Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) untuk mengetahui prototipe pengembangan pembelajaran TIK pada mata kuliah aplikasi komputer, (2) untuk mengetahui apakah pengembangan pembelajaran berbasis TIK dapat meningkatkan efektivitas proses belajar pada mata kuliah aplikasi komputer, dan (3) untuk mengetahui apakah pengembangan pembelajaran berbasis TIK dapat meningkatkan efektivitas hasil belajar mahasiswa pada mata kuliah aplikasi komputer.Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian pengembangan yang dilaksanakan di program studi Pendidikan Fisika FKIP Unismuh Makassar. Model pengembangan pembelajaran yang digunakan adalah hasil modifikasi model pengembangan Kemp, Dick dan Carey, Thiagarajan, dan PPSI, sehingga diperoleh model pengembangan pembelajaran berbasis TIK hasil modifikasi yang terdiri dari 3 (tiga) tahap, yaitu: (1) identifikasi, (2) pengembangan, dan (3) penyebaran dan penggunaan. dari prosedur sistematis yang dilakukan diperoleh perangkat pembelajaran, yaitu: (1) SAP, (2) materi aplikasi komputer dalam bentuk buku elektronik dan modul praktek, (3) media e-learning, (4) tes pendahuluan, (5) format penilaian hasil praktek, (6) tes ujian praktek, dan (7) tes hasil belajar, sedangkan sistem pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan adalah (1) pendekatan pembelajaran yang berpusat pada mahasiswa, (2) strategi pembelajaran aktif dan individu, (3) metode pembelajaran tutorial, ceramah, diskusi, dan praktek. Analisis data hasil uji coba secara signifikan (meyakinkan) menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan pembelajaran berbasis TIK meningkatkan efektivitas proses dan hasil belajar mahasiswa.Kata kunci: Efektivitas, hasil belajar, teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, pengembanganABSTRACTThe purpose of this study were: (1) to determine the prototype development of ICT in subject teaching computer applications, (2) to determine whether the development of ICT-based learning can improve the effectiveness of the learning process in a computer application course, and (3) to determine whether the development of learning based ICT can improve the effectiveness of student learning outcomes in computer application courses. This research includes the development of research carried out at the Department of Physics Faculty of Teacher Education Unismuh Makassar. Learning development model used is a modified version development model Kemp, Dick and Carey, Thiagarajan, and ITS, in order to obtain the development of ICT-based learning models modified consists of 3 (three) phases, namely: (1) identification, (2) development and (3) deployment and usage. of systematic procedures acquired learning device, namely: (1) SAP, (2) the material of computer applications in the form of electronic books and practice modules, (3) media e-learning, (4) preliminary tests, (5) the format of the assessment results practice, (6) test practice exams, and (7) achievement test, while the learning system is implemented are (1) approach to student-centered learning, (2) active learning strategies and individual, (3) methods of learning tutorials, lectures , discussion, and practice. Analysis of data from trials significantly (convincing) suggests that the development of ICT-based learning process and improve the effectiveness of student learning outcomes.Keywords: Effectiveness, learning outcomes, information technology and communications, development

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil analisis capaian pembelajaran mahasiswa pada mata kuliah aplikasi komputer sesuai hasil revitalisasi kurikulum, ditemukan ketidaksesuaian materi ajar serta tugas-tugas yang harus diselesaikan oleh mahasiswa sesuai dengan sitematika yang dituliskan dalam RPS. Terlihat pula hasil evaluasi pembelajaran yang belum maksimal, proses pembelajaran yang tidak interaktif, serta tidak terlihat kreativitas mahasiswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Pembelajaran sebagai sebuah proses pendidikan selalu mengupayakan terciptanya pembelajaran yang bersifat interaktif, holistik, integratif, saintifik, kontekstual, tematik, efektif, kolaboratif, dan berpusat pada mahasiswa. Salah satu upaya mewujudkan hal tersebut adalah memberikan kesempatan belajar mandiri dengan tugas terstruktur. Dari hasil analisis data penelitian, ditunjukkan bahwa pada saat diterapkan metode pembelajaran pertama, yaitu pembelajaran yang diawali dengan pemberian kajian teoritis dalam bentuk tatap muka, kemudian pemberian tugas terstruktur, mahasiswa melaksanakan pembelajaran mandiri, mengerjakan tugas, melakukan kegiatan praktik pada pertemuan selanjutnya, dan diakhiri dengan kajian teori untuk pertemuan selanjutnya. Adapun perlakuan berbeda dilakukan dengan menerapkan metode pembelajaran kedua, yaitu mengawali pembelajaran dengan pemberian kajian teoritis, melakukan kegiatan praktik, pemberian tugas, belajar mandiri, dan mengerjakan tugas. Perbedaan penerapan metode pembelajaran tersebut memperlihatkan perbedaan perolehan skor rata-rata, dimana mahasiswa yang melaksanakan metode pembelajaran pertama memperoleh skor rata-rata sebesar 70,15 dan mahasiswa yang melaksanakan metode pembelajaran kedua memperoleh skor rata-rata sebesar 60,05. Penelitian ini menghasilkan luaran berupa prototipe metode pembelajaran tugas terstruktur yang menjamin terlaksananya pembelajaran efektif dan efisien dalam kelas, baik pada saat mahasiswa melaksanakan pembelajaran secara mandiri maupun berkelompok yang dapat menjadi tolok ukur capaian pembelajaran yang telah ditetapkan sesuai dengan RPS.

Abstract

Learning and teaching practices in various tertiary institutions (PT) remain in didactic pedagogy, perpetuating teacher-centered learning methods, thus failing to take advantage of technological developments. This research aims to develop a pedagogical approach to learning design to develop learners' self-determined learning skills through a blended learning scheme. This type of research is development research. The model used in developing the Heutagogi approach learning design is the 4D development model. The subjects of this research are learning design experts, learning media experts, and learning device experts. The subjects of this trial were all 60 students. The methods used to collect data are questionnaires and test questions. The instruments used in collecting were questionnaire sheets and test questions. Techniques for analyzing data are qualitative, quantitative, and inferential statistical descriptive analysis. The research results are as follows: First, the learning design and learning support tools for developing self-determined learning skills are valid and reliable. Secondly, there are differences in the effectiveness of learning designs for self-determined learning strategies (Heutagogi). Third, there is a correlation between the value of self-determined learning skills and course learning outcomes (CPMK). It was concluded that the Heutagogi approach learning design is suitable for use in learning and improves student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Stunting adalah masalah serius yang perlu penanganan khusus karena dapat mempengaruhi pertumbuhan anak balita akibat kurang gizi. Kuliah Kerja Nyata di Desa Krisik selain pengabdian kepada masyarakat juga membawa misi untuk mengatasi stunting yang masih jadi tantangan. Metode: Pengabdian masyarakat oleh tim Tematik Fakultas Teknik Universitas Muhammadiyah Ponorogo menciptakan website untuk mendeteksi stunting menggunakan algoritma K-Nearest Neighbor. Algoritma ini mengklasifikasikan status gizi berdasarkan data antropometri. Prosesnya termasuk pengumpulan data, analisis menggunakan KDD dan pengembangan website. Hasil: Hasil kegiatan ini adalah sebuah website informasi deteksi stunting di desa krisik yang dapat menampilkan data stunting, artikel yang berupa foto dan informasi, layanan konsultasi dan cek gizi yang ditampilkan untuk masyarakat luas. Kesimpulan: Algoritma KNN mencapai akurasi 99,90% dalam memprediksi status gizi balita. Website ini membantu tenaga medis dan masyarakat mendeteksi risiko stunting secara dini dan memberikan informasi edukatif. Semoga sistem ini meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat dan mengurangi stunting di Desa Krisik

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has transformed the way people live, including how they communicate and interact socially. Social media has become one of the main platforms for individuals, including students at Islamic boarding schools (santri), to communicate and access information. However, not all social media users possess adequate digital literacy, making them vulnerable to the spread of misinformation (hoaxes) and negative behaviors. Therefore, improving digital literacy and understanding social media ethics is crucial, especially for santri in pesantren. The program "Enhancing Digital Literacy and Social Media Ethics for Santri at Dayah Darul Muta’alimin" aims to equip santri with the knowledge and skills needed to use digital technology wisely and responsibly. Through interactive lectures, group discussions, case studies, and practical content creation, this program successfully improved the santri’s understanding of the importance of digital literacy and ethics in social media. The evaluation showed significant improvements in the santri’s attitudes toward social media ethics, as well as their ability to create beneficial content in alignment with Islamic values. The outcomes of this program contribute positively to the development of santri who are digitally literate and responsible in using social media as a platform for da’wah and social interaction.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the efforts of character development and religious moderation through a coaching program for teachers and students at Dayah Darussa’adah, located in Gampong Lhok Panjoe, Darul Ihsan Subdistrict, East Aceh Regency. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, with data collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation review. The findings indicate that the program effectively instills core character values such as honesty, responsibility, discipline, as well as tolerance, non-violence, and patriotism as components of religious moderation. Teachers play an active role as facilitators and agents of change, while students show a positive response by internalizing these values in their daily lives. This study highlights the significant role of dayah (Islamic boarding schools) in shaping a generation with noble character and a moderate religious perspective, which is essential in the context of national and societal harmony.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of company size, industry type, and the intensity of research and development on intellectual capital disclosure. This research uses secondary data in conducting analysis. The dependent variables are intellectual capital and independent variables, namely company size, industry type, research and development intensity. The population of this research is companies that are included in Kompas100 index on the IDX in 2018. The sample used in this study is 100 samples. Testing the hypothesis of this study using multiple linear regression test. The results showed that: 1) firm size had an effect on intellectual capital disclosure, 2) the type of industry had no effect on intellectual capital disclosure, 3) the intensity of research and development had no effect on intellectual capital disclosure.

Abstract

Among the advantages of being a civil servant (PNS) is that the government guarantees that it will provide a monthly salary after the PNS retires. This salary is known as the PNS pension salary. In fact, when the retired employee dies, the pension salary can be transferred to his/her spouse if he/she is still alive, if he/she has died, it can be transferred to his/her child with the provisions stated in the Law. Then the question arises, is it right from a fiqh perspective if the distribution of the pension salary is transferred to certain people according to the Law, or does the pension salary become an inheritance that is divided based on Islamic inheritance law? This study aims to answer this question from the perspective of the Syafi'i school of thought, considering that this school of thought is the school of thought adopted by the majority of the Indonesian people. The method applied in this study is a qualitative method, with a descriptive approach. In collecting data, the author used library research techniques and interviews with some employees who work at PT. Taspen. PT Taspen is a business entity that manages PNS pension funds. The results of this study are that the salary of retired civil servants is not included in the inheritance, and those who are entitled to receive the salary after the death of the retired civil servant are the people listed in the Law that regulates the pension salary, in the order stated therein.

Abstract

The development and transmission of learning today is needed to expand knowledge so that it can be easily obtained as well as online learning based on E-learning. This is useful so that interactions and learning are given to students by lecturers are easier. In the study entitled Development and implementation of online learning based on e- learning in Siyasah Departement of Faculty of Syariah dan Law UIN SU will be conducted to find out how the development of learning, strategies and supporting factors as well as inhibitors of the development of e-learning in Siyasah Departement of Faculty of Syariah dan Law UIN SU. The data collection technique is carried out by Observation, Interview, Document and Literature Study and the subject of this research are students and lecturers of Siyasah Departement of Faculty of Syariah dan Law UIN SU as much as 10% of the total number of students randomly. Consequently, only a limited number of professors have adopted e-learning within the Department of Sharia and Law at UIN SU, and overall, the implementation of an online learning-based e-learning system among lecturers is sparse. This study seeks to examine the facilitating and obstructive aspects in the advancement of e-learning.

Abstract

Rencana anggaran biaya merupakan perhitungan biaya bangunan berdasarkan gambar bangunan dan spesifikasi pekerjaan konstruksi yang akan di bangun, sehingga dengan adanya RAB dapat dijadikan sebagai acuan pelaksanaan pekerjaan. Pembangunan pemeliharaan gedung docking pelabuhan perikanan Tambakrejo berlokasi di IPPP Tambakrejo Kabupaten Blitar. Perencanaan anggaran biaya dan waktu pelaksanaan proyek adalah langkah penting yang perlu dilakukan agar tujuan proyek dapat tercapai dengan optimal. Penerapan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) dalam konstruksi gedung docking pelabuhan Tambakrejo berperan krusial dalam meningkatkan keamanan dan ketahanan infrastruktur. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui rencana anggaran biaya (RAB), waktu pelaksanaan serta keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) pada pembangunan pemeliharaan gedung docking pelabuhan perikanan Tambakrejo. Perhitungan Rencana Anggaran Biaya pada proyek akhir ini mengacu pada AHSP Kota Malang tahun 2023. Hasil penelitian didapati bahwa: (a) Rencana anggaran biaya (RAB) proyek pembangunan pemeliharaan gedung docking pelabuhan perikanan Tambakrejo sebesar Rp. 2.148.962.873,58 (inc. PPN 11%). (b) Durasi pekerjaan yang diperlukan dalam proyek, mulai dari tahap persiapan hingga penyelesaian selama 90 hari kalender dengan durasi 1 minggu sama dengan 7 hari kerja. (c) Peralatan dan penunjang keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) meliputi sepatu safety, rompi, helm proyek, safety harness, sarung tangan, kacamata, masker, pagar pengaman, tabung pemadam kebakaran, barikade, dan jaring pengaman.
