Abstract

The research aims to examine the effect of interaction of cow rumen compost with NPK fertilizer and get the best treatment combination in increasing the growth and yield of red chili pepper (Capsicum annuum L.). The research was conducted at Experimental Garden of Faculty of Agriculture Universitas Riau from September 2018 to January 2019.The research was done in a completely randomized design (CRD) factorial and repeated three times. The first treatment was cow rumen compost that consist of 3 levels that are 10 ton.ha-1, 15 ton.ha-1 and 20 ton.ha-1. The second factor was NPK fertilizer that consist of 3 levels that are 600 kg.ha-1, 900 kg.ha-1 and 1200 kg.ha-1. The observation parameters were plant height, dichotomous height, stem diameter, age of flowering, age of the harvest crop, fruit length, fruit diameter, number of fruits per plant and fruit weight per m2. The research data were  analyzed using analysis of varriance (ANOVA) and followed by duncan’s new multiple range test (DNMRT) at level 5%. The result of the research showed that the treatment of cow rumen compost10 ton.ha-1 and NPK fertilizer 900 kg.ha-1 gave better result on parameter of stem diameter, fruit length, fruit diameter, number of fruits per plant and fruit weight per m2.Keywords:cow rumen compost, NPK fertilizer, growth, red chili, yield

Abstract

perubahan dalam kehidupan manusia dalam bertehnologi, salah satunya dengan melakukan aktifitas didunia maya yaitu dengan banyaknya online shop yang berkembang pesat. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan ulasan produk terhadap keputusan pembelian produk pada aplikasi shopee mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi semester V universitas nurul huda. Penelitian ini terdiri Perkembangan tehnologi informasi yang sangat pesat membuat dari 3 variabel yaitu variabel independen bebas (X1) adalah kualitas produk, (X2) ulasan produk dan variabel dependen terikat (Y) adalah keputusan pembelian. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Desain penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah desain kausalitas, yang dibentuk guna melihat terjadinya interelasi sebab akibat antar variabel yang dipilih. Tehnik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan angket dengan jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 50 mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi semester 5 universitas nurul huda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: kualitas produk dan ulasan produk berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian produk. Berdasarkan uji linieritas kualitas produk dan ulasan produk terhadap keputusan pembelian produk pada aplikasi shopee pada output Anova Table, diketahui nilai sig deviation from linearity 0,748 > 0,05 maka Ha diterima, yang artinya terdapat pengaruh kualitas produk dan ulasan produk terhadap keputusan pembelian pada aplikasi shopee mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi

Abstract

Background: Exclusive breastfeeding coverage in Deli Serdang Regency remains low, partly due to a lack of knowledge, limited time for working mothers, and the minimal role of health workers in providing education. Objective: To implement educational and mentoring activities for mothers with infants aged 0–12 months to increase their understanding and motivation for exclusive breastfeeding. Methods: The community service activity was conducted at the Nurlela Pre-Breastfeeding Center (PMB) in Lubuk Pakam District in May 2024. The target group was 30 mothers who were not exclusively breastfeeding. Implementation methods included counseling, interactive discussions, demonstrations of correct breastfeeding techniques, and individual counseling. Results: The activity received a positive response; there was a 53.3% increase in maternal knowledge (measured by pre- and post-tests). Some mothers who had previously been formula-feeding committed to exclusively breastfeeding their next baby. Conclusion: Education and mentoring at PMB effectively increased maternal knowledge and motivation for exclusive breastfeeding. It is recommended that these activities be conducted regularly and supported by local health workers.

Abstract

In the housing industry, data mining plays an important role in assisting the home loan application process by extracting knowledge from historical data, this process allows lenders to identify potentially high-risk home loan applicants and decide whether to approve or reject the loan application. Data mining helps in effective marketing strategies. By optimizing this process, response time to home loan applications can be accelerated, operational efficiency increased, and credit risk can be better managed. In the practice of providing KPR (Home Ownership Credit) to prospective consumers, there are possible problems that will occur like most other people, namely late installment payments or defaulted payments so that it will make it difficult for the bank to maintain the level of credit risk on the credit provided, this is because Mitra Griya Indah Housing has not paid much attention to data regarding the history of credit granting decisions, in other words, it has not maximally utilized data on previous credit granting decisions in supporting credit granting decisions. To solve this problem, the researcher designed a calculation information system. In this case the author uses the waterfall method in the research process. For system design, the author uses the PHP programming language with a database format using MySql. Finally, with this information system, it can facilitate the decision-making process for prospective customers of Home Ownership Credit.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan konformitas siswa kelas X SMA Swasta PAB 8 Saentis. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kualitatif dengan metode penelitian tindakan bimbingan dan konseling. Objek dalam penelitian adalah siswa kelas X IPA yang berjumlah 8 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan wawancara dengan teknik analisis data berupa pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Sebelum diterapkan layanan bimbingan kelompok, siswa cenderung mengikuti bagaimana penampilan orang lain yang dianggap keren tanpa melihat diri bahwa mereka masih sekolah. Siswa tidak memperhatikan norma yang berlaku di sekolah sehingga mereka menjadi tidak taat dan melanggar semua kesepakatan yang telah disepakati ketika masuk ke sekolah ini. Awalnya konformitas kelompok ini mengarah pada hal negatif dengan jumlah anggota 8 orang dengan perilaku diantaranya mengeluarkan pakaian, tidak memakai simbol, tidak memakai dasi dan tidak memotong rambut sehingga terlihat tidak rapi. Setelah diterapkan layanan pertama siswa sudah mulai berfikir untuk merubah penampilan mereka dan berusaha meningkatkan konformitas kelompoknya kearah yang positif. Setelah diterapkan layanan kedua siswa yang awalnya memiliki konformitas kelompok kearah yang negatif meningkat menjadi positif dengan mereka mentaati peraturan dan kesepakatan dengan sekolah. Berpenampilan rapi, memasukkan pakaian, memakai dasi, serta memotong rambut menjadi rapi dan enak dilihat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Penerapan Layanan Bimbingan Kelompok dapat Meningkatkan Konformitas Siswa di Kelas X SMA Swasta PAB 8 Saentis Tahun Pembelajaran 2020/2021.
