective, it requires good method collaboration, thus an objective method is needed in the assessment of the selection of a number of program app. The test was carried out with the Multi Objective Optimization by Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method collaborated with the Price-Quality Ration approach. The results obtained are the selection of object-based software app. that can be done optimally and provide efficiency in the benefits and costs incurred.

Abstract

The current millennial generation has the soft skills needed to follow the trends and technology of the industrial generation 4.0. It is clear that many Millennials look more energetic and always synergistic with destructive situations and conditions. Industry 4.0 generation makes the business world switch to always using advanced technology in various sectors so that technological progress is felt faster than before, and human power is starting to be replaced by machine power, robotics, and even artificial intelligence. Thus, soft skills for the millennial generation are needed to get job opportunities in conditions where the need for human labour has begun to be eliminated in their work. The purpose of this paper is to assess the soft skills competencies possessed by the millennial generation, who are always involved with technological advances in the very fast business industry world. There are eight soft skills that the millennial generation must possess, namely critical thinking, communication, analyzing, creative and innovation, leadership, adaptation, cooperation and public speaking. The method used to select soft skills competencies for job opportunities for the millennial generation is the Analytic Hierarchical Process (AHP) method in collaboration with the Promethee elimination method. The final result of the decision support for soft-skill competency selection from 23 millennial generations, who passed the selection, was 43% (10 users) with a positive score and 57% (13 users) who experienced selection failure. This failure was due to having a negative score. Thus, the collaboration of the AHP and Promethee Elimination methods can provide optimal results for decision-making support.

Abstract

To give appreciation to every employee who has been able to understand the journey of the system in a company, it is appropriate to be given appreciation in the process of changing leadership and as a form of motivation for all employees in the company as a form of promotion. The promotion process must be carried out objectively, so that a good leadership change system can be seen as a strength in the company's survival for each period. The process of changing leadership through promotions is at the forefront of running a sustainable company. With so many employees, the biggest obstacle that often becomes crucial is how to select the leadership relay holder through promotions in the company that can be carried out objectively, thus a method is needed. worthy to be used as a benchmark for selecting employees in terms of promotion. There is a method that can be used for employee selection as a form of promotion, namely the profile matching method through the assessment of the weight of the Aspects and the magnitude of the GAP value with the concept of determining the largest rank as the winner in the selection process for promoted employees. Of the six employees who are appointed as candidates for leadership candidates through promotions, they will be selected consistently with a number of criteria as a barometer of the selection process. The results obtained through the promotion of positions in the leadership change process were the first rank was elected KR02 (4.67), followed by the second rank KR01 (4.65) and the third rank KR05 (4.46). Thus, it can be said that the combination of profile matching and MCDM-AHP methods can be used to carry out the employee selection process as a form of promotion.

Abstract

Advances in SmartPhone technology in the current era, make many users have more and more considerations to have a SmartPhone because there are many criteria that must be compared. The purpose of this paper is to give careful consideration for every user to have an optimal SmartPhone. Problems that are felt by many users as users find it difficult to make choices for electronic goods in the form of this SmartPhone. Thus, a number of methods are needed that are able to give careful and intelligent consideration to the user in order to obtain the acquisition of the electronic goods in the form of the SmartPhone. In short, the method that can be used to evaluate and select SmartPhones is the Analytic Hierarchical Process (AHP) which functions as a weight determination, while the Weight Sum Model (WSM) and Weight Product (WP) act as a ranking system. This method will be used to provide an optimal comparison value for SmartPhone products with decisions that can be seen based on the priority of the WSM vector and the WP vector, then based on the average of the two methods provide decision support results. The first position is Xiaomi Mi Max with a weight of 175 and followed sequentially onwards by Asus Zenfone Max ZC550KL (174), Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime (124), Lenovo Vibe Shot (117), Asus Zenfone 2 ZE551ML (113), Xiaomi Mi 4C (108 ), Lenovo Vibe K5 Plus (101), and finally the Samsung Galaxy A3 (89). Thus the combination method between the AHP, WSM and WP methods can provide the best solution with optimal results for decision-making support for comparison evaluation and selection in the form of a SmartPhone with optimal results.

Abstract

The role of the teacher is very important for the progress of the nation which can increase the dignity of the nation. The quality of education can increase thanks to the support of teachers who have good dedication in developing the learning process, especially in curriculum development. The teacher's biggest contribution is to make students ready to become the nation's credible successors. The purpose of this study is to provide an assessment in the selection process of teachers in an objective and selective manner. Method recommendations that can be raised in this study are collaborative methods that play a role in multi-criteria selection, namely MCDM-AHP and ARAS. Both of these methods can be said to be able to implement a selective and credible selection process for teachers which is carried out through the stages of data conversion and normalization which in turn can determine decision support in the multi-criteria selection process. The results of this study provide the best solution in selecting alternatives with a multi-criteria barometer for measurements with the ARAS method. The resulting decision support for the selection process of twenty teachers resulting in the best assessment can be seen from the optimization function which is based on the maximum value default divisor basis. The results obtained from obtaining the highest utility value of the twenty alternatives, the top three values that can be drawn as support for decision making are owned by A3 with a utility weight of 0.891, followed by the two highest ratings A17 and A14 with respective weights of 0.888 and 0.884.
