Abstract

Tujuan – Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keaktifan dan keterampilan menulis teks deskriptif pada siswa kelas VII di MTs N 4 Sleman dengan menggunakan Media Photo Story. Metode – Metode yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) mengikuti model Kemis dan Mc Taggart, yang terdiri dari siklus perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 32 siswa kelas VII C. Data dikumpulkan melalui lembar observasi dan tes, dengan indikator keberhasilan ditetapkan pada peningkatan keaktifan dan keterampilan siswa dalam menulis teks deskriptif dengan batas minimal 75%. Hasil – Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan keaktifan siswa dari kondisi awal ke siklus I dan II. Persentase siswa dalam kategori kurang aktif turun dari 65,6% menjadi 0%, sementara kategori sangat aktif meningkat dari 0% menjadi 50%. Keterampilan dan hasil belajar siswa juga meningkat signifikan, dengan persentase siswa yang tuntas naik dari 34,4% menjadi 100%. Implikasi penelitian ini signifikan, menunjukkan bahwa integrasi Media Photo Story dalam pengajaran bahasa dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan dan keterampilan menulis siswa. Penelitian lebih lanjut direkomendasikan untuk mengeksplorasi aplikasi Media Photo Story dalam berbagai setting pendidikan.

Abstract

The implementation of the Marriage Law in Indonesia has led to a notable surge in Marriage Dispensation requests, particularly observed at the Bondowoso Religious Court. This study aims to investigate the efficacy of the Marriage Dispensation Integration System (SIDIKA) application at the Bondowoso Religious Court through empirical juridical research methods. Analyzing data from 2019 to 2022, a significant reduction in Marriage Dispensation requests post-SIDIKA implementation is evident, with cases dropping from 299 in 2019 to 718 in 2022. This suggests a successful utilization of SIDIKA in streamlining dispensation processes. The implications underscore the potential for digitalization to enhance efficiency and accessibility in legal procedures concerning marriage dispensation, offering insights for broader adoption in similar contexts globally. Highlights: The surge in Marriage Dispensation requests post-Marriage Law enactment. Drastic reduction in Dispensation requests following SIDIKA implementation. Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation strategy of the Great Parents Program in fostering positive parenting patterns and its contribution to the cultural literacy of early childhood at the Kasih Bunda Playgroup, Sambirejo Village, Madiun Regency. The study employs a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study design, involving eight program participants, facilitators, institution managers, and students as research subjects. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation, then analyzed using the interactive model by Miles, Huberman, and Saldana, which includes data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research findings indicate that the program equips parents with effective communication skills, consistent discipline practices, and appreciation for children, which encourages a shift toward more democratic and supportive parenting styles. The program also proved to instill cultural and civic values through the introduction of national symbols, folk tales, traditional games, and the practice of mutual cooperation, which were internalized in family activities. The research findings confirm that parenting programs can serve as a strategic tool in integrating positive parenting with cultural and civic literacy, while also strengthening the character and identity of young children.
