Abstract

A database-based information system is a supporting application program for a university to make it easier to provide information services for users and accelerate the implementation of tasks or jobs effectively and efficiently. Cooperation is one of the main keys to success for a university; this is related to the existence of points in the accreditation assessment, namely the number of collaborations carried out by universities with related parties. The existence of an information system that manages documents and archives related to cooperation can make it easier for users to access and retrieve data for decision-making. This information system also provides access as needed to leaders, campus management, and stakeholders related to data and information managed by the Public Relations Section of Stikes Bhakti Husada Mulia Madiun. This research produces an information system that can be accessed easily by related parties who need the document in the form of archived data in a web-based application. Access to the application is required and is a basis for role permissions so that users who enter using this application can be controlled so that data security is more guaranteed.

Abstract

Abstract

One form of ICT utilization in the health sector is a digital-based health application. Health applications are included in the National Health System (SKN). Posyandu is a form of health service effort that is managed by, for and from the community with the aim of facilitating access to basic health services for mothers and children. Posyandu Taman Salak is one of the health facilities available in Madiun City. The process of recording and processing data on all Posyandu Taman Salak activities is still done by handwriting in a report book. This causes cadres to have difficulty monitoring children's growth and development and are overwhelmed in preparing reports to the integrated health post supervisors. Based on the description of the problems at the Taman Salak Posyandu, it is necessary to develop a Posyandu medical record system to make it easier for Posyandu cadres to process Posyandu data, monitor child growth and development and make reports. The purpose of this study is to design and build a Posyandu Taman Salak medical record system using the Waterfall system development modeling. The design stages use DFD and ERD. The system has been completed based on the website and has conducted functional system testing with the result that all system functions can be run

Abstract

Software testing is needed to find errors so that it can be ensured that the system works as expected. A software test that is not implemented seriously will have an adverse impact and cause various problems when used by end users. The learning process for STIKES Bhakti Husada Mulia Madiun medical record students includes practicum activities where students practice using the medical record system (SimRS) provided in the laboratory. SimRS was created to fulfill its function as a medium for student practical learning. However, in the process of implementing SimRS it is still unknown whether the system used is in accordance with students' practicum needs or not. Testing in this research uses User Acceptance Testing, namely testing 3 aspects consisting of software engineering test aspects, system functional tests, system visual tests by distributing questionnaires to 30 student respondents. Tabulated results of questionnaire calculations using the approach from Aydin & Tasci. The tabulation results show that for tests related to software engineering (RPL) the average score is 4.36, which means ready to go ahead or ready to continue. For tests related to system functionality, the average score is 4.40, which means ready go ahead or ready to continue. For tests related to the visual system, the average score was 4.35, which means ready to go ahead or ready to continue.
