Abstract

This researct location is on the Gadihu Indah – Ahuru road Ambon City 1.300 km long with the coordinates of the starting point of the research location (n 1°19’43,7” e 124°54’13,3”) and the final point of the research location (n 1°20’44,5” e 124°53’53,9”). Which is located in Batu Merah Kebun Cengkeh Village to Ahuru Village, Sirimau Ambon Distrik, Maluku Province. The road is located on a plateau which has several bends and incline and the turning radius at intersections does not comply with Road Geometric Planning Standards, so accidents often occur. The aim of this research is to analyze more deeply in the form of a review of vertical and horizontal alignments, namely inclines, descents and bends. So that you get appropriate results in planning the road.The analysis method uses the AutoCAD Civil 3D Software program, which is determinet based on Road Geometric Planning Guidelines No.20/SE/Db/2021. The data type consists of primary data and secondary data. For primary data, road condition data and topographic data (measurements) and for secondary data, planned speed data. The analysis results show that the horizontal alignment has 17 types of Full Circle (FC) bends, namely at corners 1 to 6 and continued at corners 8 to 18. Spiral Cirle Spiral (SCS) bends have 1 type of band at corner 7. Then in the alignment the vertical has 20 vertical curves, with 11 convex verticals and 9 concave verticals.

Abstract

The growth of campus population made an imbalance between the number of vehicles and the availability of parking spaces. This study aims to analyze the need for parking space for the next 5 years and examine the existing number of parking lots at the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Pattimura Ambon. The problem of the need for parking space is important because the growth of students and employees in the Faculty of Engineering greatly influences motorized vehicles and cars, but the increase in vehicle users is not matched by efficient parking lots/facilities. Therefore it is necessary to research the problem by using an analysis of parking space requirements and parking space unit. The research method used is field surveys, interviews, and academic data to collect data on the growth in the number of students, lecturers, and staff. The results of the study show that in the next 5 years, there is a projected significant increase in the number of vehicles in the Faculty of Engineering. The estimated growth in these vehicles will lead to an increase in the need for parking spaces in 2028 of 220 for motorcycles and 23 for cars, from the current number of existing parking lots. Based on the results of the analysis, it is suggested that the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Pattimura Ambon take appropriate planning and policy development actions to deal with the problem of parking space requirements in the future.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merencanakan alih trase pada ruas Jalan Laha–Hatu di Kota Ambon guna meningkatkan keselamatan dan efisiensi perjalanan akibat adanya dua tikungan tajam pada STA 2+450–2+650 dan STA 3+050–3+375 yang memperpanjang jarak tempuh serta berpotensi mengalami abrasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei topografi melalui pengukuran terestris untuk memperoleh data kontur, trase jalan, penampang memanjang (long section), dan penampang melintang (cross section), yang selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak Microsoft Excel dan Autodesk Civil 3D. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa alih trase direncanakan sepanjang 175 m pada STA 2+470–2+650 dan 257 m pada STA 3+050–3+357, disertai perencanaan bangunan pelengkap berupa buis beton berdiameter 100 cm sebagai dinding penahan untuk mengatasi abrasi. Total kebutuhan buis beton adalah 1.555 buah, dengan estimasi rencana anggaran biaya sebesar Rp920.306.000,00. Perencanaan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kenyamanan, keselamatan, dan keberlanjutan fungsi ruas jalan Laha–Hatu.
