Abstract

Stunting adalah  kondisi gagal tumbuh pada anak balita akibat kekurangan gizi kronis terutama pada 1.000 Hari Pertama Kehidupan (HPK). Penyampaian informasi pada masyarakat menjadi penting, mengingat  RPJMN 2020-2024 penekanan angka stunting ditargetkan menjadi 19% pada 2024 dari 27.7 % data riset nasional tahun 2019. Salah satu upaya untuk membantu turunnya angka stunting adalah dengan pemberian edukasi melalui berbagai media komunikasi. Metode yang digunakan yaitu dengan membuat video penyuluhan oleh mahasiswa S1 Gizi sebagai komunikator dan di unggah di Youtube. Pesan yang disampaikan adalah informasi tentang stunting, komunikan (responden) adalah mahasiswa dari program studi non kesehatan. Umpan balik diperoleh melalui pengisian kuesioner sebelum dan sesudah menonton video  yang disebarkan melalui Whattapps. Data dianalisis untuk mengetahui perbedaan  pemahaman sebelum dan sesudah menonton video penyuluhan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji paired sample t-test. Responden yaitu mahasiswa prodi non kesehatan  Universitas MH. Thamrin Jakarta dan Universitas Singa Perbangsa Karawang. Hasil penyuluhan memperlihatkan ada perbedaan signifikan pemahaman responden dan kenaikan nilai test sebelum dan sesudah menonton video penyuluhan.  Penyuluhan menggunakan video yang di unggah di Youtube dapat digunakan sebagai media dalam penyampaian pesan tentang stunting. Untuk selanjutnya diharapkan bisa dikembangkan video dan kuesioner yang lebih menarik dan lebih komunikatif, serta lebih melibatkan mahasiswa dalam kegiatannya.Kata Kunci: Stunting, Penyuluhan, Media Komunikasi.

Abstract

Adolescent girls are a group that is vulnerable to experiencing nutritional problems such as anemia, which is characterized by hemoglobin levels in the blood that are lower than normal. Factors that support compliance with the consumption of blood supplement tablets in adolescent girls include perception, knowledge, motivation, attitudes, and family and teacher support regarding anemia and blood supplement tablets administration. This research aims to determine the relationship between the knowledge and characteristics of parents on parental support in implementing the blood supplement tablets program for adolescent girls. This research used a cross-sectional design located at MAN 3 Jakarta with 96 parents of adolescent girls as respondents. Data were analyzed using the Chi-Square test. The results showed that there was a relationship between the father's occupation and parental support (p=0.005), the father's income and parental support (p=0.000), the father's education and parental support (p=0.006), the mother's education and parental support (p=0.000), and parental knowledge with parental support (p=0.001). Thus, the father's occupation, the father's income, the father's education, the mother's education, and parental knowledge are factors related to parental support for the blood supplement tablets program for adolescent girls

Abstract

Nutritional status as an adult can be determined by eating patterns during adolescence. One of the factors that influence eating patterns is nutritional knowledge and snack habits, because at that age, teenagers spend a lot of time at school. Snacking habits in adolescents that are high in calories can lead to overweight and obesity. Health Education important to students for prevent disases case by poor nutrition/overweight. This study aims to determine the relationship between nutritional knowledge and eating habits in adolescents at Senior High School (SMA) Budhi Warman 1 in 2022. The design of the study used a cross-sectional study with 184 respondents aged 15-17 years. The data collection technique used was simple random sampling with instruments in the form of self-data questionnaires and snack habits. The data analysis used was univariate and bivariate with the chi-square test. There are 71.2% of female adolescents and 28.8% of male adolescents. The results of the analysis show that there is a relationship between the frequency of snacks (p value 0.003), the reason for the snacks (p value 0.002), the type of snack food (p value 0.002) and the drink of snacks (p value 0.011) with gender. Nutrition education, especially regarding choosing healthy snacks, must still be given to adolescents so that students can choose snacks that are good for nutrition and health.

Abstract

Di seluruh dunia, saat ini Penyakit Ginjal Kronik (PGK) masih menjadi salah satu penyakit penyebab kematian tertinggi, termasuk di Indonesia. Penyakit ginjal kronik adalah terjadinya malfungsi ginjal yang bersifat irreversible dan tidak dapat dikembalikan kondisinya seperti semula. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor yang berhubungan dengan kepatuhan diet pada pasien gagal ginjal kronis yang menjalani hemodialisa di Rumah Sakit Meilia Tahun 2024. Metode pada penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dan menggunakan desain penelitian cross sectional. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasien rawat jalan unit hemodialisa di Rumah Sakit Meilia tahun 2024. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 83 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel total sampling. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuesioner data karakteristik responden,kuesioner kepatuhan diet, kuesioner pengetahuan dan kuesioner dukungan keluarga. Analisis yang digunakan adalah uji chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 73 orang pasien (88%) patuh terhadap diet. Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara jenis kelamin (p-value = 0,019), pekerjaan (p-value = 0,026), tingkat pengetahuan (p-value = 0,001), dukungan keluarga (p-value = 0,000) dan lamanya menjalani hemodialisa (p-value = 0,000) dengan kepatuhan diet. Tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan usia dengan kepatuhan diet. Disarankan bagi pasien untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, mematuhi diet dan keluarga diharapkan selalu memberikan dukungan dan perhatian kepada pasien hemodialisa.   Kata Kunci: Penyakit Ginjal Kronik (PGK), Kepatuhan Diet, Pasien Hemodialisa     Abstract   Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) remains one of the leading causes of death worldwide, including in Indonesia. Chronic kidney disease is a condition in which kidney function deteriorates irreversibly and cannot return to its normal state. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with dietary compliance among patients with chronic kidney failure undergoing hemodialysis at Meilia Hospital in 2024. This study used a quantitative method with a cross-sectional research design. The population consisted of all outpatients in the hemodialysis unit at Meilia Hospital in 2024. A total of 83 respondents were included using a total sampling technique. Research instruments included a respondent characteristics questionnaire, a dietary compliance questionnaire, a knowledge questionnaire, and a family support questionnaire. The data were analyzed using the chi-square test. The results showed that 73 patients (88%) were compliant with their diet. There were significant associations between dietary compliance and gender (p-value = 0.019), occupation (p-value = 0.026), level of knowledge (p-value = 0.001), family support (p-value = 0.000), and the length of time undergoing hemodialysis (p-value = 0.000). No significant association was found between age and dietary compliance. It is recommended that patients increase their knowledge and adhere to dietary guidelines, and that families consistently provide support and attention to hemodialysis patients.
