Abstract

Remaja tergolong sebagai generasi digital dan menjadi kunci keberhasilan atau kegagalan negara di masa depan termasuk Indonesia. Generasi digital yang kehidupannya selalu berdampingan dengan teknologi, mereka banyak menghabiskan waktu untuk berselancar di dunia maya. Akibatnya perilaku mereka bertentangan dengan nilai dan karakter bangsa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu merancang, menguji coba dan mengevaluasi Sumber belajar interaktif pengembangan karakter untuk generasi digital menggunakan Android. Pendekatan Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) digunakan untuk membangun aplikasi ini. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa diperoleh dari penilaian guru ditinjau dari aspek pembelajaran, aspek media dan aspek desain, menunjukkan skor 83,33% yang menunjukkan kriteria sangat setuju dan layak untuk digunakan sesuai revisi. Sedangkan dari peserta didik yang berjumlah 16 responden menunjukkan skor rata-rata 83,98% yang menunjukkan kriteria sangat setuju. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran bersifat interaktif pendidikan karakter bagi generasi digital berbasis android yang dikembangkan layak dan efektif. Media dapat meningkatkan minat terhadap pendidikan karakter yang sebenarnya.

Abstract

Siswa slow learners memiliki hambatan dalam pembelajaran di sekolah inklusi sehingga membutuhkan bantuan guru pendamping khusus (GPK). Guru pendamping khusus (GPK) di Kabupaten Magetan mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami hambatan, penanganan serta strategi pembelajaran bagi siswa slow learners. Tujuan tim Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) Universitas PGRI Madiun yaitu melakukan pendampingan bagi Guru Pendamping Khusus (GPK) dalam menangani hambatan dan strategi pembelajaran siswa slow learnes di sekolah inklusi. Sasaran dari PKM ini adalah 56 guru pendamping khusus. Tahapan yang dilakukan pada PKM ini adalah 1) Pembukaan, 2) Sambutan kepala Dinas, 3) Doa, 4) Penyampainan materi, 5) Penutup, 6) Evaluasi tingkat pemahaman Guru Pendamping Khusus (GPK) mengenai materi. Metode evaluasi yang dilakukan adalah dengan mengisi kuesioner melalui google form sejumlah 10 pertanyaan. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan diskusi dan tanya jawab secara interaksif. Guru pendamping khusus (GPK) antusias menceritakan kondisi siswa slow learners di sekolah masing-masing. Hasil dari PKM ini adalah adanya peningkatan pemahaman guru mengenai hambatan, penanganan serta strategi pembelajaran bagi siswa slow learners dengan jumlah persentase kriteria kurang baik 13%, kriteria baik 23% dan kriteria sangat baik 64%.

Abstract

Software testing is needed to find errors so that it can be ensured that the system works as expected. A software test that is not implemented seriously will have an adverse impact and cause various problems when used by end users. The learning process for STIKES Bhakti Husada Mulia Madiun medical record students includes practicum activities where students practice using the medical record system (SimRS) provided in the laboratory. SimRS was created to fulfill its function as a medium for student practical learning. However, in the process of implementing SimRS it is still unknown whether the system used is in accordance with students' practicum needs or not. Testing in this research uses User Acceptance Testing, namely testing 3 aspects consisting of software engineering test aspects, system functional tests, system visual tests by distributing questionnaires to 30 student respondents. Tabulated results of questionnaire calculations using the approach from Aydin & Tasci. The tabulation results show that for tests related to software engineering (RPL) the average score is 4.36, which means ready to go ahead or ready to continue. For tests related to system functionality, the average score is 4.40, which means ready go ahead or ready to continue. For tests related to the visual system, the average score was 4.35, which means ready to go ahead or ready to continue.

Abstract

Proses pendaftaran magang secara manual di CV Amins Project Teknologi Indonesia menghadapi berbagai kendala, seperti efisiensi waktu yang rendah, risiko kehilangan data, dan kesulitan pengelolaan informasi peserta. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan Sistem Informasi Pendaftaran Magang berbasis web. Sistem ini dikembangkan menggunakan metode Waterfall, meliputi analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, implementasi menggunakan framework CodeIgniter 4 berbasis PHP, dan pengujian black-box untuk memastikan kualitas sistem. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini mampu menyediakan fitur-fitur komprehensif, termasuk pendaftaran daring, login multi-user, manajemen data peserta, pengiriman surat balasan, dan pencetakan sertifikat magang dengan QR Code untuk validasi keaslian. Berdasarkan pengujian black-box, seluruh 17 fungsi utama sistem dinyatakan valid 100%, memastikan sistem berfungsi sesuai spesifikasi. Sistem ini terbukti meningkatkan efisiensi waktu, akurasi data, dan kemudahan akses bagi peserta dan admin, memberikan solusi digital yang modern, efisien, dan terintegrasi untuk mendukung operasional CV Amins Project Teknologi Indonesia.

Abstract

Tenaga kependidikan merupakan barisan terdepan pelayanan administrasi yang dituntut mampu beradaptasi dengan cepat terhadap perubahan di lingkungan kerja. Secara rutin Universitas PGRI Madiun melaksanakan kegiatan mutasi, rotasi dan pensiun terhadap tenaga kependidikan. Hal ini berdampak pada banyaknya pengetahuan yang hilang karena dibawa oleh tenaga kependidikan yang dipindah atau sudah pensiun. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisa perancangan Knowledge Management System berbasis web untuk mengolah data pengetahuan tenaga kependidikan di Fakultas Teknik Universitas PGRI Madiun. Metodologi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini merujuk pada kerangka kerja 10-Step Knowledge Management  Roadmap milik Amrit Tiwana.  Metode perancangan sistem menggunakan pendekatan berorientasi objek dengan tools UML (Unified Modelling Languange). Untuk pengujian kebutuhan fungsioanl sistem menggunakan metode FGD dengan responden tenaga kependidikan fakultas teknik.  Penelitian ini menghasilkan dokumen  rancangan aplikasi KMS yang dapat memberikan rekomendasi bagi lembaga untuk membangun aplikasi KMS di masa depan. AbstractEducational staff are at the forefront of the administration which is demanded to be able to quickly change in the work environment. The PGRI Madiun University routinely carries out mutation, rotation and retirement activities for educational staff. This has an impact on the amount of knowledge lost because it is carried by the transferred or retired teaching staff. This study aims to analyze the design of a web-based Knowledge Management System to process the knowledge of educational staff in the Faculty of Engineering, University of PGRI Madiun. The methodology used in this study refers to Amrit Tiwana's 10-Step Knowledge Management Roadmap. The system design method uses object-oriented approach with UML (Unified Modeling Language) tools.  To test the system functional requirements requirements using FGD method with engineering faculty respondent. This research produces a KMS application design document that can provide recommendations for institutions to build KMS applications in the future.

Abstract

The creation or development of a system must go through a testing phase with the aim that before the system is implemented by the user, bugs or errors can be detected at the start. The PGRI Madiun University Asset Inventory and Documentation Unit (UIAD) is currently building and developing an information system for managing inventory, asset and document data. So far, data management still uses manual recording on paper forms. This creates a problem of inconsistency between data in the field and data in the unit. To improve the quality of the UIAD information system so that it is more optimal, it is necessary to carry out basic testing with smoke testing to ensure that the basic features function properly.  The aim of this research is to test the basic functionalities of the UIAD information system with smoke testing to provide recommendations for improvements in order to improve the quality of the UIAD information system. Testing is carried out manually with 3 types of test cases, namely login test case, master test case and asset test case. The test results show that the login test case passed 100%, the master test case passed 100%, and the asset test case passed 80%. Based on the test results, it is very important to carry out smoke testing on the basic functions of the system before the system is used so that bugs or errors can be found so that corrective action can be taken more quickly.

Abstract

Villages are the starting point for national development to improve the quality of life of the community. Advances in information technology can have a positive impact on villages, one of which is helping improve the quality of life of village communities through access to website information. Bancong Village is a village located in the Wonoasri District, Madiun Regency. Over time, Bancong Village has established an Instagram social media account as a means of informing about the village's potential and promoting it. However, social media usage is not optimal due to infrequent postings and a lack of information related to the potential of each hamlet. Bancong Village does not yet have a website that serves as an information platform and accommodates all hamlet information from Bancong Village. The solution offered in this community service activity is the creation and training of a village website. The activity method is implemented through three stages: an introduction consisting of a survey and interviews, then the implementation of website creation and training, and the final stage is evaluation. The evaluation stage found that 80% of training participants were able to operate the village website features independently.

Abstract

Manajemen risiko merupakan aspek penting dalam menjaga keberlanjutan operasional teknologi informasi dan mendukung daya saing organisasi. Universitas PGRI Madiun memiliki Sistem Informasi Magang yang berpotensi menghadapi berbagai risiko yang dapat mengganggu kinerja layanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis risiko pada Sistem Informasi Magang menggunakan kerangka kerja ISO 31000. Metode yang digunakan meliputi empat tahapan utama, yaitu identifikasi risiko, analisis risiko, evaluasi risiko, dan perlakuan risiko. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 19 risiko yang teridentifikasi, terdiri atas 2 risiko tinggi (high risk), 15 risiko sedang (medium risk), dan 2 risiko rendah (low risk). Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, disusun rekomendasi perlakuan risiko (risk treatment) sebagai langkah mitigasi bagi Biro Magang dan Praktik Lapangan (BMPL). Implementasi rekomendasi tersebut diharapkan mampu mengurangi kemungkinan terjadinya risiko serta meningkatkan keamanan, kestabilan, dan keberlangsungan layanan Sistem Informasi Magang secara lebih efektif dan terarah.
