Abstract

In the current state of COVID-19, many middle and lower-income businesses such as Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) have experienced a decrease in their income turnover, so that they require additional capital costs to carry on their business life. To provide additional capital loans, there are several requirements that must be met by every UMKM. Like an independent business that is carried out, whether it is permanent or only limited to domicile, then how long have they started the business they have built up to now, do they have collateral as loan guarantee, do they have a good level of business productivity during the running, seen from the report made, do you already have a lot of customers from the business you run. This is a benchmark for providing loans to UMKM. The method that can be recommended is Promethee, which is part of the Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) concept as a rating method in determining loan issues recommended by the Promethee method. The results obtained from the ranking with the Promethee method, namely that of the six selected and evaluated UMKM, the first rank was from the UMKM-3 with the highest weight value of 0.208, followed by UMKM-1 with a weight of 0.042 and followed by UMKM-5 which were still considered feasible even though they were not valuable. negative, while the other two UMKMs cannot be said to be eligible for a loan, namely UMKM-2 and UMKM-4 because they are negative.

Abstract

Seeing the rapid progress of software app. in today's destructive era, the need for software app. is very reliable for industrial progress in the era of the 4.0 generation. Especially in object-oriented software app. The main objective of this research is to measure the technical capabilities of object-based software app. and to find out the process of selecting the best number of app.software in terms of the appropriate price. Many techniques can be developed in object-based software app. such as class implementation, Inheritance, Encapsulation, Polymorphic, Constructor, Accessor, Mutator, Visibility, Overwrite and Overload. This technique is an advantage of object-based software app. Taking advantage of these advantages causes difficulty in selecting and evaluating software. Indeed, it is very difficult to evaluate software products, because they are qualitative. In order for the assessment to be objective, it requires good method collaboration, thus an objective method is needed in the assessment of the selection of a number of program app. The test was carried out with the Multi Objective Optimization by Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method collaborated with the Price-Quality Ration approach. The results obtained are the selection of object-based software app. that can be done optimally and provide efficiency in the benefits and costs incurred.

Abstract

The current millennial generation has the soft skills needed to follow the trends and technology of the industrial generation 4.0. It is clear that many Millennials look more energetic and always synergistic with destructive situations and conditions. Industry 4.0 generation makes the business world switch to always using advanced technology in various sectors so that technological progress is felt faster than before, and human power is starting to be replaced by machine power, robotics, and even artificial intelligence. Thus, soft skills for the millennial generation are needed to get job opportunities in conditions where the need for human labour has begun to be eliminated in their work. The purpose of this paper is to assess the soft skills competencies possessed by the millennial generation, who are always involved with technological advances in the very fast business industry world. There are eight soft skills that the millennial generation must possess, namely critical thinking, communication, analyzing, creative and innovation, leadership, adaptation, cooperation and public speaking. The method used to select soft skills competencies for job opportunities for the millennial generation is the Analytic Hierarchical Process (AHP) method in collaboration with the Promethee elimination method. The final result of the decision support for soft-skill competency selection from 23 millennial generations, who passed the selection, was 43% (10 users) with a positive score and 57% (13 users) who experienced selection failure. This failure was due to having a negative score. Thus, the collaboration of the AHP and Promethee Elimination methods can provide optimal results for decision-making support.

Abstract

Persaingan yang ketat dalam bidang distribusi sembako, mengharuskan CV Sinar Surya untuk mengelola pelanggan secara maksimal. Mengetahui nasabah yang loyal akan membantu perusahaan menentukan strategi pemasaran yang tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan pelanggan potensial, pelanggan yang loyal terhadap perusahaan. Pelanggan potensial ditentukan dengan segmentasi pelanggan. Model yang digunakan untuk segmentasi yaitu RFM (Recency, Frequency, and Monetary) dan teknik data mining yaitu metode clustering dengan algoritma K-Means. Software yang digunakan untuk mengolah RFM Model yaitu Microsoft Excel versi 2010 sedangkan untuk mengolah metode clustering yaitu Rapid Miner versi 9.0. Hasil dari segmentasi ini membagi pelanggan menjadi 2 cluster. Jumlah cluster terbaik ditentukan berdasarkan davies bouldin index. Cluster pertama yaitu cluster 0 terdiri dari 261 pelanggan dengan RFM Score antara 111 – 543. Cluster pertama termasuk kelompok Everyday Shopper. Cluster kedua yaitu cluster 1 terdiri dari 102 pelanggan dengan RFM Score 443 – 555. Cluster kedua termasuk kelompok Golden Customer

Abstract

Bakery is a place frequented by people as a place to buy bread to be given as a gift or food. The number of bakeries that are open in Pematangsiantar city makes consumers confused and need accurate information to decide to visit a bakery that suits their needs. Moreover, every bakery provides and offers their best products to consumers. The method used in decision making is the SMART method (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique) because SMART is a method in making multi-attribute decisions. This system can provide recommendations for bakeries that are in accordance with the expectations of consumers to be considered in choosing the right bakery, especially in pematangsiantar city where there are 5 bakeries namely: Double (A1), Aroma (A2), Francebakery (A3), Valetine ( A4) and My darling (A5). In this study there are 5 criteria that support the research objectives, namely: service (C1), texture (C2), taste (C3), price (C4) and location (C5). The research data was obtained by interviewing and giving questionnaires / questionnaires to 250 consumers. The results of the questionnaire were processed and calculated using the SMART method. Based on the results of the study, it is obtained double (A1) first rank with the final value of 0.8835, francebakery (A3) second rank with the final value of 0.5530 and my dear (A5) ranked third with the final value of 0.45. It is hoped that this research can provide input to consumers in recommending and choosing the best bakery in Pematangsiantar.

Abstract

ENHANCING USER CREATIVITY WITH MS-WORD AND CANOFILE IN THE MANAGEMENT OF MASS LETTER DOCUMENTS FOR TEENAGE TEACHERS AND SANTRI OF TPQ NURUL HUDA SUNTER MUARA, JAKARTA UTARA. The conditions that are seen today, many small agencies at this time so easily become worse because of data processing constraints that are not or have not yet adapted to technological advances resulting in very rapid setbacks, because they are unable to keep up with technological trends. even middle and upper agencies can experience the same thing that will experience a downturn. Thus the implementation of this community service provides solutions for small institutions such as TPQ Nurul Huda Sunter Muara to be able to adjust to wrestling about computer technology, especially in word and database Canofile applications. Starting from the results of the free test process, it was seen that on average many did not know it, after going through this training process with high enthusiasm and enthusiasm, participants were asked to return to fill in the instrumentation in the form of a questionnaire as a barometer post test and the results were processed using the Direct Rating Method, which is processed mathematically, by using five variables and ten indicator questions. The results obtained and processed using a combination of these two applications, given good results seen from the graphic display with an average weight is 4.61 and 76.93. Thus, through computer training activities which are bridged in the form of community service, it can be said that there is an increase in good learning outcomes, although there are still psychomotor variables that must be improved, so that these psychomotor variables require routine and continuous treatment.

Abstract

TRAINING ON MAKING PRESENTATION MATERIALS USING POWERPOINT FOR SECRETARIAT STAFF OF KEBON BAWANG VILLAGE, TANJUNG PRIOK, NORTH JAKARTA. The delivery of presentation materials is widely used in terms of material delivery activities in the form of an attractive appearance. In the alignment of the secretariat of Kebon Bawang Village, Tanjung Periuk, North Jakarta really needs a presentation application in the form of a Powerpoint to handle all forms of activities in the delivery of material to the community in Kebon Bawang Village and other activities. secretarial activities. This activity is used as a form of Higher Education Tridharma for Lecturers and Students of the Nusa Mandiri University Campus. The form of this activity is in the form of counseling by providing guidance to participants who are guided directly online by the Tutor Team via a zoom meeting regarding online Powerpoint materials for basic understanding of the material. The purpose of this training is to provide learning to the secretarial staff of the Kobon Bawang Village and to create professional users of the Powerpoint application for secretarial staff in preparing presentation materials in Kebon Bawang village environment for secretarial staff. The results of the activities that can be felt by the training participants are measured by the direct ranking method and get a total value of 59.92 with the predicate is "good" value which is carried out based on the instrumentation in the form of a pretest and posttest questionnaire for secretarial staff participants who participated in the app learning training of Powerpoint.

Abstract

Data Mining digunakan untuk ekstraksi informasi penting yang tersembunyi dari dataset yang besar. Dengan adanya pengolahan data mining maka akan didapatkan suatu dataset berupa pengetahuan di dalam kumpulan data–data yang banyak jumlahnya. Salah satu algoritma data mining yang paling cocok untuk menentukan strategi penjualan selang hydraulic yaitu dengan menggunakan algoritma apriori. PT. Cahaya Diesel  merupakan perusahaan  yang menjual berbagai macam selang industri. Dengan begitu banyaknya data transaksi yang terjadi setiap harinya, PT. Cahaya Diesel belum dikatakan tertata rapi dalam pengolahan data penjualannya. Dari penelitian menggunakan Algoritma Apriori ditemukan hasil merek Selang hydroulic yang paling banyak terjual adalah merek selang Aeroquip, Uni, Nexo Phoenix, dan Koman . Dengan Hasil Presentasi masing–masing merek selang tersebut adalah Uni dengan support 66,66% dan confidancenya 72,72% Koman dengan support 66,66% dan nilai confidance 88,88%, Aeroquip dengan nilai support 50% dan nilai confidance 100%, Nexophoniex dengan nilai support 50% dan nilai confidance 85,71%, dari presentasi nilai confidence, maka merk selang Aeroquip dan Nexo phoniex merupakan  merek selang hydroulic yang paling banyak terjual.

Abstract

Rifar Jaya is a shop engaged in the sale of various kinds of drinks. In the sales process, UD. Rifar Jaya still uses a manual and simple system where the cashier still uses paper which will cause the evidence to be lost or damaged. During the process of checking the inventory items, they are still looking for one by one whose stock is out or only a little so that it will take a long time. The purpose of designing information systems for the purchase and sales of various beverages is to simplify the process of purchase and sales transactions in processing the data. The research method used is to collect some data including the method of observation, interviews, and literature studies to find out what problems are happening at UD. Rifar Jaya. The method of system development used is the waterfall method. With the creation of this desktop-based program, UD. Rifar Jaya is expected to be assisted in processing data on items, suppliers, customers, managing purchase and sales transactions, and making reports on items, purchases, and sales to be more effective and efficient.  Keywords: Information System, Purchase, Sales   Abstrak Rifar Jaya merupakan sebuah toko yang bergerak di bidang penjualan berbagai aneka ragam minuman. Dalam proses penjualannya, UD. Rifar Jaya masih menggunakan sistem manual dan sederhana dimana kasir masih menggunakan kertas yang akan menyebabkan hilang atau rusaknya suatu bukti tersebut. Pada saat proses mengecek persediaan data barangnya juga masih mencari satu persatu stok mana yang habis atau tersisa sedikit sehingga membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Tujuan dari sistem informasi pembelian dan penjualan aneka minuman ini adalah untuk mempermudah proses transaksi pembelian dan penjualan dalam mengolah datanya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan mengumpulkan data-data meliputi metode observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka untuk mengetahui permasalahan apa saja yang terjadi pada UD. Rifar Jaya. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan yaitu metode waterfall. Dengan dibuatnya program berbasis desktop ini, pihak UD. Rifar Jaya diharapkan dapat terbantu dalam mengolah data barang, supplier, pelanggan, mengelola transaksi pembelian dan penjualan, serta membuat laporan barang, pembelian, dan penjualan agar lebih efektif dan juga efisien. Abstract

The industrial world in the era of generation 4.0 needs personnel related to human resources who can handle crucial problems, especially in terms of data digitalization. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the supporting criteria that can be used as a measure of programmer selection for the needs of the industrial world which can provide optimal decisions and pay attention to the use of multi-criteria that have different quantitative assessments such as criteria related to contradictory times in its application. The problem, in the industrial world, does not only require speed alone but requires professional staff who can transform into digital technology, digitalization technology is needed in terms of the data conversion and transferring process, so a programmer has an important role in changing favorable conditions because it requires a selection process to get the best professional from several programmers. The method that can be used in multi-criteria decision-making-analytic hierarchy process (MCDM-AHP) and elimination et choix traduisant la realite (ELECTRE) methods in the concept of elimination. This method is part of the MCDM, which uses eight criteria in the selection and evaluation process. The results obtained from several selected programmers produce several professionally selected people, and can be used as an optimal benchmark for the programmer selection and evaluation process with a long preference index stage through the elimination process, this provides evidence that the selection and evaluation process can determine decision making which is optimal for a select number of programmers that only a few have through the aggregate dominant matrices.
