Abstract

PT.IMC Tekno Indonesia is a Japanese company engaged in the manufacture of precision plastic components that was established in 1996. Produces supply plastic injection molding components as external products and precision mechanism parts, especially for machine parts. During the year 2019-2020 the performance of the employees of PT. IMC Tekno Indonesia in the office section experienced a decrease in performance, and was not in accordance with the results set by the company in terms of the average aspect of performance appraisal in general. There are various problems in the company that are a concern, namely there are still various employees who are imperfect in doing their jobs, then there is dissatisfaction in their job positions, work skills, and knowledge that not all have broad insight and decreased productivity in completing the desired target. by the company this is due to a lack of discipline in the completion of tasks so that the work is delayed. With the pending work, it can automatically hamper work operations and this results in a decrease in the employee's performance in the eyes of management. This study aims to determine the effect of communication, work skills, knowledge and emotional intelligence on employee performance at PT. IMC Tekno Indonesia. The sampling method used was simple random sampling and the determination of the number of samples in this study using the Arikunto theory resulted in 40 respondents, the data used were primary data with a questionnaire technique, hypothesis testing was carried out with multiple linear regression analysis techniques using a two-tailed test. with the SmartPLS 3.0 2021 application. The results show that Emotional Intelligence has a significant positive effect on employee performance in the office section at PT. IMC Tekno Indonesia while for the variables of communication, work skills and knowledge have no negative and insignificant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Iluva Gravure Industri adalah perusahaan pembuatan produk kemasan atau packaging Khususnya kemasan makanan, minuman dan pembersih pakaian. PT Iluva Gravure Industri untuk produk Polybag Vacuum Inventory Patries mengalami tingginya defect melebihi target perusahaan yaitu 10%. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui metode pengendalian kualitas saat ini terhadap defect pada produk polybag vacuum inventory patries di PT Iluva Gravure Industri, untuk mengetahui faktor – faktor penyebab defect produk packaging di PT Iluva Gravure Industri, memberikan usulan perbaikan untuk mengurangi defect pada produk polybag vacuum inventory di PT Iluva Gravure Industri dengan metode six sigma. Defect yang sering terjadi di perusahaan yaitu defect sobek, bahan bergelombang, potongan tidak pas, lengket dan keriput. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode six sigma dengan pendekatan DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) fungsinya untuk menurunkan nilai DPMO dan menaikan nilai sigma. Perbaikan yang harus dilaksanakan oleh PT Iluva Gravure Industri yaitu membuat Check Sheet, mengadakan training berkala untuk meningkatkan skill karyawan baru, mengadakan briefing mingguan, karyawan baru wajib didampingi oleh senior dan pemeriksaan perawatan pada mesin. Hasil penelitian yang di peroleh dengan menerapkan metode Six Sigma perusahaan mengalami penurunan DPMO dan naik nya nilai Sigma, dengan hasil sebelum adanya perbaikan 2.092, untuk nilai sigma 4,38 dan setelah adanya perbaikan untuk nilai DPMO 1.411 dan nilai sigma 4,49.

Abstract

PT KAI is a land transport service company. The number of people who switch to this mode of transport makes PT KAI make efforts in improving services to maintain public trust in order to continue to choose train services as the main land transport. Purwakarta Station is a station within the Bandung 2 operating area that serves local and long-distance train travel. Purwakarta Station has a single line from Purwakarta to Ciganea and a doublie line between Purwakarta to Cibungur. To improve the performance and quality of the railway and continuous innovation in its maintenance, in this case RAMS as a performance indicator in a maintenance management and railway service indicator. RBD is used to analyse the reliabilitu and availability of a system, FTA is used to identify the factors that cause damage to arise. FMEA is used to determine and evaluate potential failures and identify which maintenance actions need to be taken to reduce the chamce of failure and also increse safety in the railway environment.

Abstract

In this study, it will focus on product development where the products that are currently produced, one of which is mustard greens, so because this mustard greens product is in the maturity phase or the peak of the increase, which will automatically if this product continues to be produced, it will decrease.research and development is the method used to conduct this research. In the processing of RND data, various processes in the RND method have been calculated according to the data generated from the questionnaire. For the results that have been determined using the RND method, the value generated from the method is that consumers prefer vegetables that are a new variant of PT LMN. After the sampling, market research conditions related to vegetables that are used as the basis for the questionnaire People want vegetables that have affordable prices with the development of vegetables that have a variety at PT LMN. The steps of HOQ to determine new products at PT LMN are to find the values generated from the questionnaire data that has been distributed and processed using the formulas in the HOQ process. After calculating the HOQ, a new product was produced that would be a variation of PT LMN's product, namely kailan vegetables.
